Great hotel/resort. Everything you need is within walking distance. Restaurants, stores, fishing pier, and the beach. The rooftop bar is amazing, great drinks and atmosphere. Didn’t get to try the food. All of the hotel staff is wonderful and nice. Some of the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. Many good items at the snack station in the lobby. Great game room area. Also they have chairs you can borrow for the beach upon request. The pool area is nice. Crowded on the weekends. You will have it mostly to yourself on the weekdays. I had a two bedroom suite ocean view. Two bathrooms with two balconies and the views are just amazing.

This hotel surprised us, it exceeded all expectations. First off the location is great, right in front of a beautiful beach and pier, a playground our daughter loved and lots of yummy restaurants. The amenities were also great- rooftop with great views and good food and drinks, games in the lobby and a nice pool and gym. And it’s dog friendly and our big dog got lots of love. The staff and other guests were all so nice. And they have EV charging! It was a great stay.

This was my families first time visiting Pompano and the surrounding areas, and the hotel experience was second to none. The room cleanliness was perfect as well as its location to the pier/ beach, and all of the food establishments around was perfect. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. It was a nice hotel they offered a lot of free attractions. Rooftop bar with live music/Dj. A pool table and Arcade games which are free to play. The hotel rooms were very nice and spacious and this hotel had such a pretty view of the beach. The one complain I had was the breakfast. There was a huge line to get waffles, which could’ve been great but the waffles were getting stuck the whole time so you were in line for ten minutes. I couldn’t even get a waffle and everyone was cutting trying to get anything else for breakfast. They definitely need to move the waffle makers somewhere else! Not only that but the ladies in charge of the breakfast were completely rude.. overall everything else was nice. Would probably skip out on breakfast.

I need to give a special thanks to the employee Sam. I have claustrophobia and I was afraid to take the elevator to the Rooftop to go to a friend's birthday. Sam was extremely patient and helpful, she went with me in the elevator. I wish all the best for her! Congratulations to the Hotel for having an employee like her!

Nice rooftop bar with live music. Outdoor pool was nice as well on the second level. One of the managers named Maria was very helpful with the minor issue. Josh and Jennifer at the front desk were great also.

TV and phone never worked or repaired (reported). TV displayed some random name only the entire time. My cell never worked in hotel even though connected to wifi. The room had a musty smell. They never made the pull out bed. Tacos at Pier 6 restaurant were disgusting (a huge chunk of gristle/fat inside). Then I see them washing previously used keys cards at the front desk to be used again. If this is your hotel practice maybe it should be done in the back. I've never seen anything like this in a hotel before.

I stayed here for nearly a month on the 4th floor. While this is a great location, the room was slightly dirty and smelly(needs a deep cleaning), dishes and silverware did not appear to be clean, dirty knife left in the dishwasher, there is only one fork and one spoon available, hair on a towel, dish cloth had never been through a washing machine because the plastic tag was still going through the cloth, bathroom floor was dirty, table in the room has a leg that is about to fall off (they did replace the table), hallways are hot and smelly, hallway carpet looks dirty, and my key card never worked at the parking garage. When housekeeping halfway cleaned my room, they did not always replace the dishwasher powder or toilet paper. Lastly, three weeks in a row the sheets on my bed were not changed. I contacted the hotel manager more than once and this did not correct the problem. This is absolutely unsatisfactory. Bottom line, the hotel is not well kept and needs some better housekeeping.

Absolutely horrible, poor customer service, no passion, no smile. We booked balcony studio room but instead got a hearing accessibility room. While checking in we verified with the front desk yet they still lied to us about the room. The AC inside the room sounded like a literal truck and the sound the fridge made was crazy. The water quantity was quite small. The only good thing I can say is that the location is good. Ruined our Thanksgiving vacation!

We checked in on Monday November 13, 2023. Check in was smooth and we went straight to our room. Room was nice, not very spacious but it’s what I booked. As for housekeeping, that was horrible. Asking over several days we final received service on Thursday after being promised day after day. When the service was done they didn’t take out the garbage and did not put towels. Had to ask front desk to send towels. The next day service was not done completely. Never saw service again until check out on Monday 20, 2033. The breakfast was good on Tuesday and as the days went on there was less and less until our check out which looked like no one had money to buy supplies. All I got all threw threw the week were apologies. To top it off on Saturday the pool was out of order until Tuesday 21 November. Hot tun never worked. It didn’t make our vacation any better.

Good hotel, well located close to the beach. Breakfast staff was amazing. Don't bother with the rooftop bar. It is super expensive and the staff forgot our order.

Location is great. Rooms were a little musky and required a good cleaning especially the carpets. Breakfast was minimal, although bountiful the options were limited to meat based products.Pool requires regular cleaning. Very noisy, paper thin walls.

The hotel is ok for me. Could be nice but the floors need to be cleaned in the rooms and hallways. It smelled like wet dog throughout the hallways. Dogs are allowed and did see a few. I do not like to be in a room that a dog has been lounging in. I love dogs but I think maybe a separate floor for them. Not everyone wants to be around dogs, same as smoking and non smoking.

I would give 5 stars ! The hotel is brand, new, very modern, very wheelchair accessible. We had a huge suite overlooking the ocean, the room is very big, the outdoor deck was awesome. They also have an amazing fifth floor would you can see the whole city from it’s absolutely gorgeous, the worst part is the urine smell from the dogs! Otherwise I would give it five stars! I brought my service dog, who is very well-trained, but the first thing you smell when you enter the hallway it was pure urine. It was horrible. I could hardly even sleep, because of the smell.!! Also , it’s a dog friendly hotel, which would be a plus, but the minus is the urine smell .. lol

I got deployed here for work I've been here 10 days I would say the place is fantastic I haven't had a chance to do any of the stuff here honestly but the STAFF has been wonderful and the rooms are so nice and clean. I have a nice little balcony, a perfect little kitchenette, a good breakfast and no complaints. I wish all hotels I stayed at were this nice.

We have LOVED the past ten days we have spent at Home 2 Pompano Beach. The service here is incredible… we got to know the housekeeping staff, breakfast staff, facilities staff (not because there was anything wrong but just because they were so friendly!) and we enjoyed our daily greetings from the front desk staff. Room was clean, beautiful ocean view, great rooftop bar and restaurant and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of nearby restaurants…. I look forward to returning next time I visit Florida! Highly recommend this hotel!

This is my fourth time visiting this little gem in a quiet area of Pompano Beach, right in front of the pier. My brother was the first to introduce me to this family friendly hotel and we’ve been coming ever since. One highlight of the current stay has been Tiffany, who has been assisting in ensuring everyone was having a pleasant breakfast. She has been genuinely kind and it’s refreshing to witness. Kudos!

Having previously lived in the Ft. Lauderdale area, I was surprised with the changes, all positive, that have occurred in and around the Pompano pier. From a room standpoint, this Home2Suite's rooms are very similar to what you would expect, except we had a huge balcony with a full view of the ocean! Our floor was wet by the AC unit, which could lead to bigger issues down the road, and the pillows could be firmer, but overall, our room met our needs and I would consider staying here again. Staff was a 3.5 out of 5. Don't be late for breakfast as they close things promptly at 10a!
