Beautiful natural site of geological interest. Very good value for the price. However, it is a shame you have to go everywhere by bus and can no longer explore or venture off the path.

Cool national park with awesome sandstone Towers and cool sinkholes!

Very impressive! A half-hourly bus takes visitors to a nearby starting point for the sandstone columns where a walking path of just over 1 km takes you along the open front of the sandstones. You can then either take the bus back to the visitor centre or, as I did, walk back behind the stones through the forest for about 2 km along an up-and-down patched path back to the first bus stop. But don't take the bus back - there is a lovely 1 km grass path back to the visitor centre. There are also other attractions such as a sunken lake (furnas) via another bus. There is paid parking for R$20 and an entry fee of over R$100, with the usual half price discounts mandated by law for the elderly, pregnant, disabled and certain other groups.

Description and instructions on the website were not up to date. By luck there was a guide on shift and we could complete the tour. The furnas are a bit disappointing but the trail around the rock formations is good.

Completely not worth the money. It's very expensive (2 tickets: +200 reals). There are rules everywhere, everytime you leave the shuttle bus there is a guide reminding rules, you can't really feel freedom.. don't get me wrong - it's a nice place, well maintained and the nature is beautiful, but too much expensive

Stones are amazing, tracking between them is very nice. Well organized (maybe too well.. as we wanted to do more hikes like in alltrails but it was not possible)

This park is an adventure park, with natural wield beauty, to do some tracks you need to be in shape to track some places there..

Die Felsen sind sehr schön. Aber der See und die Höhlen sind überhaupt keinen Besuch wert. Auch die Organisation mit dem Bus ist schlecht. Nach der Besichtigung der "Höhlen" warten die Leute noch ca 30 Minuten auf den Bus. Im Vergleich mit anderen Ländern fehlt noch viel.

The site is not clear about the guided tours. If there is no guide available you will miss the trip. Also, it will cost you 180.00 as informed at the park gate, not the 18.00 you think will cost by the website information. The deception is not acceptable. If informed correctly beforehand, no problem.

Worth a couple of hours in this historic place. They have buses to different areas of the park. Take some water as its hot. There's also a cafe at the visitor's centre
