Signed
up
for
their
service
and
had
issues
from
the
start
with
the
very
first
pool
service.
It
started
on
the
first
Friday
in
May
and
was
excited
that
our
pool
would
be
maintained.
However,
when
I
got
in
from
work
I
checked
the
condition
of
the
pool
I
was
not
pleased.
Skimmer
had
not
been
emptied,
pool
had
not
been
skimmed
or
vacuumed
so
I
took
pictures
and
went
to
the
store
Saturday
morning
with
my
concerns.
They
sent
someone
out
later
on
Saturday
to
correct
but
the
pool
still
needed
work.
Kept
the
service
throughout
May
and
into
June.
Could
only
tell
they
had
showed
up
if
I
could
see
the
tire
marks
on
my
grass.
No
email
summaries
ever
of
the
visit/service.
Mid
June
I
decided
to
do
a
quality
control
test
and
took
a
sample
of
water
in
to
be
tested.
Big
surprise-
wife
went
in
undercover
for
the
testing.
Was
told
our
pool
was
in
need
of
several
items
to
balance.
Wife
asked
if
having
a
pool
service
would
take
care
of
these
issues.
Was
assured
absolutely
and
they
would
handle
issues
such
as
this.
The
Big
Reveal-
wife
informed
staff
they
already
were
being
paid
to
service
our
pool
so
what
was
the
issue?
The
readings
from
the
service
guy
the
day
before
did
not
match
the
readings
in
the
store.
We
were
told
our
service
tech
was
there
the
day
before
for
11
minutes
which
is
an
acceptable
amount
of
time
to
service
the
pool.
Needless
to
say
since
we
had
already
paid
$125
for
the
month
to
cover
cleaning
and
all
needed
chemicals
we
still
walked
out
of
store
with
approximately
$65-70
of
additional
chemicals
(
which
Pinch
a
Penny
provided
at
no
cost).
However,
for
peace
of
mind
we
went
ahead
and
cancelled
the
service
effective
the
end
of
June.
I
saw
no
evidence
they
returned
to
fulfill
their
duties
for
the
remainder
of
the
month
we
had
paid
for.
Not
saying
they
didn’t
make
any
more
visits-
just
saw
no
evidence
nor
received
email/texts
they
had
been
out.
Long
story
short-
do
it
yourself
or
hire
a
different
company.
