I'm surprised by the decline of the quality of this place. I remember going here a year or year and a half ago and it was such a great facility and actually enjoyed going there. I went in now and let's just say it it wasn't that great. Let's leave the consultation out, but at check out, they didn't even tell me I what I was supposed to regarding my ultrasound. I told them I needed one done according to the doc/nurse practitioner and they didn't say anything. I went back into ask after I left, and they handed me a business card. After a week of calling the imaging center they recommended, they hadn't received anything from exodus. I called the exodus office to find out more and no one bothered answering. Called again and finally the office manager picked up. I expressed my frustration in how the check out process wasn't helping and she said I was supposed to know how it worked and should have told them I needed an ultrasound. When I told her I did tell them and its not my responsibilityas the patient to know this, she quickly changed her stance and asked me where I needed it sent or that I can come pick it up. She kept changing her stance multiple times in the call and called me hostile. Lol She seem to be running an office that is not functional and she was rude to me about it. The customer service seems to have gone out the window. I would Not recommend such leaders for an institution and I would not go to this place again if I can.

Worst experience of my life! I went in for my annual.There's hardly any privacy. The person doing my test was not knowledgeable in my opinion. She started & kept swiping samples! WHY? I could feel every single one! With each sample taken, it got more painful. I got nauseous and almost passed out on the table! I had to rest for a little while before getting up.I had residual issues and bleeding for a few days afterwards. I have NEVER gone back! I made an exodus from EXODUS. That was barbaric! I asked myself " is this what you get with Medicaid?!" Someone practicing?!

This is suppose to be the best Exodus location available and after 8 visits I'll just go out and say that this worst location I have ever received OB/Prenatal care from compared to services I have received in Rhode Island throughout all of Florida. They are very understaffed (which I didn't mind) however the Nurse Practitioner during my last visit YELLED at me because of her teams failure to follow up with me. She acknowledged that they were understaffed, however it's somehow my fault that they could not keep up with my needs or insurance paperwork. I didn't appreciate the way they handled my concerns and I am currently working on changing my health insurance so that I can receive better care and service at a different location.

Worst expirence of my life here! When I walked in the office manager yelled at me from the front desk and said you need to have your temp taken walk back! Ok no problem they didn't have a sign up but whatever next I am yelled at to make sure a mask covers my entire nose and mouth. I have asthma I will pass out from not getting enough air. And she stated after me telling her this if you disobey we will kick you out and you'll have to reschedule. I will never come back here again! Its sad a title can go so far to someone's head they forget common manners!

I just called 5 mins ago and they couldn't give me a even a visit price-with now insurance... to get my ovaries check out to see why they are hurting. I called the place down the street and they have me a visit price atleast..and a price for a ultra sound scan. I won't be going evet and I don't recommend it.

This was my favorite office, I recommended to every woman who needed an OB. I came here with my first pregnancy and I’m 36 weeks into my second but the new staff is 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I’ve never had anyone have to squeeze my finger to get the blood out when checking my iron. The doctors are always great though.

I was quite nervous going to a new place because I've been going to the same GYN for 15 to 20 years. With my insurance being very limiting there was only one place for me to pick. My appointment was at 9 and I was literally in and out of there in 25 minutes. Nurse practitioner Melissa greenwood was fantastic. if you have Florida blue I highly recommend her. She made me feel really comfortable and everything was pain free. Thanks so much for a great experience because I was definitely not looking forward to going to a new place.

I really liked this office, I feel I received excellent care at this facility. I was always seen if I called with a concern. They were also very thorough with my blood pressure issues. And what I also found was even though you do see several physicians, they all communicate well with each other about your care. I would recommend this office, because of their care , I delivered a healthy baby, with a wonderful birthing experience. Also a great plus, the facility was always clean, the staff very helpful with questions or concerns. Thank you Exodus for great pregnancy care, and helping me deliver a healthy baby.

From Jessie’s great advice from the start to Geri performing my procedure it was a wonderful experience. They have a good Covid safety system. I’m resting well and liked it all so much I’m moving to the for all OB/GYN needs. Thanks Exodus PC. You are awesome.
