We loved it!!!! Fast and friendly service. Their empanadas are the best! We had a total of 6 different empanadas. Carne, Jamon y Queso, El Pibe, Pablo Escobar, Che Guevara, and Carlos Gardel. I recommend you trying all these 6 empanadas if you couldn’t decide what to have. For our starters we had Chifles e Cancha. The portions are good as well. For our drinks I just had a water, and my husband ordered Limanada. It was so fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant. And would definitely come back!

Really yummy empanadas and a nice little shop in the quiet part of Lisboa. Lovely staff who were super polite. I really enjoyed the vibe in the shop and they offer complementary peanuts (which you have to pay for). I was by myself but really enjoyed spinach- fig and prawn empanadas.

I ordered the lomito sandwich with sweet potato chips. And for dessert, Churros con dulce de leche. Yummy!

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere the walls have pictures of various Argentinian and South American "celebrities", even the plays and glasses were they serve are nice ( in a brown ceramic). Even though the restaurant is medium size ( about 15) it has a high demand so I will recommend to do a reservation so you ensure your table. We ordered the papa Francisco, the spinach and mozarella empanada, the choripan and the platane chips (banana pao) and alfajores. Everything was awesome but If I had to choose I will only order the choripan and the chips. All the dishes and drinks non alcoholic was 16 Euros. The only thing I wouldn't order are the lemonades they were really disappointing. They were supposed to have mint and ginger but really it was water with lemon so it's better to order anything else.

Nettes Lokal, der Weg dahin ist etwas steil, aber es lohnt sich. Große Auswahl an Empanadas.

I went there at lunchtime, and ad a very tasty lomito, with chips and a beer. Nice place, friendly staff. Note: they opened at 12:30 on that day, not sure if that is their usual time.

I ordered two empanadas and they were a great size, really stuffed and at a good price! Staff were friendly even when I came by closer to closing time.

Really nice restaurant with great empanadas! We ordered 2/3 of the menu and we're really pleased, I would say that the vegetarian alternatives were better than the meat and seafood alternatives although everything was delicious! The waiters were really friendly despite a small language barrier and the wine was amazing! Would absolutely recommend for the food, environment and service. Really cheap as well which is a plus :-)

Great service and even better food!! I had one night in Portugal and I am thrilled I chose to eat here! My favorite was the churros and the two mini pie things (definitely not the accurate name for it). My mocktail orange strawberry was very nice! My server knew English even tho I was the only English speaking customer in there. I highly recommend this place! Everything I ordered was under €20

Good and fresh empanadas with some vegetarian and vegan options too. I took them for takeaway and I had to wait a bit too long for two empanadas. If you have time and you want to sit down, this should be a nice place.

Excellent food from Argentina! The atmosphere is very pleasant and cosy. The food is really tasty, and cheap. We ordered different food to share and we spend around 12€ per person (beverages included). The service is good but could be faster. Be aware it can be difficult to park around. Overall a great restaurant!

Many different choices of empanadas, for everyone something nice. They made room for our group of 10 eventhough we didnt have a reservation (early in the evening). Very decent prices. Recommend all the empanadas, not so much the toasties.

Highly recommend - the food and vibe were great! The restaurant was a bit understaffed on a Saturday night but it was still enjoyable.

Fast service, friendly staff, very good price and veggie / meat options for everyone! I highly recommend it.

Once a wonderful place, now the service is horrible where the staff has almost no manners. The empanadas are very lackluster compared to before. The mojito pitcher before was expensive but good, now is a refreshment with peppermint super overpriced (for almost no alcohol) In sum, a place that was full because it was great and is now just a shell of what it used to be. Find another of the 20+ places that have empanadas and are probably better.

Came here during World Youth Day. Food was amazing, service was incredible. Very patient even with the hundreds they served in one night. Empanadas were the best I've ever had and a great experience.

What can I say that hasn't been said before in the reviews! Amazing vibe, great food, lovely staff. we tried all the salads, and they have 3 super nice empanadas. We waited for a while to get our food but we didn't mind because that means they take their time to make fresh food.

Incredible value and very tasty “one dish” menu. Two empanadas per person is “hungry” — you’ll only be able to fit a third in if you’re “starving”!

Best empanadas in Lisbon so far! I tried a few other places, but none gets even close. Very creative selection of empanadas and the ones I tried were excellent, juicy and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. Will come back and definitely recommend.

The room is big so we had no trouble to find a place to seat, even without a reservation. The decoration is nice, with a lot of pictures of Maradona. I also liked the coloured benches. But the room was cold and there is no music at all, to create that nice South American experience. The staff was ok but not really nice, just did their job. The food was not what I expected - not bad but didnt create any surprise and the ingredients were not the best. The El Pibe empanada was full of water inside and didnt have much flavour. The rest of the food was the same. The service was slow and we could hear the microwave machine ringing before each dish came out. There was only 4 tables occupied and the staff was enough, but still it was very slow, specially the entrances and drinks. The price was not expensive so it was not so bad in the end but still its just money not well spent. Its a shame but this place is not worth the visit and definetly not worth to come back.

Great selection of empanadas, ranging from ham-and-cheese classics to the boldest fusions, like the coconut curry empanada (very tasty). Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I was excited to try some of the interesting combinations (spinach, cheese, date or pumpkin, caramelised onion, blue cheese) but thought that the flavours were a bit underwhelming with the more funky ingredients barely there. It was all good though, just not as fantastic as it had the potential to be.

Very authentic restaurant! The climb uphill is totally worth it when you get there and you are welcomed by friendly staff and into a relaxed atmosphere. The food is good, they serve empanadas and some sides to them. They also have menu options (combination between empanas/sides/drinks/desert). We had a couple if their “OURS” empanadas and a sparkling sangria. Very tasty!

Such a great place. Affordable delicious food and drinks, and definitely recommend the churros as dessert. Even though is busy most evenings, and it can get a bit loud, somehow it's still cosy, and an enjoyable time to spend with friends!
