I was very disappointed with the Plunge Technorama employee. I bought a TV, it was sold not by an ordinary seller, but by an employee in a slightly "higher" position. To turn on the TV, it's almost as if he spoke beautifully. We wanted to get a separate warranty for the TV, but he said that we would have to pay money for it and turned the conversation elsewhere. After a few days, the TV started to crash, turn off. After taking it back to technoram to send it for warranty, it was accepted by the same male seller (or what he was there) and then the conversation started that the TV screen was pushed in, that the screen was scratched, even though I cleaned the screen with a napkin and liquid that he provided. That male salesperson should learn basic courtesy and not raise his voice in front of the customer. He sold a defective product and his eyes are still torn. I will never buy there again. And I will advise my friends and acquaintances not to buy anything there.

Be careful when shopping at this store. When you buy a TV of one diagonal, you can get another. And in the end, the problem remains unsolved. The staff does not even bother to write down the contacts.
