Shisha is good and prices are reasonable. However, service is slow, rather rude and unprofessional. We had to ask 4 times to get our charkles changed, no waitress around to even ask for the bill or to order. People smoke inside, which is ILLEGAL.

The shisha is good! A little bit on the expensive side but still Very good.. And let's be honest, you won't be visiting for anything else. The place also serves Draught beer, so any beer fans may enjoy a good cold beverage. The waiters and hookah boys are polite. You might be asked to fill a review form yourself for your specific hookah boy.

Shisha is really good (pomberry: starbuzz).. Its a bit more expensive than other places in Bulgaria, however the service is very very bad. They didn't come to greet me until I was on my way walking out.. The shisha guy only came once and has not returned to see if the coal needed changing... It completely died! The music is good, crowd is young but not crazy loud. This place could be amazing if the service was better.

Good location, although there isn't a parking, so going with car could be a little issue as you'll have to park elsewhere and walk. Other than that, the place is okay and have a good menu options. A little cloudy sometimes, buy as it offers Hookah/Shisha it's understandable. Service could be slightly better, but still not bad. Seems like a teen place as majority of the clients seem to be between 13 and 17 years old, so you might feel a little weird if you're older than that haha.
