Convenient location. Super comfy beds! We didn't receive our requested items that we needed, and had to call downstairs for a second time, and then go and retrieve them ourselves. The ENTIRE hotel smelled of Marijuana extremely bad when we arrived. Obviously not on the hotel, but bad enough to have to mention. Rooms were very clean.

I'm only leaving this review because I walked in to drop off a door dash and the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude not sure maybe she was tired but still. I even told her have a great night and she hesitated to say it back than said it with such lack of wanting to say it. Not sure but if your in the Hospitality business regardless what time it is and whether it's a guest walking in or not you should be so rude especially when I was trying to be very nice and polite to her. I definitely wouldn't book a room here if that's the kind of service I would be given as a guest.

First time at this hotel & I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I left an hdmi with an iPhone adapter & my bikini when I checked out. Neither item was turned in. Before checking out I was cleaning up & left the my phone in the room & when I went back for it the male housekeeper was taking it out from his pocket!! Managers never reached out to communicate. Very bad experience for the first time visiting. We definitely will not being coming back!!

Very pleasant experience (pun intended). Friendly check in staff, clean rooms. The pool and gym area also clean! Hotel is modern. Appreciated the continental breakfast for my son especially with their variety. Complimentary tea and coffee anytime you want. Soft baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby as well. Must say I highly recommend.

Very disappointed in our stay. The cleanliness of the room was subpar overall , but the worst part was the actual blood on the curtains in the room. Absolutely disgusting. The clerk at the front desk got us moved to a new room, but I found the comment "you're lucky, I've only got one last room to give you" to be wildly out of line. If we were 'lucky', we would have had a clean & sanitary room. UPDATE: after sending the above via email, I rec'd a generic 'thanks for sending us an email about your stay, please fill out this survey' message from their marketing team. Lazy and offensive response to a serious issue.

Want to start off by recognizing Jade from the front desk. I called at around 11AM to see if there was anyway to check in early and she let us know it was possible. Upon arriving to the hotel Jade let us know that we would be getting an upgraded room due to an accidental check in mistake. Jade is the epitome of excellent customer service, from the moment that we came in not only was she super respectful but super kind to me and my family. The suite was really nice and clean. The swimming pool and fitness room were really nice amenities. Will definitely be booking another getaway here again.

I've stayed here a bunch of times for work. I stay here when my first choice is unavailable. There isn't much close by for food but the breakfast has always been pretty good. The rooms always seem to have some maintenance item that is off. I've had an alarm clock make static noises, a broken iron that took multiple attempts to get resolved, a broken soap dispenser, and on my last visit a room fan that sounded like a rave. Service wise the front desk is always friendly. Maintenance reports are hit and miss if they get dealt with. I had my credit card stolen on reservation and did not really feel like the local organization was bought in on resolution due to the reservation being through the central organization.

All around great stay and pleasant staff very clean environment. The thing I like most is they serve turkey sausage a few days a week for their complimentary breakfast.

I've stayed in a number of Marriott properties and by far this was the worse experience. Around 5:00am I was awoke with loud noises. I thought it was another customer's room, so I called the front desk and was told someone would come up and check it out. I waited more than one hour and physically went to the front desk. I was told by Brian (on duty manager) that they were aware and informed the cleaning crew not to wash or dry clothes before 7:00am. So they knew the issue and falsely told me someone would come up and take care of the issue - integrity issue #1. Brian indicated he would only charge me $89 for the room, which didn't happen. I got my bill and it was $150 - integrity issue #2. Brian indicated I should talk with the manager, Chris Metke, and I called him (after I got home the next day) three times and he never called me back. I escalated the issue to Corp and they opened a complaint of which the on-site manager , Stacey Grulich, quickly closed as resolved the same day - 3rd Integrity issue! Today, Sept 28th I called and spoke with Stacey Grulich, who was argumentative and had no desire to listen or provide any additional service. She indicated they received complaints that the birthday party was too loud, as well. I didn't have or did not attend a birthday party at the hotel, so I had no clue as to what she even brought that up - totally unprofessional and rude! She also indicated that the staff have been trained on the incident and the room would no longer be in rotation. This is the 4th integrity issue, as I read several complaints that the same situation happened within the last two weeks - I posted the complaints below. Marriott's brand is being tarnished by these unprofessional and lack of customer service managers at the property in Kenosha, Wisconsin. I am requesting Corp leadership intervene and fix the situation before they lose more customers. See aforementioned feedback within the last several weeks: Customer - Worst stay ever Worst stay in all my years of traveling. At 5am, (which was 3am my time) I heard a jarring sound. It literally sounded like someone was trying to break into my room! I phoned the front desk and they apologized and said that someone had started the laundry. What?! They said it would stop in 3 minutes. It did. However, in 30 minutes after I went back to sleep, it started back again!!! I called again, and they apologized and said it wouldn't happen. It did. Over and over to where I could never go to sleep even with noise canceling headphones playing white noise. When I went to the front desk I told them what happened in person, and they said they were surprised that the night shift worker put me in this room (217). So it was a known issue!!! He asked if there was anything he could do to make it right. I said, you are in the hospitality business, you tell me! He again deferred to me. I said I just want to pay it forward and make sure that no human being would would stay in that room again!!! Marriott's response - Dear Rob, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. We have removed that room from our inventory until a permanent fix can be established. It was a pleasure to have you as our guest, and I hope you give us an opportunity in hosting you again, whenever your travels bring you back to the area Marriott's response - Jason Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with the Engineering leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent these issues from occurring in the future. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the are I now have 2nd thoughts regarding all Marriott properties!

Traveled with a group of 30,and we told them we needed breakfast early because we needed to leave by 7:30. They said no, probably it wasn't ready till 7. We paid for luggage handlers, which they didn't show up. So mostly was done by a couple of our people. But the hotel itself was very nice, and clean. Only about 4 years old.

We were assigned room at ground floor, we requested room at higher floor but the front dest person was extremely rude. He said its pleasant prierie not a big city with a view. Then I requested for a crib again he rudely said no we don't have it. I hate a place where people lack hospitality and can't respond in better ways. I would definitely suggest Doubletree by Hilton which is near to this hotel, and they are far more better and welcoming in every way.

This hotel was really clean and well managed. The property was well-maintained in every visible area. The rooms were comfortable and it was easy to get a good night's rest.

Had stayed here before and thought that staying again was an easy decision. Quite mistaken. The hotel itself is nice. Upon arrival I had to wait in line because one of the desk clerks was so inept that the other clerk was essentially doing all of the check-ins. The room was adequate, but you could hear every footstep and door opening/closing, on our floor and above. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Very little selection caused by little/no inventory. If you like prepackaged breakfast items, then this is your place. After leaving I realized that I had left my phone charger in my room, I called the hotel to see if it was there. The desk clerk said that it wasn't in the lost and found, but would check with the cleaning staff and get back to me. I never received a call back. I get that it was only a phone charger, but the inefficiency of the staff cannot be overlooked. And the dishonesty of the cleaning staff is self evident. And finally, the wifi is horrible.

The hotel is clean and new and I love the modern aesthetic. The pool is small, but I don't visit Kenosha to swim. Breakfast had a good selection of choices. The room and bathroom had minimal features and amenities. I could hear noise from the hallway but it wasn't bad at all and the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is within a mile of the outlet mall and very close to Ren Faire. Kudos to the girl who got us foam pillows.

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds & large bathrooms. Showers were great w/awesome water pressure! Indoor pool was nice, free hot breakfast everyday, nice inviting lobby & friendly front desk staff. Hotel conveniently located near major highway, outlet shopping, gas stations & restaurants. Would definitely recommend & stay here again when we are visiting family & friends.

Pretty much brand new as of Feb 2023, great property, decent workout room. Some rooms have full size walk in showers, and some have bath tubs, kind of weird but not really an issue. Staff was great.

Worst hotel experience I have had. Loud halls with kids running up and down the hallways all night. I was unable to sleep and woke up with a headache. Called staff several times during the night. Woke up and requested to see management and was told there is no weekend management. How can you run a hotel with no management. I will not stay here again. 0/10 would not recommend.

Me And My Family had the Best Experience with Fairfield By Marriott , the staff were always polite and welcoming. The Continental Breakfast was Really A Good Variety, My granddaughter loves waffles so she really enjoyed them. Our Suite was Really Big I was surprised that the room had a couch that lets out to a bed. Me And My Family Will Definitely Be Coming Back Again.

Service was poor. Employees were not helpful in the least honestly. However, rooms were nice. The bathroom was pretty cool, huge shower in ours. Didn't get to the pool. Breakfast was ok except the breakfast attendant seemed just cranky, unapproachable the few times I saw her. I will probably not go back personally but I don't have anything truly negative to say about the physical hotel.

We had a booked and confirmed reservation for June 3-5 with travel insurance. We checked in only to find out they were double booked. The lady was very frustrated and short as soon as we arrived and her tone showed. Maybe more staff to assist the front as it was busy. The lady told us she found a room for us at Country Inn and Suites and that it's all paid for, we just had to go check in. We got to the new hotel only for them to turn us away because they were sold out. We have a home renovation going on and now no where to stay. Moral of story, call to confirm before getting there as they don't know how to book reservations.

Had an amazing time!! Beds were comfortable, the whole place was clean.. but what made our experience great was the lady running the breakfast bar in the morning!! She was soooo sweet! We had two babies with us who made a MESS and when she seen me cleaning it up she told me to leave it for her, that babies need to learn to eat and they're going to make messes while they learn ❀️ made me feel less embarrassed and we just want her to know we truly appreciated her!!!

This hotel was really clean and well managed. The property was well-maintained in every visible area. The rooms were comfortable and it was easy to get a good night's rest. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is close to I-41 as well as a nearby outlet mall. Driving into Kenosha is very easy as well. The free continental breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of options in comparison to other hotels. I would stay here again.

Lengthy check in, and had some difficulty getting things from the desk, but the room was nice. Strong AC, hot shower, TV was easy to connect to, and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed here for one night for work. Room was clean and very nice. Hotel is fairly new and also nice. I didn't use the pool or fitness room, pool looked a little small but it is probably fine for a dip. Breakfast was ok, they had some variety and it was good enough to get you going. I would recommend this place.

🫀 I'm not sure how this hotel has so many good reviews. Even though it's remodeled, it was poorly done, and it already looks grungy. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke when you come in through the back entrance. Our room had a very strong chemical smell, maybe from the flooring or something....
