This was a lovely Casa Particular. The hosts are very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We booked in advance through Airbnb and their communication was great. They even arranged to have us picked up from the airport. The rooms are clean and in good repair. We stayed 2 nights and ate breakfast and dinner there and the food was excellent. It is located one block from Parque Vidal which is the historical Centre of Santa Clara. The only problem we had was there was some traffic on the street that was a bit noisy which was not the fault of the owners. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite casa's in Cuba. Great view and breakfast. Room comes with WiFi, AC and refrigerater. They don't have a parking space, but know someone close by who will take care of your car for 3 cuc per night. Which I will definitely recommend. In the Cuba you don't want to leave your car unattended.

Llegamos a Santa Clara habiendo reservado una casa particular que, finalmente, ya no existía. Una vecina nos acompañó hasta la casa de Mercy y Omelio y el resultado no pudo ser mejor. ¡Qué gran acierto!. Nos dieron cobijo, comida, y nos sentimos como en casa. Nos recomendaron muchos sitios para visitar Santa Clara y nos ayudaron con el transporte hasta nuestra siguiente parada. De verdad, si volvemos a Santa Clara, será en su casa.

The location on the map is wrong. The casa is at E. Machado 4, between Cuba and Colon. Rooms are nice, modern, with bathrooms in the hall and two terraces but the owner tried to overcharge us after we had confirmed the rate by email and by phone the day before we arrived.

Good location, "internet access" (don't get your hopes up), and very helpful owners. Nice rooftop terrace.

Cuando pasé las vacaciones en Cuba fue muy buena la visita y hospedaje en el Hotel Casa Mercy en Santa Clara, La comida es muy sabrosa y la atención y hospitalidad de los moradores (familia) excelentes. Son muy profesionales en el servicio que prestan. Se la recomiendo a todos mis maigos para su estancia en Cuba.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse y conocer la ciudad de Santa Clara, Moreno y Mercy los anfitriones le darán una atención esmerada en todos los sentidos, y la comida es exquisita, lugar céntrico con fácil acceso a otros lugares de distracción e históricos.
