I've
stayed
in
a
number
of
Marriott
properties
and
by
far
this
was
the
worse
experience.
Around
5:00am
I
was
awoke
with
loud
noises.
I
thought
it
was
another
customer's
room,
so
I
called
the
front
desk
and
was
told
someone
would
come
up
and
check
it
out.
I
waited
more
than
one
hour
and
physically
went
to
the
front
desk.
I
was
told
by
Brian
(on
duty
manager)
that
they
were
aware
and
informed
the
cleaning
crew
not
to
wash
or
dry
clothes
before
7:00am.
So
they
knew
the
issue
and
falsely
told
me
someone
would
come
up
and
take
care
of
the
issue
-
integrity
issue
#1.
Brian
indicated
he
would
only
charge
me
$89
for
the
room,
which
didn't
happen.
I
got
my
bill
and
it
was
$150
-
integrity
issue
#2.
Brian
indicated
I
should
talk
with
the
manager,
Chris
Metke,
and
I
called
him
(after
I
got
home
the
next
day)
three
times
and
he
never
called
me
back.
I
escalated
the
issue
to
Corp
and
they
opened
a
complaint
of
which
the
on-site
manager
,
Stacey
Grulich,
quickly
closed
as
resolved
the
same
day

Integrity
issue!
Today,
Sept
28th
I
called
and
spoke
with
Stacey
Grulich,
who
was
argumentative
and
had
no
desire
to
listen
or
provide
any
additional
service.
She
indicated
they
received
complaints
that
the
birthday
party
was
too
loud,
as
well.
I
didn't
have
or
did
not
attend
a
birthday
party
at
the
hotel,
so
I
had
no
clue
as
to
what
she
even
brought
that
up
-
totally
unprofessional
and
rude!
She
also
indicated
that
the
staff
have
been
trained
on
the
incident
and
the
room
would
no
longer
be
in
rotation.
This
is
the
4th
integrity
issue,
as
I
read
several
complaints
that
the
same
situation
happened
within
the
last
two
weeks
-
I
posted
the
complaints
below.
Marriott's
brand
is
being
tarnished
by
these
unprofessional
and
lack
of
customer
service
managers
at
the
property
in
Kenosha,
Wisconsin.
I
am
requesting
Corp
leadership
intervene
and
fix
the
situation
before
they
lose
more
customers.

Worst
stay
ever
Worst
stay
in
all
my
years
of
traveling.
At
5am,
(which
was
3am
my
time)
I
heard
a
jarring
sound.
It
literally
sounded
like
someone
was
trying
to
break
into
my
room!
I
phoned
the
front
desk
and
they
apologized
and
said
that
someone
had
started
the
laundry.
What?!
They
said
it
would
stop
in
3
minutes.
It
did.
However,
in
30
minutes
after
I
went
back
to
sleep,
it
started
back
again!!!
I
called
again,
and
they
apologized
and
said
it
wouldn't
happen.
It
did.
Over
and
over
to
where
I
could
never
go
to
sleep
even
with
noise
canceling
headphones
playing
white
noise.
When
I
went
to
the
front
desk
I
told
them
what
happened
in
person,
and
they
said
they
were
surprised
that
the
night
shift
worker
put
me
in
this
room
(217).
So
it
was
a
known
issue!!!
He
asked
if
there
was
anything
he
could
do
to
make
it
right.
I
said,
you
are
in
the
hospitality
business,
you
tell
me!
He
again
deferred
to
me.
I
said
I
just
want
to
pay
it
forward
and
make
sure
that
no
human
being
would
would
stay
in
that
room
again!!!
