What a lovely surprise. This tea room is a real gem. A great selection of teas with care and attention given to making sure it is the perfect brew. Tasty food especially the cake and Augustina herself is just such a wonderful kind and warm lady. Looking forward to my next visit!

My friend treated me to a visit today, absolutely lovely experience. The owner is friendly, polite and extremely welcoming. The leek & potato soup and apple & ginger tea were amazing, I’d highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning!

We had the mini afternoon tea with the best cake I have ever eaten in my life! delicious freshly brewed tea and yummy warm scones with jam and clotted cream. Augustina knows her baking! Will definitely go back.

I'm so saddened to learn that this little marvellous tea shop has closed down, Tina's cakes were amazing, and the service was second to none.

Amazing experience, great variety of tea and freshly baked cakes. We ordered raspberry and lemon cake which was delightful. Also ordered falafel wrap and Madagascar tea. Also conveniently located next to Sainsbury’s entrance so plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

My Mum's favourite tea room. My son and I love it, too. We must pop back to Pinner sometime soon.

Excellent cakes and cookies which certainly taste homemade by the eyes and mouth, but pricing could be a little lower considering close businesses (Food Wundies) and their homemade treats with same satisfaction.

Really tasty chocolate cake and organic peppermint tea. Located next to Sainsbury’s in Pinner.

Classy afternoon teas with superb attention to detail. The interior design is a perfect blend of English quaint, and contemporary design. The sandwich bread is quality sunflower and pumpkin seed, and the cakes and scones are delicious. The chocolate brownie was exceptional! The tea comes with a glass teapot and timer so you can see exactly when it's brewed to perfection. Superb.

This is the best tea rooms ever! Beautiful, melt in your mouth cakes and a gorgeous homemade, healthy food menu. Tina is the most welcoming, friendly and warm person I've ever met - she always has a smile on her face. We're lucky to have you in Pinner!

A wonderful find. Small and intimate with fabulous home made cakes and real china. Tina gave us a wonderful warm welcome and is obviously passionate about her baking and offering a lovely relaxing experience. Just reserved a table again!

I visited Augustina’s for lunch with a friend today. It is the first time I have been there but it definitely will not be the last. The food was delicious and the staff are very friendly. I can thoroughly recommend this Tea Room.

👍 Their coffee is one of the best in London. Laptop friendly place but can get very busy and noisy at peak times. The avocado toast with poached eggs was a bit too salty. So if you’re looking for a proper avocado toast for brunch, this might not be the one.
