    On A Beautiful Day, I Had A Taste For.... Long story short Here Is What I Received. (A Big Burnt Piece Of Chicken) This Place will serve you anything.All the staff think about is trying to rush the line along / Messing up orders. My Advice Would Be New Management , New Staff. And Before Customers Drive Off Please Be Sure to Check Your Food. And let's Not Forget The Drink.

    The cooks are very hard workers. The people bagging the orders don't pay attention to detail, part of my order was missing from my Family Duo meal, like the last three times. The large drink that I ordered was mostly ice and partially full, of soda. Several advertised food items that I asked for were not available and the desserts that I did get (3 chocolate chip cookies) were all stale and hard, with the packages greasy looking. The chicken was dry and the rice seemed undercooked. After, we sat down with our food, I had to get up and spend an additional 10 minutes begging for the rest of our order (sweet plantains, rolls, chimichurri sauces), utensils, napkins, plates, my drink & a straw.

    Okay so I was just at this place and legit ran out of chicken. Pollo is Spanish for chicken it’s in the name… someone messed up! Also got my order wrong asked for just cheese and chicken in my wrap for my kids they put everything. Checked the receipt kid sitting outside eating range it in wrong. Guess the intercom is broken. They “parked me” and I waited 5 extra minutes but it’s fast food. It seems like the quality of service is going down and the price is going up paid 22$ for three wraps. The pollo by my house is just as bad! Who is running these things? I’m done!

    I went through the drive through. I ordered the Avocado 🥑 Grilled Chicken 🥗 which was good the only thing that it only has 1SLICE of Avocado 🥑 not slices like it says! The 2 girls that was taking my order I don’t think that they understood what type of salad that I was ordering as they thought that I wanted 🍚 The ending of my drive through experience ended well because the 2 boys working with them knew the salad I wanted ! All I can say the girls need to pay attention more !

    Ordered a small caesar didn’t bother to toss it like they usually do or simply just put the sauce on the side. They literally drowned the salad with dressing. Went back inside to ask for a new one with the dressing on the side got back a side caesar for sure but dry as hell. Manager some hispanic looking guy, right in front of the register didn’t even bother to solve the situation the two crew members in the back just whispering to each other. I as a general manager myself would have handled that situation totally different. No customer service at this location at all. And to top it all off didn’t get a receipt so I won’t be able to scan for my points.

    I was excited to try the Avocado Cilantro Tropi Chop. What I received was a major disappointment. Half of an avocado was just plopped on top of the rice n beans, not even sliced. NOTHING like the picture advertised. The brown rice was hard (as if it was old rice just reheated) and the chicken was overcooked, hard and dry. I don’t know if it’s just that location or Pollo Tropical period but I will not waste my money at another location to find out. I’ll spend the extra money at Chipotle smh

    I was in the area again visiting family and stopped to pick up Pollo. Ordered 3 bowls and 2 orders of tostones. The bowls were great! But the crispy tostones were harder than Kettle cooked potatoes chips but thicker. $10 later, "We couldn't enjoy them at all. ) So will be calling to get the manager's name because I expect a fresh order on my next visit. 👎👎 There are also homeless people with huge duffle bags camping outside the entrance of your restaurant. Maybe the manager can refer to the nearest shelter or soup kitchen to direct them during this time.

    Whoever is the new manager at this location around this time 6:30pm. Deserve a review and his team too ! I made an online order for 7pm pick up time. It was around 6:35 ish when I placed it. One of the guys brought his manager to me to see what was going on with my order. I explained him how I have to wait blah blah until it shows on their screen and I didn’t mind wait. He made sure my order was made before pickup time! Great experienced!
