I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese meals and both my Girlfriend and I’s burgers where raw she is pregnant and the store them selfs said they can’t reimburse us for feeding us raw meet because we called corporate.

The servers were helpful but the food presentation and taste was sub par as usual,and the atmosphere was crazy . The Issue With Resteraunts Is This - Don't Neglect A Customer Who Patronizes Your Establishment Because Of Another Customer In Your Establishment 😆,now that's a job the good folks at mikkie deez must figure out ,oh I know Raise wages & Hire more help 🤦🏿‍♂️💯

So tell me why when I usually order something online on DoorDash, THEY ALWAYS BE MISSING SOME OF THE ITEMS. One time I ordered from here, they were missing the Medium Fries. One other time I ordered here, THEY WERE MISSING MY CHICKEN NUGGETS, and now I just ordered today, I ordered a big order, but most of the time it's pretty small. Tell me how they got everything correctly except the one Bacon McDoubles Sandwich? It was suppose to be two, it only came as one. I was so annoyed because my brother started complaining so I had to buy another burger. Next time I order from this McDonalds, I'm gonna personally ask my Delivery person to make sure they put EVERYTHING in the bag.

Restaurant Mgr on it. Hands on totally. From the counter to taking orders and of course asking how's your meal. Exceptional service. Thank you. I won't be surprised if he's a veteran. Completely unprofessional staff. No one even acknowledge my presence there’s three people working right there and I stood at the counter for over 7 minutes without being helped. They have plenty of staff and they’re not even busy this is 6 PM on Tuesday. Left without getting anything. Screw this store!

Every month I run 🏃‍♂️ , 7 0r 8 half a marathon , plus other work outs , plus 4 marathons a year or 1 Every 3 months , and yes after hard work outs I need my apple pie 🥧 and fries from Macdonald and let me tell you , it's berry yummy 😋

I went to McDonald’s last night at ten something I didn’t look at the time my Big Mac sandwich was cold but my fries were hot my sandwich also looked old I would like to get my food fresh this has happened to me to many times somethings has got to be done I would like for someone to contact me please and this is how I got my sandwich like really this happens to much for me and I come almost everyday and spend my money and this what I get

I gave them one star because they're consistent with being consistently horrible. The customer service at this particular location stinks (bad attitudes), and the quality of food is disappointing. I eat one thing from McDonald's and that's the fries. My fries were so hard that they were inedible.

Love McDonald's but the last 4 times my fries weren't done. You would think that being what they are known for it would be a priority to get it right. I know fast food isn't the best for you but you can usually count on most of the McD to get the fries right. Staff is almost on par with Chic fila

I eat meat only and my order is always difficult for the locations not used to it - quarter pound patties, meat only, no salt. They were patient with me, got it right the first time making it and it’s absolutely deliciously made. Thank you!

The food was OK but the service was very questionable and needs work. They don't know how to prioritize orders when there are 2 drive thru lines. Had 2 separate orders in one car and they even had that wrong. Get our food and there are no napkins or condiments. Why ask what sauce for the happy meal if your still not going to put it in there?

Worst McDonald’s in the world. The night shift are ghetto and rude. Customer service is trash and the food is not fully cooked. How do you not cook the food right it’s dummy proof. Everyone needs to be re trained or fired.

Only got coffee. Hot n fresh. Tried Arabic Coffee much better flavor. Enjoyed it.

I always go through the drive-thru now because I get thrive much faster than going inside. Even though the service is just as great inside, the drive-thru is way faster. I love the mocha frappe! YUM! It's my go-to drink.

Hey, it's McDs. Right but listen, the crew worked so well together that it made the food spectacular. And even after eating super slow and taking more than my share pf diet Dr pepper, I tried to order a rrwards ice cream on the app. Nit the store manager have it to me for free. This is my go to McDonald's because it's on my way home but more so because the service is always excellent. The food is always hot and fresh and it's usually not too busy.

Easy money. How this spicy chicken sandwich can cost $4 and change? They ask you to use the kiosk to order and pay but don’t give you the receipts. And call the order is ready by receipt number 🤦🏼‍♂️
