Although the hotel itself is beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains the service and employees will make you think otherwise 😐 First when we arrived there was no one to help with the luggage. The receptionist lady was shouting to tell us we arrived too early it was 12:30 pm and shrugged saying she will give us an other family room. The room had crumbs on the floor and the couch. The bed was dirty and had a mans hair on it 😩 and I couldn’t put anything on the table because it had a broken leg🤫 I called to ask for water after an hour of waiting we come down with our luggage and asked to change the room and she immediately did after hearing why. The second room they got rid of the couch table🤫 and I went to the bed to check it. Not surprisingly it was also dirty with both men and womens hair. I didn’t want the hustle of going down again so I went directly to the cleaning lady. Showed her the bed. She nodded and changed it 😶 Room service is impossible to reach. And I had to do things myself. Staff at the breakfast one of them( with dyed white hair) shouted at me to wear the mask PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK “ I simply forgot it while I was eating “ when I went back to get bread from the buffet☹️no manners at all😕 At the time we checked out no one came to take the luggage. I’m guessing the management is just very poor in this place. No this is not a 5 star experience at all. We just wasted our money on this place. Yes I Will tell friends and family to avoid it on their visit here !!

I reserved two different rooms for me and my family and another room for my sister and her family. I paid for 2 separate rooms which supposed to fit 3 adults in each room. I paid for 3 adults. I got room for 2 adults, 1 bed. I called front desk and ask where third person should sleep, they told me they will bring me foldable bed. I ask that there is no space to put one more bed in our room, and I got answer that I can put it in corridor next to exit door. Than we waited 2 hours to get metal bed for 3 adult. We barely fit it next to our bed and could not open balcony door because of it. Then we went to eat, food was disaster. My husband got diarrhea and my daughter stomach pain for whole day. In our salad was hair of our waiter Sofiya. Was disgusting. Then at 12:00 am some women open my sister door and came yo their room. We called front desk, they said it was mistake. Cleaning lady around pool area mop back splashed dirty water from the floor back to pool. Overpriced! Service is very bad! Never come back and never will recommend to nobody! They should return our money or give better service or at least discount. Nobody did nothing. Terrible stay! Worse of the worse hotel service. Search for better around Bukovel!

Hotel is old, and rooms are falling apart. Air conditioning did not work on our room. Someone in management is a thief, as they promised a refund for checking out a day early, and now telling me I checked out a day late, even though by that time I was in a different city. On a good side, the spa is very nice and the staff at the spa, the restaurant, and room service are all very nice. Unfortunate for them management is so incompetent as they can't keep AC working in the rooms and steal money after promising a refund. Recommend staying in other newer hotels in the area.

It was terrible experience: room is in very bad condition, crack on the window, shower temperature changing by itself to super hot, lines between tile in bathroom super dirty and old, leaking faucet, service wasn’t changing sheets every day (only every other day), furniture with scratches, uncomfortable pillows, terrible food (room service) and not fair prices for food according to quality, staff were speaking Russian to us, check in guy didn’t speak English, at our first breakfast scramble was smelling really bad and looked disgusting. What is really shocking that staff never asked about our pcr tests or vaccination but gave “safe guests” stickers!!!!! What?? How it’s possible?! And all guests were without masks on the territory of the hotel and staff didn’t care about it!

Nice hotel, amazing view from your room. The rooms are clean and quite. On the -1 floor you can find swimming pool and sauna (I believe there are 4 different types of sauna). Just remember the pool opens at 9am but the sauna at 11am I am personally looking forward to return to this place, highly recommended

unpleasant stay , Management and Services are not that good. Hotel Facilities are Clean and Nice. But the way you get treated make you feel you are paying as five stars and treated as three stars so the value and return of the Money is low. So I will not return back to this overpriced hotel again

5 star, no worries. The room is perfect, personal is amazing, service is high quality. Definitely is a right place to come back with a family and stay more! A bit far from Bukovel center, bit no problem if you like to walk - 10 minutes hiking and you're there. Or taxi always available.

This was our second stay in Radisson Blu Resort Bukovel, and it was awesome. The first time we visited the hotel as it was the perfect location for snowboarding: good lockers to store equipment, the slope is near the hotel, various things to recover and to relax after busy days on slopes. The view from a room was outstanding (non-slope view; the music on the slope can disturb you). Moreover, I was "lucky" to break my leg, and still, it was comfortable to enjoy the hotel. The downside was that we had traveled by plain (without a car), we were able to find crutches only in the center, and it is so far away for the person with a broken leg))) Actually, the center is 10 minutes walk on foot by slope / 1 minute on snowboard by slope / 30 minutes walk by road / <5 minutes by car. Restaurants are pretty expensive, but it was very worth it. The second stay was for the celebration of our 10th anniversary. And it was awesome. I recommend a romantic dinner for a couple! The one thing to highlight is that the price was specified for "a piece" which means "per person". This is unclear from the description on the site, and it will be good to clarify this. The SPA is limited due to COVID, but we had enough time to enjoy it. Also, many thanks for the sweet present for our anniversary! However, there were also things to improve. We didn't like the first room as it was small, with a view on the roof and some technical building, nothing like in the description on the site. But we asked to move and were provided with a room with a stunning view of Bukovel. No complaints, but be ready that some rooms are not as Radisson promises. Some staff are under-qualified: we felt that they are students who don't care and are too busy to spend additional seconds with you. 2-3 star hotel is a better fit for such behavior. Cocktails in the lobby are awful for any price (we tried four different and decided that it better to drink hot wine somewhere else; one year ago, they were great). Overall, this is the place to return.

Well this is a very good hotel. I stayed there for a week and everything was great. The standard room is very decent, the food in both restaurants is good too. The service deserves a separate compliment... it is perfect - absolutely everyone was nice and helpful. The only small drawback there was price for the massage in that Studio in the SPA area... it is way too expensive and even theoretically I doubt that any of these massages 💆‍♂️is worth it's money.

Amazing place - good location, spa zone, plenty options for breakfast, dinner and wonderful people around who always ready to help.

Quite expensive hotel but you get what you pay for! Service and staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are lovely and modern with all expected features, ours had a terrific bath and a nice balcony. The restaurant could do with a little attention though, decor and furniture needs an update. The pool and spa are really nice, one steam room, two saunas and some quiet chill out rooms, plus kids pool and adult pool. We visited in summer so had to drive a little to get to the centre, but I understand in winter there is a ski lift directly next to the hotel.

Exceptional level of service !! Real five stars !! Excellent cleanliness !! Beautiful and spacious rooms! We stayed at a hotel of a group of 50 people, and received excellent service from the manager Stanislav. He was dedicated and efficient throughout, taking care of all our needs at the hotel, and outside the hotel helped us with anything we needed.
