    Love the group in the salon. Sadie does a beautiful job every time and my dogs love her. It’s great being able to have a place like this, where you know your pets are in the best hands possible. Thank you and Keep up there good work.

    I went primarily for grooming for my 2 dogs. First - the groomer that I scheduled with, wasn't even there so we got an assistant. My dogs are seniors, so I paid extra for express service. The problem with this is that every time someone came in the salon, rather than someone else taking the customer, my dogs came off the table, service got interrupted, and never actually competed. The groomer didn't finish drying either of my dogs. They were not brushed out with the undercoat rake. Their furry paw pads were not trimmed My female came out with her coat looking straggly and choppy. I spent over $150 to have my dogs groomed and didn't get everything I paid for. No worries. I won't be back.

    Take your dogs to get groomed with Sadie and her team! Been going for years and my dogs and cats absolutely love them. I’ve known Sadie a long time and I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe she’d EVER give anything but the best customer service. She’s always done a great job with Reggie and treats him like he was her own! Love love love them!

    The best experience ever in the grooming department. Their groomer Sadie is just the best. My dogs are so excited to go there, they do a great job with my one dog who’s a bit high strung. ❤️

    Be careful when Sadie cuts your dogs hair. She mistreated my pup by pulling his chin hair several times making him cry out. Also cut him using sharp pointed scissors which I thought were banned by the chain? Called to let them know and Sadie call me the next day yelling at me that I complained too much? And banned me for telling the truth. Someone named Nate called my wife and did nothing. No apology. Awful customer service. Watch your dog the whole time so something bad doesn't happen.

    My dog/ yorkie was there four hours and because they said he tried to bite the scissors, they couldn't finish his face. I was told he could not come back and I have been there several times before. SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICES!

    They were very helpful. I got to revise this the lady tried. But she wasn't as knowledgeable as she thought about the product it has the same ingredient as the flea medicine and you can't mix them so make sure you call the manufacturer. But she did try.

    Always friendly & helpful service. If you have any questions about what is best for your pet they are happy to help. One employee even recommended a cat toy that people keep telling her their cats love, & it just happened to be one of the cheapest ones. (It's the pickle, I now have 4 because both of my cats love them so much)

    Fantastic location with friendly knowledgeable and willing to help team members. The store is always clean and in good supply and has plenty of multi species needs and accessories in stock.

    This store has people friendly attitudes & pet friendly knowledge. They're always willing to answer questions for adult & children who want to be pet lovers. Ex; Katie took 15 minutes away from her store chores to answer my daughter's questions about wanting to care for her own leopard skin gecko. We have visited this store for needs pertaining to our dogs, birds & fish. Never rude, impatient or even too busy to help anyone who asks for it. My whole family recommends this [PetSmart] location‼️ Especially if you have questions about any animal they have available for purchase or accessories for. You are sure to find all the answers you seek here as well as very affordable prices.

    Took dogs in today and will likely not be back. Which is sad bc we do training there.. They are just starting on my dog and it's been 2 hours. When I arrived I was told they tried calling me all day to see if I could come in early..OK!!!! They then thoroughly examined and questioned an old scab on my puppies ear after i told them dutung the storm his sibling snapped at him snd got his ear. Etc..then she had others in the store assess and give a 2nd and 3rd opinion hoping they'd agree with her foolishness... bf she took him back. She said it wasnt an open sore but it drew blood when aplying pressure..then there was talk about not washing his head...Then they refused his sibling bc she had a red mark in the pit of her arm that was red and had some hair loss. I explained ...She has been pulling on a new leash alot and I think the harness is rubbing. None the less she said it looked like it was infected or had discharge and again consulted her 2 other peers hoping they'd agree neither were impressed but she said she was worried about infection....Really!!! I am nurse of 20 years...of humans not dogs but come on!!! It was NOT an open sore.although I appreciate caution I'm not an idiot and can tell when folks are behind and need to make room on their booked out scheat any cost be able to end their day ontime when I called 2 hours later his batch had just started and they explained they were short staffed....I figured but !!! But a little honesty would've probably had me come back.....but to do it like that ...is bad customer service and bad bussiness..and we could see right throught it all...

    James and Austin are 10/10 amazing. Purchased 18 huge dog crates today and they were extremely helpful and loaded them all for me and made sure all of the parts and pieces were in order before I left which I wouldn’t have even paid attention to if not for them! Super helpful!! Thank you guys!!!

    I took my puppy Roscoe here for grooming for the first time and I absolutely loved the experience. From the time of dropping him off to picking him up was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend Sadie to anyone!

    This is such a good place to take care of any pet needs we have! It's fun to see people walking their dogs in the store, socializing then. Good prices and selection clean floors, stocked shelves, good deals and friendly employees! Love that the Shot Vet comes and we get a great discounted price on their vaccinations. The on-site groomer makes an easy drop off, pick up. Good staff that work there and care about your pets.

    So we made it into the door of pet smart and was stopped by an employee cause they were closing due to the hurricane that’s coming which is understandable but the level of disrespect we received from Nate one of the employees was absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. We rushed up to the store after calling ahead to see if they had any mule worms for our lizards and we were told they did but Nate lied right to our face and said they didn’t cause they were closing, he didn’t want to help us cause he wanted to go home. We tried speaking with him and telling him we just needed worms for our lizards cause we knew they wouldn’t know when they would be opening up again cause of the hurricane. It wasn’t like we didnt know what we needed when we got there Nate just was lazy and didn’t want to help us. Just crazy what the world has came to. Especially when they knew they wouldn’t know when they would open up again. Just hope our lizards will make it. We frequently shop at this pet smart location and is usually a decent place but today truly made us not want to ever shop at pet smart again there’s plenty of other pet places to get the worms and other things we need.

    Great selection and sales were helpful. Associates are extremely helpful. I was asked at least three times if I needed assistance. The young man at the register was very friendly. My new go to for pet supplies.
