What has happened to the office? Been trying to get 1 referral for 3 weeks. I have been on hold with referral for over 1.5 hrs!! Omg this is unacceptable. They apparently got rid of The office manager, who has been there b4 i started there. Now they told me there office manager only works there 2 days a week! My insurance will know why I need to change, let’s see what they say about finding a different OFFICE. SADLY I NEED TO LEAVE MY DR.

Conviva Care has been my primary care for several years, my experience has always been pleasant. The ladies in the front office are always friendly, helpful and professional especially Jamie. They take the time to listen and understand exactly what is being asked and return phone in a timely manner, they are the reason I have recommended and will continue to recommend my friends to Conviva Care. Thank you ladies for all that you do.

I love being patient of conviva..The front desk people ,nurses and my Dr Quadri an Teddy are great..The walk in is excellent and the Dr and nurses are wonderf..But today I went feeling very sick ..Some covid sintoms so the lady in the front desk told I had to wait outside in front of the office until someone was going to check me...Only 3 chairs were there and occupied by people without mask and didn't seem they were waiting for the nurse... 1 of the chairs was used by a child...I stayed standing for maybe 10 minutes and decided to go to a walking clinic instead...I called and notified I was leaving because I was feeling sick...If the chairs outside is for patients make sure to let people know..

How is it possible that my mother’s Appointment was cancel by an unknown person. Now nobody is responsible. This place needs to have new personal, they need to know how to work with there elders patients.

My first visit was in 8/20/20 . They were on time and office staff from front to back were so caring & nice. I knew I made the right choice in coming to this practice. From my fist call to my visit every was so nice and welcoming. I enjoyed my first visit. Dr. Coleman was great. Looking forward to my future visits. I felt like wow finally I found the place for me & it’s 5 min from my home!

The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. All of the Doctors there really care about your health. Been going here for over 7 years and the only problem I have had was 1 Doctor who had the worse bed side manner. But thankfully I don't have to see him any more

I've been a patient at this office location for 5 plus years. I've ALWAYS been impressed with the front office staff (Jamie, Diane & the other ladies). The office staff have always been friendly and helpful to any of my requests. I give them 5 stars!!

I have been seeing Alise Hamilton since the beginning of the year and saw Dr. Baptiste today for the first time. I really like them both and they are both very thorough . Everyone has always been very nice and I would recommend them highly.

I really do like my Conviva I go to in plant city, as well as the transportation they provide, the Drs and nurse's are genuinely very nice and understanding, and your health is on the top of their list.. I would recommend my Conviva atleast to anyone I've never been to the others

Staff is very kind and I generally feel appreciated when I am there. I do have a problem however with referrals not properly sent. Sometimes it leaves me feeling like I'm not being listened too. A more recent prescription was not written properly when I was stricken over a month ago with bilateral radial nerve palsy and now I'm being told that my insurance will not cover the splint which turned out to be nothing other than a carpal tunnel brace which is clearly not going to do the job necessary for my needs.

The doctor and nurses were very helpful. The front receptionist with white hair was obnoxiously rude. The nurses were nice though.

Your referrals from specialists will never NEVER be completed by the referral department. I don't know why they even have one. You will always get a call from the specialist day before appointment saying they sent it numerous times and still no authorization. They ask you to call the primary referral department and they say they never received anything and this is every time. So in my case I said to specialist RD stop calling me and call the primary RD and work it out between each other. I'm on my second appointment and since the appt is tomorrow I doubt it's going to go through. This isn't the first primary I had this problem as well. So I'm starting to think it's a Florida thing.

The referral department never does their job. Than when you call you will wiat on the phone for hours..do not go to the office in plant city. Dr do not give the approval for the procedure on time..

Healthcare facility for seniors. Owned by Humana. Very friendly staff and Dr's. They have walk in service or appointments. On site pharmacy. Very convient.

We love doc Quardi ...the staff seems knowledgeable....MGMT seems to be involved in daily operations
