A nice and airy Starbucks with plenty indoor and outdoor seating. Just had my first Chocolate Mint Frappuccino.... delicious! Had a biscotti with it. Very friendly staff.

Staff was nice .didn't like the fact that outside tables were dirty while it was not even busy.

I ordered 3 mobile drinks online and went through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes for the drinks at the window. The workers are very disorganized and workers dropping cups literally every minute looking while I was waiting at the window. My I ordered my Dragon drink with light ice and was literally given the drink with almost the whole cup having ice. The Frappes were just chunks of ice and not blended correctly. I wanted to give it back but wanted to be fair to the other customers waiting about 15 minutes that were behind me. Terrible experience.

My coffee tasted so good I had to write a review! I got my usual a venti americano blonde roast. Today I flavored it with pumpkin sauce and light vanilla sweet cream. Results = a taste that’s not overpoweringly sweet and not too bitter. It’s in the Goldilocks zone just right. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE BARISTA THAT MADE MY COFFEE. HOPE YOU HAVE AN AMAZING DAY.

I know south florida has set a very low bar in terms of quality of service, but this star bucks has definitely had more ups than downs over the past two years that I have been studying here. That being said, yall get 5 stars today because a guy named "Tim!" greeted me, took my order, and was just downright friendly. Tim! had nothing else in mind but how to best serve a customer, and believe me when I say, if everyone acted a little more like Tim!, we all might be in a better world. Thanks Tim!, you are doing it right brother.

I got my favorite lemon loaf and it did not disappoint. As always. The wait was long but this is Starbucks and that's to be expected. That doesn't have an impact on the staff. It's just busy because people love Starbucks.

Placed a mobile order with an estimated wait of 12 minutes. It ended up being over 20 minutes and it would have been longer if I didn’t bring it to their attention. You are better off ordering in person versus the app.

Eden was amazing. She was super friendly and patient. I had no idea what to order and she waited there ask me questions just to make the perfect coffee for me. Thank you so much Eden.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over a year, and the experience is always pleasant every single visit! The employees are very sweet and kind, and there’s one employee who is exceptionally sweet!! I believe his name is Tim. He’s very cheerful on the drive through intercom, and when you get to the window to pay, he always has a big smile on his face. It always lifts me up and makes my day. My drinks always taste SO GOOD too!!

This location is filthy. Tables and floors are dirty. There is dust as thick as gravy on the lighting fixtures. Bad for your health!

I know you can hit one on every corner, but the customer service at this location is super. I felt like I was in a small cafe rather than a namesake establishment. Coffee and food were exactly what I wanted.

Felt like they were rushing to get out of there. Made my drink wrong and blame ME or ordered it wrong. Even my wife said she heard me order it correctly. Then remade it with 3/4ths of the cup full. I wasnt in the mood to argue it again esp since the employee seemed to be in a bad mood herself so i bit my tongue and just left.

Ketmi and Thomas were amazing !!! This is the best Starbucks especially the customer service ! I’m sure the other staff are wonderful but those two are great ! Thomas is always sweet and pleasant making me laugh at the drive thru, I just watched Ketmi make my drink with so much love, everything I wanted in it and more ! Great job guys ! ❤️

Good food, friendly staff, the only problem is after paying for food why do I have to ask for a receipt every time I go there. We buy at the grocery store and never have to ask for the receipt. I keep all receipts. When you hand me back my card or money the receipt is my proof of purchase. People always ask for your receipt

Slow, and always out of half of the menu items. I’ve tried this store 5 times now. Never again.

Slow service and always out of almond milk. Apparently, the drive thru is closed and it is 5PM in the evening. They seem to be out of regular milk as well, which might not even be approved to purchase store bought milk.

Manager gave me a full refund with no problem. I placed my order and my drink never was made. I asked about my order and was never given a response on why it wasn't fulfilled. Not so good customer service.

My second go to Starbucks! They are fast in the drive through and makes the drinks soooo good! I might make it my number 1 If they keep making my drinks so delicious 😋 I recommend coming here when you are in a rush and need quick drinks or food!

After waiting a total of 20 minutes for my online order, I left with no coffee. Employees acting like high-school kids, snobby and rude and incapable of making a coffee. I don't know if it's sad or funny but I am upset enough to write this review.
