Horrible gym, complete waste of money. The staff is extremely unprofessional and shows blatant favoritism towards certain members. They do not follow covid protection protocols themselves but ask everyone else to do so. Don't expect to progress in this "gym" unless you're paying a premium or suck up to the staff. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I was told by the owner over the phone "I have no problem loosing another!! student" They want you to pay upfront all membership fees, or the amount triples. The attitude is all or nothing and no reimbursement after 36 days. Pay $800 for a year, for a twice a week classes for a child!! and cannot cancel it, only postpone for another $25.00 All they want is your money.

JKS is a such great gym! The staff is amazing. The kick boxing classes are super fun and you are guaranteed to get a good sweat in. For the more technical classes, the trainers are educated and patient. This is such an amazing gym I highly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in martial arts or would just like to workout hard in a really fun environment!

I'm a member for 5 years and I can say without exaggeration that JKS changed my life. Gave me purpose and perspective. The place is complex and versatile. One can choose among multiple martial art skills and levels. It can be your home where you can challenge yourself to become a professional fighter or your neighbourhood gym where you can spend several joyful hours per week - acquiring new skills or shaping your body. Best Martial Arts gym in Montreal!! They have more classes than any other gym on the island and have separate coaches for each class so you can always get the proper guidance! Very grateful for JKS <3

Friendly staff, great Gym. They have a great selection of packages to offer depending what you are looking for. The cardio classes are my favorite, always break a sweat.

We signed up our 5 year old to learn MMA and she loves it. The staff is all very nice and professional. They are very good with kids and they make sure to supervise. Parents are on the side and allowed to watch the kids learn and progress. Very happy with JKS and we will be signing up again.
