Went for happy hour because I was in the area m, I have to say this is one of the cheapest happy hour’s I’ve ever been to…..some cocktails at $5, the burger and fries are $6…..you really can’t go wrong. Service was somewhat subpar reason for the 4 stars.

What else could possibly go wrong? This has been the worst dining experience I've ever had. To begin with, a bread and butter basket was brought to the table. The bread was as hard as a rock, making it impossible to chew, let alone crack, and tasted sour. Even the butter was sour. Our hopes for better dishes were quickly dashed as the disappointment continued. The flatbread was burnt, the Brio pasta was bland, hard, and tasted like boiled water—no cheese in sight. The worst dish by far was the chicken Marsala, which resembled a rock more than chicken, and the burnt Marsala sauce had a tamarind flavor, adding to the unpleasant experience. The mashed potatoes were so firm they had to be cut with a knife; even a boiled potato would be softer. Will I ever consider revisiting this place? Absolutely not. I'd rather go hungry or dine elsewhere than subject myself to another meal here.

We all had an amazing time at Brio! Michele, our server, made it even more special with fantastic service. We will definitely come back! The salmon salad was delicious 😋

First time at @brioitaliangrille for happy hour and I wasn’t disappointed! I will most definitely be back to try more items. Service was good 8/10! The calamari wasn’t as crunchy as I would like but you can’t complain for $6 right? My lunch dates enjoyed their burgers, which were also $6. They have a good cocktail selection and I’m looking forward to trying them all ;)

We waited 15 minutes on a Saturday morning before waiter to show up on our table, but food was great! And view is so relaxing. The steak salad is the best!

5 of us went here on a busy Sunday. We had made reservations, so we were seated right away when we arrived. The staff here are all AMAZING. They work very well together. That food was DELICIOUS. The decor and feel are very Authentic when you think of and American Italian family restaurant. You also have a full view of the kitchen which is cool. I had ordered the Vodka pasta and never realised it had an ingredient I didn't want. They went above and beyond to make it right. Even the manager came over personally. Truly TOP NOTCH service. I shall return.

My daughter and I went here for lunch but we noticed they had a new brunch and decided to try it. We have been there before and live the food and ambiance. We both had the Bistecca Alla Romano, which is their take on Eggs Benedict. A small piece of beef tenderloin, cooked to your liking, is layered on top of a Parmesan crusted tomato slice. The beef is topped by a poached egg and a small bit of hollandaise sauce (pro tip: ask for extra sauce!). This is accompanied with beautifully baked golden fingerling potatoes and a crostini. It was simply delicious and I paired this with their White Peach Sangria. FABULOUS!! Our waiter (I think his name is Sam) was very attentive. We will be back again!

When you hear "Italian Seasonings" you think Basel Oregano, Rosemary's, Marjoram, Thyme🤔 .....Italian restaurant maybe even Fresh herbs.... Nope....nothing just a sprinkle of tasteless fresh parsley. I left my kitchen for this!!🙄 BORING😒 Also ordered Vegetable sides they never came...had to remind the server ...excuse me. You never delivered those. Please remove them from the bill.

I initially ordered takeout from here for my Birthday last night. I’m here in Florida alone without even family so I decided for my birthday I’ll to just get to go vs dining in. It was not what I wanted. I called in to let them know there was an issue with my order, the lady I spoke to (I wish I remembered her name) was very nice and empathetic and she connected me with the manager Francesco. Long story short, I came in for dinner tonight and he made up for everything and beyond. The way his staff is and how he runs things is how a restaurant should be. I felt like I was with family for my Birthday and was even given dessert with a candle and a note signed by Blair 💙. I had my son (19) who is up North on video chat and he was even impressed. This has to be hands down, my best and favorite situation turned right in Florida. I wished every restaurant models after them and the team Francesco has put together. I definitely will be back here very soon. Thank you all for making sure my birthday dinner was perfect!! 💙💙💙

Always a great experience coming here. Very kid friendly environment. We love the eggplant and shrimp appetizer. Also, the Salmon dishes are very good.

The scenery of the restaurant is gorgeous, and their Silician spaghetti with shrimp is literally the 💣! Although I wouldn't really recommend the mango iced tea. Overall, it is an impeccable service and perfect for special occasions.

This place has once again exceeded my expectations and proves that this place is great for multiple occasions. This time I went to Brio for a company party and I was once again blown away by the food and service. Our waitress was Madison and she was fantastic! She was very attentive and accommodating and great at taking pictures. She made sure to cater to everyone's wants and needs and I appreciated that about her. The food was exceptional, from the Cesar salad to the chicken parmesan to the tiramisu.

It was my first and last time in this restaurant. Personally, I am a little more critical than others, since I am a chef and have worked in Italian restaurants; really Italian. I went with very good expectations since it is a restaurant that looks high class and its prices are not cheap. My group was 12 people, we were attended by a server named Michelle or something like that since we hardly even saw her. He took our order and our drinks and after that the time for the first drinks and appetizers was literally gone, after that the chaos started. We asked her for drinks again and her response was to wait for the main dishes to arrive and I'll bring you the drinks, the dishes arrived and she forgot my drinks, I personally stopped at the table to look for my drinks and cheese for the pasta. no one gave me an answer the drinks took approx 20 minutes to get to the table. I personally ordered a fettuccine pasta with lobster and shrimp, the presentation was disgusting, the taste didn't even have lobster, it only had part of a claw and it was undercooked, the fettuccine was overcooked. the cost $36 for that dish, for which you could pay $5 for its poor quality. I really do not recommend this place, personally I will not return.

It’s a Brio. A typical Brio. With all the up- and all the down- sides of the experience. The food is on-par with other Brio places I’ve been to. BUT - almost got down to 3 stars a a strong smell of burnt provolone cheese, right as we entered. And later, I could smell whatever the cook would throw on that stove, fish, mushrooms, etc. Something is definitely wrong with their vents (today?). What saved them though, and back to the 4-star review: the linens didn’t reek as in many places. An OK place overall. And the staff is rather on friendlier side too. Thank you, guys.

Brio it the type of chain that you can count on consistency in the food. It is a good Italian restaurant with lots of healthy choices. This particular one was great because the staff was so friendly and attentive. We went for happy hour and although that has a limited selection of appetizers you still can order whatever you want off of the menu. Fun atmosphere, outdoor dining and great staff.

Brio is a go to when I'm craving Italian food with great service. The Lobster Bisque is super delish! My lasagna was enough to feed 2 of me but that's why they have to go boxes lol! Wife got a Braised Beef dish she was super tasty..overall an easy win and 5* from me. Side note Colin was attentive, responsive, and great!

Awesome & patient waiter Colin recommended the best appetizer and meal on the menu! The appetizer was my lamb chops and were amazing with the Marsala sauce and mushrooms!! My meal was the vodka pasta with the pan crusted chicken breast on top! Awesome choice and everything thanks Colin! Our drinks were the amazing peach Bellinis!!!! I love the peach bellini!!! Amazing restaurant all around

The food was ok. The entrée could have been a little bit warmer than presented. We had the Spinach artichoke dip with the parmesan flatbread which was delicious .My entrée was the Grilled Salmon Fresca . My friend had the Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions. Overall not a bad experience

The restaurant has a sophisticated ambiance with a touch of Italian charm. The interior is classy, creating a nice atmosphere for a meal. The menu offers a variety of Italian dishes, and I tried their pasta and risotto. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was appealing. The attention to detail in the preparation was evident, and the portion sizes were satisfying. One thing that stood out was the friendly and attentive service. The staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable, offering recommendations and ensuring everything was to my liking.

...was happy to find they offered a gluten free pasta and it was quite tasty. We enjoyed eating on the patio al fresco and it was such a lovely day. Located in the midst of so many things, after eating we made a stop at the nearby target.

I came for Happy hour with my Bestie for girl time and was not disappointed. Our server Haley was awesome. The service was fast, the food was great and the drinks were on point. We will definitely be back. The prices for happy hour are very reasonable with a good selection of appetizers and drink specials.

Nelly is one of the best servers ever! She made sure the kitchen used different pans to avoid cross contamination with my allergy. Normally, I have issues with restaurants and having a reaction. Nelly took it serious and followed it through. Will definitely be returning soon!

This is a really nice Italian restaurant. Don't bother with other chains in the area. This one is the best one. The food is really good with a lot of variety. They have a good wine list. Nice date night spot. Go see Scott at the bar. He is an amazing guy. He makes really good drinks.

Highly recommend. They made accommodations at last minute for me and my family, a party of 25. Great customer service and good food!

Very nice, perfectly lit place for dinner with family. The service, considering our large party, was pretty good. The food, in my opinion, was a bit salty and others agreed, even though we all had something different. All in all the food was decent, not bad by any means. Brio sells you on ambiance and service. I highly recommend for family affairs

Service throughout our entire dinner was super slow. Was never offered or brought our bread. Ordered a signature white sangria- came super late it was just okay. Our food took forever to come and when it did presentation was ok. But it was super bland not at all anything to rave over it. Ordered desert. Also took long time . But was okay. Asked for bread since I didn't really eat my food. And that was so good. Warm fresh bread with butter. I definitely would not come back. 4 plates plus desert plus a cup of lobster bisque 2 drinks and 3 juices =173$ not including tip
