Cashiers often chatting on their earpiece and barely greeting customers. Couple weeks ago one male cashier acted passive-aggressively to a client who didn't know where the thermal bags were located and how they are different from the regular plastic ones. LIDL, if you are reading this, you can do better you know!

It is not good not to have public restrooms in the store. This is why I give four stars instead of five. If the store wants people to spend more time shopping the comfort has to be better. Other even smaller supermarkets have toilets and sometimes they are preferable for shopping for that reason. It is very good that the discount card for the shop can be used directly from the smartphone on the counter with the app Lidl Plus. It is much more convenient and safety (even in COVID-19 context) to scan the store discount card from the smartphone display and to pay wirelessly with the smartphone. Other stores should learn from Lidl if they want to be competitive because some hypermarkets with discount card do not even allow to use the discount without showing on the counter hard plastic physical card even if there is an electronic copy of it in the virtual wallet in the smartphone. This service is not such a big investment and with time should be even cheaper to maintain. It is very handy that in the Lidl Plus there offers with discounts, coupons, brochures, digital fiscal receipts but it would be better if they have filters. Shopping list will be great too as well as widget for the barcode discount card.

Super, friendly Lidl. Ideal for quick shops as the fuller-volume shoppers choose to go for similar prices and wider range to the sister store - Kaufland - next door. Bakery is great, wine selection is tops with an emphasis on local jewels. Customer service is tops.

Good place for shopping, checkout for lidl.bg leaflet before you visit its very helpful. I remove one star because there are some things on the leaflet that are not available there and also the bag locks needs 50 stotinka or 0.5 BGN lev to lock ur bag before entrance, not electronic.

Lidl is quality and good products with tempting offers every week. I shop there twice a week.

One of our favorite places for shopping.The goods are high quality and affordable.It has everything you need: From food to clothes and alcohol :)

It's not so bad. The carpark it's not too big but there is enough space if you shopping at midday. The store is tidy and clean. The staff is not very friendly especially the security guard. Only exception was the woman on the checkout who looks extremely tired although smile and very kind.

Found what we were looking for, particularly South African wine and some beef sausages. Smiling!

Has anything you would expect. Ample free parking.
