Yesterday I went to Walmart with my Daughter, my daughter and I were in the makeup section we were looking around at all the makeup,and put of the corner of my eye I saw a lady employee staring at me and my daughter with her arms crossed watching. Us the whole time we were there when we moved she moved, we went to a different isle so did she ! No smile nothing just a dead stare at us!she made Mee feel so uncomfortable to even be there! I have. My meds from Walmart., I spend upwards of$500 a week on food! I realize. It might be her job but she made myself and my. Daughter very uncomfortable I saw her started at me the whole time I was there I got so bothered by it I didn't finish my shopping made me. Feel. Like I was the criminal I'm never going bag to that store and I'm going to a different pharmacy! In my opinion they need to teach them how not to be noticed when. There watching people

Overview: Out of all the Walmarts I’ve been to I wasn’t expecting Sarnia to be in the top 5 I’ve ever visited. No complaints here. Staff: Staff were helpful and nice. They were doing what they needed to and the ones who I’d expect to greet me or approach me did that well. Cleanliness/moderness: Exactly what I’d expect from a Walmart. Not a bad thing at all. This specific location is especially clean I found. Would I go back? If I needed to absolutely. They were great at this location!

I understand that Walmart wants to cut cost where possible but please for the love of what's left in this world train your staff. The customer service worker I talked to who tried his best told us that if a product is defective it is eligible for a return needs to be taught correctly. As for the extremely rude lady I talked to when I discovered my product was defective, I spoke kindly and respectfully towards you and your staff. But you were nothing but rude and unhelpful. The aarrogance in which you spoke to me and distain with how you treated me makes me wonder how anyone so cold would ever want a job in customer service. I've seen more respect and understand by people a lot less "special" than her. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's dealt with this rep and I'm definitely sure I'm not the only one who's been dealt with this way.

I went there to buy a toaster. The shelves were not properly stocked, faced, and the tag mount was broken off. Also, there was a can of beer in the back of a shelf. This looked liked drunken retailing. The problem was that a for sale toaster was $26.97 and beside it a full price toaster for $39?? I was Suspicious that the pricing was wrong because of the disarray of the display, and there was no way to get a price check. So I had to scan it at self service and the employees had to do a price check. I told the employee about the stores problems. I hope he didn't take this justifiable criticism personally; it is a management problem.

The Sarnia location is advertising Thrive lozenges 1mg 108pcs. Pkg at $28.77. I have went twice in the last 2 weeks and they never have stock ? The store has lots of packages with 36 but at a much higher price. I did inquire if I could get 3 boxes of 36 at the same price and was told they couldn't do it ? Why advertise something that you do not plan on stocking ?

I will never shop here again in my life,6 staff people and not 1 could direct me to what I was looking for..even the cashier couldn't speak English..this is disgusting..how do you get a job and can't speak ENGLISH...DONT WORRY I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO WALMART AGAIN..

Cashier gave me $0.25 change when i bought 2 cases of fresca with a $50 bill. Thanks for making me wait in customer service for 2 hours. Really sad as i dont like the fact self check out is taking jobs away. Definitely will be using them now!

Walmart, the store where you can literally find anything you need for your house, for your car your truck yourself your mother-in-law, your father-in-law, your brother, your sister, newborn baby cats dogs. They even have a hair studio there if you need a trim. I’ve never had any problems in there in this location and the staff are always friendly. There’s enough staff in case you do need help finding something but if you don’t know your way around Walmart yet then you haven’t been in there enough lol. They also have a garden centre which is packed full of anything you need, spring or summertime for all your gardening needs.
