Worst food with worst staff. They make fun of their customers. They intentionally delay the customer's orders. They stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. I thought something is wrong with me for a while. But later found that they are making comments about all the other customers too. I asked for their manager but they asked some guy to meet me. He doesn't even bother to listen to me and asked me to leave. Very rude and hated this place. Please don't visit this cheap place with cheap people.

We went to this restaurant trusting on googlerating that's how we were trapped. We were in hurry so we didn't go through reviews on food, big regret. They offered popcorn, juice and water bottle as complimentary,we felt wow but later when we received starter (Chilli prawn) prawn pieces were hard, half cooked and smelled like hell. Very pathetic. We asked them to take back chilli prawn and serve us with alternate dish chilli chicken, they did so after 20min. Main course ordered was chicken biryani which was average. They are serving very less quantity. At last one representative came and told since bill was already generated first itself, difference amount of chilli prawn and chilli chicken is Rs20 as we can't adjust and regenerate the fresh bill so take waterbottle. Sadly we have paid for water bottle which was not needed neither opened seal of it. Never seen this kind of billing strategy. Have some concern towards customers time and money. Worst ever experience

Today I have visited the Sitara grand restaurant with my family and I have ordered special chicken biriyani and we got 'hair' in the biriyani. Worst service. Very bad.

Visited this place for breakfast buffet. There was not even a single good experience. Details below. 1. Plates were provided after 10 minutes of waiting. 2. Idli was brought after 15 minutes 3. 90% of menu items were empty. 4. Bread omelette - blunt 5. Poori was uncooked. Very disappointed and I strictly don’t recommend

The good part: They give you welcome drink along with popcorn and free water bottles. Valet parking and Door man offering enough courtesy. The bad part: Food is below average (Not even a single dish was ok - I was totally dissapointed) Not worth the money we spend. Delayed service - the kitchen takes its own sweet time. Ambience was ok but the place was not very clean. Overall a dissapointment. Went here as I had a good experience in the miyapur branch.

We have ordered fry piece chicken biryani but they have served normal chicken biryani. When we have asked them they blindly said that this is fry piece biryani only.. Starters also not tasted good just average . They disappointed 👎

Excellent food, excellent service, restaurant is just awesome their service , their food all are just excellent, i order food & wait just 2-3 min & food will be on your table. Superb experience there.I have visited 5-6 times.

The food is not so good actually it’s a 3star hotel we thought that and went their but we found the worst taste food which I didn’t liked at all if we say them to do spicy also they won’t do the staff is too worst. Shouldn’t try mushroom butter masala,chilly egg because those are too worst. They gave the welcome drink which is also too worst. But I loved the complementary popcorn and a 300ml water bottle. All hotel should start this type of service serving free water bottle and complementary popcorn the kids will love this. The ambience is good and loved it. I loved all except food they should change the taste actually..

We stay there for 2 days. The room service is very good and food from restaurant is yummy and tasty.... Due to heavy rain there is power failure in that area but hotel management gave us good service without power cut. Over all I like the hotel, lodging, restaurant and bar also....

Very nice Banquet Hall. Nicely decorated. Food is very Tasty. It's spacies. Children's enjoyed a lot. I went with my family to Reception. Dinner is very Tasty. Service is very good. We are very happy. Only one problem is Hotel is on service road. New people may get confused to park thier four wheelers. We parked very far n walked to the hotel. May be due to night time, we might have confused. Overall we liked the hotel n dishes.

Unmatured behavior of hostel owner. She don't even have maturity to accept others reviews/opinions/suggestions. If we gives any negative reviews instead of looking at reality she assumes we provoke others against her or hostel in her absenses she goes to defending mode. She even don't hesitate to do irrational or false arguments knowingly. Congested, dusty can be seen by eveyone who wish to join Usually they keep food enough, good quality but to lacks of proper monitoring hence..

Service is very bad they send another thing to eat not that we order late to take an order and swagat hotels have best offers like 1+2 offer and quality and if we ask for anything in Sitara they will not response if we see there huge differences on price in Sitara and swagat .

According to location and place it is perfect but the rooms was so small and its not much better, the rooms was wanted to arrange like the person want to need, is this possible you can't put this on your hotel, booking list According to service it is better I like it but you can improve more better.. I have only problem with rooms but otherwise it's okay. . Please visit to hotel and text me how it is it's better for you to understand and its better for me also what I have missed in this experience I have visite more than two or three times on this hotel☺

Worst service at bar floor ! Especially don't order the manchow soup ! And the barriers are worst behaviour at the end we are not satisfied with Sitara Ashok Nagar Branch! ..food is very bad ...I don't recommend this bar n food in this section

I had the food here if you want good taste with all the masala flavours this is not the place I tried. Never trying it again. Btw i ordered paneer butter masala and tangdi chicken biryani for the prices there compared to the food taste it's useless

I am not sure about the rooms , since i went there for dinner with family. Ambience was fine, food prices are more than moderate . But interms of quantity and taste wise it didn't even met the expectations for the price. Not a recommended place for food tasty lovers.

Third grade place. I'm sure some roadside fish seller got lucky in real estate and purchased this franchise. They don't even give enough accompaniments with breakfast and other dishes. Super bad food. Sambar is like dal. I'm sure the chef was a cobbler before he was brought here. The owner must be some beedi smoking checkered lungi toddy guzzler that he is spoiling the name of Sitara hotels to such an extent. This is actually a pricey bar with cheap people and worst maintenance ever ever. AVOID THIS PLACE TOTALLY. Note: This is a genuine review. If you still want to fall for the looks of this place, it's your call.

Ambience is ok and Food is very bad. Ordered chilli paneer and egg biryani. Panner is very hard to eat and biryani is tasteless. Food options are also very limited. Funny part is even with two forks i was unable to split paneer piece. Imagine how hard it is. By looking at rating,i thought it would be good. But utterly disappointed. i would never visit again

Taste of food is good in restaurant, there are multiple banquet halls are available for parties and functions. 100, 200 and 500 pax also can accommodate in banquet halls.

Ordered Mutton biryani through Zomato from Sitara grand . It was too spicy and cannot eat at all. Disappointed with the taste of the food. Even a small restaurants food is much more better than yours.

Decent south Indian options for breakfast. Dosa's masala was especially nice. Vada and Sambhar was also good.

It was my first visit to this place, I heard a lot about the hotel, It is quite approachable and good. Food was ok but not up to the mark as expected...

I would have given a lesser rating if possible. 1. AC did not work in the room. Staff said it will fix in a few mins and it did not. We had to wait until very late at night to get a room change 2. Internet did not work. The hotel boasted about its WI-FI convenience and how professionals prefer to stay here. Yet the internet was not available and it was not through your stay of 2 days. 3. The magnetic key did not work. We have to wait for the master key and a person to arrive every time we step out of the room. It’s not only inconvenient, it was also insecure 4. The lady the front desk keeps twisting her words about offers on the room. She ended up charging much more than initially agreement. Saying that all the offers are void. It was a mistake to choose this place and suggest others to stay away from these scammers.

Hi Thanks for your revert. I was at the restaurant so rooms and location are out of scope of my review. The menu is too concise for vegetarians (90% panner recipes) .Also the taste was not so great. Myself and my family had stomach upset. I think there was some problem with the masala semi cooked or what ever.

Amazing quality food and nice ambience at moderate-high pricing... Ordered chicken Biriyani, Chicken Majestic, and Butterscotch icecream ... Everything tasted excellent... You will get a welcome drink too which was average tasting...

Located on the Mumbai highway. Near to ORR. Good for business travellers. Tariff includes both complementary breakfast and dinner. Quality of food is good. Room service is also available. To reach the airport is the only problem at peak hours.

The guy who looks after the banquet halls has a disgusting attitude. Adding to that if all the banquet halls has events happening. The power supply will go off. That has happened here during my marriage and there was no electrician or power backup. These people are very business oriented here.

We went to Bar section staff is very rude.. very so slow service.. i don't know managers just rome here and there but they do nothing... Fully smoking place... Same smoking place we need to have food... We requested for non smoking place and told we will pay extra manager answer to the customer are IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THIS IS PLACE OTHERWISE YOU CAN GO TO THE NEXT RESTAURANT...that's why I don't like this hotel..

Restaurant: We had lunch twice there and it is a busy place for food. From food to service everything is very good and taste of the food is good. I like the way serve food in banana leaves and complementary water bottles with masala papad. Even wash rooms are clean Try food there you won't regret

I am the customer of this branch since 2017. I had arranged a family event here in 2017 by considering their quality. Since an year around, after the lockdown I could see the food quality, quantity and taste is reduced. They had raised their prices significantly. Its not worth to the quality and quality. It is my consideration now; only if I could not find any better option near by. Veg muchuria and sambar rice are the must try items in this restaurant.
