Clean, convenient, spacious bathroom, inexpensive But the batting court requires only batting shoes. They are available for rent for 50 baht (come in the evening, be careful of lots of mosquitoes).

The football field is wide and the badminton court is not crowded. But the Salaya mosquitoes are very fierce. You should bring mosquito repellent, haha.

used badminton court here once and it was spot on. The price is reasonable and staffs were welcoming. The facilities were great (toilets/shower room/parking). Nothing to complain about.

The badminton courts are well maintained and ventilated but has a requirement for shoes—play bare feet, rent a pair of cheap student shoes, or wear badminton shoes. Running or any other type of sports shoes are not allowed. Also a bit pricey per hour.
