I went there during breakfast. Before this place my bagel eating was limited to Dunkin’ Donuts or some of the local bagel shops at my place. This bagel place takes the bagel tasting to a different level. Lots of variety of bagels such as jalapeño’s, spinach , multi-grain etc. Bagels are baked right in the premise, cream cheese is fresh and amazing. It’s very pocket friendly place too. Interior is refreshing, clean including the restrooms. Would love to come back again and highly recommend.

We walked in and it took 5 minutes before they could take our order. We stood there watching them work and no one turned around to say good morning. How can I help you? The store was not busy 😕 The bag on coffee was good but the service was horrible.

The food here is great but the customer service and cleanliness of restrooms today can be better. This location has always been great but today most of the coffee was cold and I just overheard a customer ask for hot coffee and the manager responded by asking him to not “shout” and telling him he is “wrong, coffee is piping hot,” despite other customers saying that they, too, wanted hot coffee, making the poor customers feel really unwelcome (mostly seniors!). I was going to hold off on reviewing until I was here agai, to see if the problem was one-off, but the rude management style made me post. I’ll revisit next time I am here, hopefully improving on this review.

Whenever you’re in Ft Lauderdale this is a location you need to visit especially if Anastasia is there. Just her smile this morning made me feel welcome. My first time ordering and the great menu was rather intimidating… but she was ready with suggestions. Amazing! I left a satisfied customer. You are the bees knees ! 👍👍

Cookers cant follow basic directions. Sent my first sandwich back. I Didn’t bother to check to second attempt until after i left, it was wrong again.

Can't complain about the food per say....hard to screw up a bagel with cream cheese.....but when you pay with a card it automatically directs you to a tip screen of 1.00, 2.00, or 3.00. To me that's obnoxious. I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and believe in tipping. However I'm not inclined to choose one of them. Maybe .25 or .50. Sorry but when you take into account the cleanliness, customer service, and food a 1-3.00 tip is not warranted.

The food and coffee are great! They forgot to put cheese on my gfs bagel both times that we’ve spent money here. It’s not leaving such a great impression.

Worst service I've ever seen. I usually love einsteins. (My fav breakfast chain)So unprofessional. Surly, lazy, disrespectful. I can't see how theres any way the owner could know what goes on there and be ok with it.

Other than not having a cheesy hash brown bagel for my All-Nighter, this place serves me well. Great for office and hospital staff. We miss the Cheesy Hash Brown bagel though, and wish we would be notified when the order was changing, or gave me a different option for a bagel than sticking me with the iffy Asiago. Otherwise, love it

First time going here. Boyfriend and I ordered bagel sandwiches and two chai lattes. Sandwiches were good! But when I took a sip of the latte it was SOUR. Like, ‘churn-my-stomach’ sour. Boyfriend said his was also sour AND at the bottom of the cup you could see the milk was curdled. We brought this to an employee’s attention and all he had to say was, “It’s a Chai tea, it’s supposed to taste like that.” It didn’t excuse the curdled milk, and the fact that a chai tea latte isn’t even “supposed to taste” spoiled. I don’t want to be that person, but I’ve had my share of chai tea lattes several times before and it is for the most part supposed to be a sweet and cinnamon spice- kind of taste. Everything else about the place was fine, food was good, employees were nice. I just wish the situation was handled better, like they didn’t even offer any refund for the drinks. If it was spoiled milk put into the lattes, someone definitely could’ve gotten sick. If there’s possibly a next time, I will make sure to come back for the food.

Sandwich was good but could do without the egg shells bits in my sandwhich , at least we know they use real eggs

Went in there and was looking at the menu, the woman who was asking me what I wanted was very rude, I asked what the smears we're and she rolled her eyes as she looked on her station and listed them off with attitude. Then her and her co worker shaking there heads at each other right in front of me! Awful customer service! Than when I order my cold brew shake, the woman at the register makes me a regular cold brew and then tells me that I ordered it wrong. I remember saying shake and even if I didnt, idk what kind of Employee tells the customer that they are wrong 🙄 good thing I'm not from this area or else I would say never again. Would give zero stars if I could

Wonderful selection. Great staff. Bagels were soft after heading and adding spread. I prefer a cruchier crust personally. Coffee was good. Place was bright and clean with ample parking

Worst Einstein Bros. Bagels location by far. They ignore customers when they walk in, they don't pay attention to basic instructions AND the Einstein Bros. Bagels brand plain cream cheese, that they are now selling in UNLABELED CONTAINERS, is SOUR TASTING. Just plain nasty. 0 stars. The picture is of the UNLABELED Einstein Bros. plain cream cheese I received....It tasted sour and nasty. Isn't there a law about selling packages with no labeling? Don't Buy it! Stay Away from this location for sure!

Imagine the bestest warmest cinnamon bagel. Now imagine it doused in cream cheese. I died of diabetes by eating that bagel, but I died happy.

Been a customer here since they opened but today experienced no customer service and bad bagels. We were the only customers but were totally ignored by the 2 employees behind the counter. When the women finally came to the register her comment was “have you been helped” … of course we hadn’t been helped, you’re the one that’s supposed to help us. She had looked at us several times but never a “I’ll be right there” or even a “welcome to Einsteins” … nothing. When she did wait on us she was very unpleasant, shaking my iced tea at me instead of saying “here’s your beverage”. Bagels were so dry my husband threw his out and my side of cream cheese was only half full. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service I ordered online, I selected almond milk choice, I double checked but in store it showed up as 2% milk. Not a big deal, it happens, I asked the lady to remake and she refused saying it was my fault. I asked her nicely to remake it and she again argued that it was my fault so they didn't need to remake it. I then asked nicely for a refund and she refused to even give me a refund saying I had to do it online. I work in the food and restaurant industry, I know how to treat guests. That was horrible customer service, I had a simple request and they refused and were rude. Won't be coming back here.

Delicious 😋 bagels 🥯 great variety and if you get the app for your phone 📱 they will welcome you with a free bagel 🥯 with a smear of cream cheese and also you get a free sandwich 🥪 on your birthday 🎁

This bagel chain is pretty good, this location, however often disappoints. Not enough that you don't come back... But enough that you wish they did better. Edit: Dear Einstein's: visit the location on west flamingo road in Las Vegas. Do what they do (hint: they're not drastically understaffed)

The bagels are awesome. Tons of unique flavors. Great place for breakfast

It just a fast food bagel place, nothing special. Service is spotty and inconsistent, this is prior to covid and still. But for a quick bagel and cream cheese is okay. Don't bother with a sandwich other choices in the area are better value and taste.
