Major pain if you need to return an item. Had to stand in line with 30 other people to return at a cashier. Why can't they but in a return counter like most store.

Lots of stock. Store is pretty well organized. I was however disappointed when I went to pay for items to see a HUGE line up and only three cashiers working. Its Christmas time. You have like nine checkouts but only three staff working them?! Almost....left my items and walked out.

This was our first visit and found many nice items to browes and buy. The store was well set up and very clean. The people at check-out were friendly and quick . We will be back again.

Wife bought shoes and returned them 3 days later as cashier said they had thirty day return policy. So she tried to return them and was told there was only store credit which wasn’t what we were told previously. So after added aggravation they finally returned the money. But bottom line is they don’t stand by their word.

Got a great kitchen knife here for $10! The back of the box had Japanese writing on it. Very good prices for certain items if you know the general costs of things around town.

Marshalls and Homesense in Sarnia lambton mall was really good experience. They had huge variety of beautiful decor and home stuff. Prices were affordable too. We bought couple of things and will be regular shopper now!

I love shopping here, the store has so much good stuff and everything is decently priced. Staff is always friendly! I wish the price tags on home items weren’t so sticky and hard to come off though.

Friendly staff and great place for almost anything you need to decorate your home, clothes, bed bath supplies. I love these stores for the fact that they get unique clothes in once in a while, where there’s maybe two or three of them only and they won’t get them again which is pretty neat. At Christmas they hold a lot of ugly Christmas sweaters which is fun and they have a ton of Christmas decor. Also some of its tacky some of it’s awesome but what others fine tacky some others do not.

My wife loves this store .always finds a good deal here

My favourite place to shop! The workers are always so kind and the store is very organized and has a great selection of items. My go-to for clothes, household items and literally anything else!

As soon as I walked into the store I was instantly filled with joy.... I couldn't help but smile walking around seeing all of the beautiful, adorable xmas decor. 🥰💜❤💚🍭☃️🎄🎁

I’ve never had such a rough experience shopping here. For 1 there was shopping carts left alone through out the isles today. Staff wasn’t even moving them. I asked where to find something and instead of actually helping me find it she pointed in the direction of where it was and continued to talk to her friend when it wasn’t even there. I had to walk all the way to the other side of the store to ask a worker where the stuff was and she was really nice and showed me where it was by taking me there. I then brought my items to the fitting room when the lady who was speaking to me was practically whispering. I told her I could not hear her. I picked up my stuff and counted them in-front of her and I had 11 so I left one in the cart.She grabbed my stuff from me and proceeded to slowly count them again in-front of me and then just basically passed me my 10 items. She literally just gave me a tag without letting me know which one to go into. I had a lot of heavy clothing items and I was clearly struggling with carrying them all and she wouldn't lift a finger to help me. The other older lady after her who came after I got out was super nice and helpful. I just think the staff could do better on customer service . Ive worked in retail before and would not be treating people like this.

Interesting place... Depending on when you go there? Most often staff is extremely courteous and helpful. However there are a few stragglers not very friendly? Selection isn’t very wide or varied... Turnover of furnishings is somewhat slow and selection smaller... Of course the area with much smaller population may have something to do with it? Store policies place employee handling of customers at odds with customer care! They need a dedicated return cashier! At busy times you could spend too long in line for a single return... With customers at a premium for stores... Treating customers with care and respect will go along way to keep from driving them elsewhere... After all there isn’t anything this store carries that you can’t order on line or go to Costco or any of the many stores in the surrounding area!

Very clean, polite staff. Huge variety of items priced to sell. I love some of the unique larger items they get in. The organization of the store is done well. Just as similar as winners so.if you enjoy shopping there, you will here as well.

Cashier Jag was so polite, he asked me about everything, what I need and he asked me about the carry out as well, what a great customer service.

They have really interesting decor for your home. The prices aren't bad for what they offer in store. Seasonal decor seems to have a large selection.
