I'm
surprised
by
the
decline
of
the
quality
of
this
place.
I
remember
going
here
a
year
or
year
and
a
half
ago
and
it
was
such
a
great
facility
and
actually
enjoyed
going
there.
I
went
in
now
and
let's
just
say
it
it
wasn't
that
great.
Let's
leave
the
consultation
out,
but
at
check
out,
they
didn't
even
tell
me
I
what
I
was
supposed
to
regarding
my
ultrasound.
I
told
them
I
needed
one
done
according
to
the
doc/nurse
practitioner
and
they
didn't
say
anything.
I
went
back
into
ask
after
I
left,
and
they
handed
me
a
business
card.
After
a
week
of
calling
the
imaging
center
they
recommended,
they
hadn't
received
anything
from
exodus.
I
called
the
exodus
office
to
find
out
more
and
no
one
bothered
answering.
Called
again
and
finally
the
office
manager
picked
up.
I
expressed
my
frustration
in
how
the
check
out
process
wasn't
helping
and
she
said
I
was
supposed
to
know
how
it
worked
and
should
have
told
them
I
needed
an
ultrasound.
When
I
told
her
I
did
tell
them
and
its
not
my
responsibilityas
the
patient
to
know
this,
she
quickly
changed
her
stance
and
asked
me
where
I
needed
it
sent
or
that
I
can
come
pick
it
up.
She
kept
changing
her
stance
multiple
times
in
the
call
and
called
me
hostile.
Lol
She
seem
to
be
running
an
office
that
is
not
functional
and
she
was
rude
to
me
about
it.
The
customer
service
seems
to
have
gone
out
the
window.
I
would
Not
recommend
such
leaders
for
an
institution
and
I
would
not
go
to
this
place
again
if
I
can.
