I
recently
celebrated
my
three-year
anniversary
at
30
Minute
Hit
Port
Coquitlam
and
it
was
an
anniversary
that
I
truly
celebrated.
As
is
the
story
for
many
women,
I
am
a
busy
lady.
I
work
full-time,
have
three
kids,
and
am
currently
working
to
complete
my
masters.
It
can
be
really
hard
to
fit
in
a
workout
in
a
schedule
like
that.
30
Minute
Hit
has
become
the
one
that
works
for
me
and
keeps
me
sane.
Although
I
often
stay
longer
than
the
thirty
minutes,
it
can
actually
be
done
in
and
out
in
that
amount
of
time!
It
packs
a
punch
in
that
thirty
minutes.
The
trainers
at
this
gym
really
make
the
effort
to
get
to
know
you
and
what
you
can
personally
handle
and
they
push
you
to
reach
for
more.
One
of
the
things
I
really
love
and
appreciate
about
this
particular
location
is
that
it
has
become
more
than
just
a
place
I
workout,
it
has
become
a
family.
I
appreciate
all
of
the
trainers
and
how
they
get
to
know
me
as
a
person.
Laura,
the
owner,
also
gets
to
know
you
as
a
real
person
and
listens
to
your
stories
and
tries
hard
to
make
connections
with
her
members.
Now,
half
of
the
reason
I
go
there
(and
the
reason
it
takes
me
so
long
to
get
out
at
the
end)
is
for
the
connection
with
other
women
in
the
stretching
time
afterward.
The
free
kids'
section
is
also
key!
My
daughter
has
been
coming
with
me
since
she
was
a
baby,
and
she
loves
playing
with
the
toys,
but
appreciates
the
fact
that
she
can
still
see
Mama.
My
boys
like
to
hang
in
the
chairs
by
the
door
and
read
their
books,
and
sometimes
my
middle
son
even
comes
to
stretch
with
me
at
the
end.
This
is
the
longest
I
have
ever
stayed
with
one
gym
or
fitness
program,
yet
it
still
feels
fresh
and
challenges
me
every
day.
Try
it
out...you
won't
regret
it!
