Very Disappointed with your hotel and service. We check in to 909 around 2pm they charged extra Rm30. normally hotel timing service 12pm to 3pm yours 3pm to 12pm. paying Rm330 but all waste. Pool closed at 7pm and chased customer out from the pool... people booked to see sunset and enjoyed swimmingly. How to enter the pool at evening hot sunny day with kids. 1st room heater pblm and exchange to another 910 room was dirty n not clean. Thy mention Manager was recheck the room but is worst than previous room. Left over underwear and previous customer blast party spray also haven't clean. Food Nasilemak rice not cook nicely. Pls training your pool service to be polite . Please recheck and explain to me... how to go thru with management to lodge complaint.

The waiting for the elevator is like forever To those who wish to organise company event or any event with large number of group please consider twice with this unprofessional service that provide from this Hotel !

Stayed here during school holidays, hence paid higher price per night stay. Amazing sea view from my room and pool area. But the beach is not suitable for you to take a splash. Breakfast spread was quite limited but the food are delicious especially their chicken curry. Room was okay. You can see there is a mix of old and new fixtures, indicating the hotel continuous efforts to improve. However, there are a lot of area for improvement need to be taken in terms of cleanliness. I found three cockroaches of different sizes during my one night stay, moldy shower curtain and sink tap.

Underrated hotel. For RM115/night, you get a basic hotel experience with a breezy sea view and pleasant staff. Our room was decent, but our friend's room had a few issues (e.g Door can't shut easily, one of the lamps was missing a bulb). But considering that this is a budget hotel, I am grateful for their dedication to improve. You can feel the effort.

This is the worst hotel service i have ever met, how unlucky we were. Our first company trip after MCO, what annoying and terrible experiences we faced: 1) Check in - not able to provide us the key checked in on time at 3pm; we booked v early and waiting in the lobby till 5pm, and the explanation was everywhere was fully booked, same situation! Hello, this is your problem, you accepted our big group then must make sure to let us check in on time. At first saying by 4pm, then at last 5pm!!!! No proper apology! No experience to handle big group of 127 ppl! 2) About the serving food, not prepared enough amount of food, and even not lack of waiters to serve the food! We even became their kitchen helpers! 3) The toilet - once flushed the water flowed over 4) Lift - low maintenance

I just want drinking water, but they said no drinking water provide. WTH!!!!! 7) Lift problem. Only 3 lifts working, 2 for guest, 1 for hotel staff. The 2 lift is ultra slow speed. Almost every floor stop, and people using. Most of time I using staircase. 8) Safety issue. Their staircase are full of rubbish and large useless building materials. It very dangerous once have fire. To those who wish to organise company event or any event with large number of group please consider twice with this unprofessional service that provide from this Hotel ! In the end, one star is an extra star for this hotel

Room for 3 person is spacious... breakfast was excellent 👍👍👍. Pool has 3 level with different height. Great for children. Near the beach ⛱️, just in front of the hotel.

Very not recommended to those who plan for a company trip. Or even a holiday. Their front desk also lack of customer service skills n so rude!!!Our group arrived before 3. 3:30pm baru dapat room but some not! Last ppl got Check in at 5pm?! Reason bcs not enough staff to do room cleaning?!! Even worse they provide Insufficient food during breakfast n lunch!! Our tea time only got sandwiches!??? Very not reasonable compared to what we paid. Plus, the sales person really not take this seriously and not professional handling a big group. Bad experience ever 👎👎👎👎👎

A very nice and comfortable hotel to stay in Port Dickson. Very friendly and helpful staff especially at front office counter and coffee house. I’m definitely recommending people to to stay here. Bravo…to the team there…keep it up guys !!!!

Beach front hotel however swimming is not recommended at the beach. The hotel's large swimming pool is superb and suitable for families. The pool water quality is also good. Despite setting the air conditioning in Room 8 on Level 7 to a low temperature, it is not getting any cooler. It would be appreciated if this could be fixed for the comfort of the guests. The buffet breakfast is enjoyable and satisfying. Overall, my experience staying at the hotel has been good.

Pretty disappointed stay at this hotel. Price for Saturday was RM265.00/night (very expensive). Was staying here during the viper challenge PD. Room condition was clean. However, only side lamp working plus the balcony light. Air conditioning was terrible and not cold (was sweating aggressive). Requesting to move to another room but all fully booked. Upstairs hoteliers were so inconsiderate and makes lot of noises. Lift is not working properly and have to used the staff only lift and sometimes the stairs. Breakfast was unappealing and unappetising, really. Staff are all right. Overall, I had a bad experience staying in this hotel. This will be the first and last for this old hotel.

Excellent reception staff , life guard and bell boy service- the only staff we interacted during our 2 nights stay. These staff provided valuable inputs to enhance the pleasure of our stay in the Hotel. Room overall okay and the bathtub is big. Hopefully any noisy repair work could be done on a weekday to minimize noise interruption during guest stay ( where can be avoided) Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A great budget hotel if you want to having a vacation with your family. The staff are nice, and even refunds us because of price miscalculation. The rooms are nice though the bathroom are small for me who are a tall person. I just really wish the hotel are not right next to an old apartment that makes it creepy.

The hotel staff is not friendly at all and hard to deal ,super rude and the hotel very poor maintainence. The ballroom was disgusting! Very dirty at the 2 week of our event. You could see a lots of rubbish on the floor! It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time! Not enough staff for the event handling. The food are not refilled when finished.

Been here for a day seminar. It's been a quiet hotel and staff are very friendly. Our request are promptly done by the staff and the management even gave us a complimentary goodies. Will visit again 👍

Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness ,the hotel staff is not friendly at all and the hotel very poor maintainence. The room was dirty and everything looked old Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

Its first time i visit port dickson and its my first time visit to this hotel, had few doubts but its all just my thoughts, very friendly staff, comfy room, romantic scenery, good food. Its all for a worth for value. Will visit again for the service they rendered and the added service they provided. 🥳

During the time we stayed on june 2022, check in on saturday for 1 room facing town view for one night, a bit pricey for 3 star hotel rm315, but its ok bcs we desperate that time to have short trip over weekend at the beach. Overall, only enjoy the beach which is next to the hotel, other facilities like swimming pool the water look muddy and not clean and the room aircond not that cold . I still recomended this hotel if you dont mind to pay above rm300 bcs of their location close to medan ikan bakar and shopping mall

Very good experience with my family.....my kids really enjoy swimming at pool. Staff very polite. Food taste superb. Lucky i get room with sea view....room so big and clean...price is so cheap and got bathtub....

One of the best hotel to stayed so far and loved it. The food and price are just on point, very friendly staff and helpful too. Room are nice and the Seaview ambient is just right. Lastly highly recommended for short vacation stay.

Two lifts down on my first night but all got back operated the following day. Nice view from the room balcony (but not the apartment next to it). Spacious room. TV channels are all clear. Affordable room service. Poor WiFi signal.. Now come to the Toilet. Management please look into this matter. Loose Shower holder, Bidet spray holder and towel rack. And the worst part is choke toilet bowl. I have to do it myself. I put my own soap and pour hot water twice to clear the choke. Thanks to YouTube channel I watched..

I'm just checking in and the room is not favorable to stay in. (they gave me a new room) The staffs are friendly but the services are not in the right place to use at the moment. 1. Water pressure is slow 2. Room service is not functional (telephone) 3. Sliding door cannot open 4. Parking is too small for my car (Toyota harrier) 5. Only one lift is serviceable (the other 2 not functions) 6. Fridge is not cold 7. Wet floor (room 2) 8. The door cannot be locked up from the inside (room 2) 9. Cockroach inside the bathtub 😮‍💨

Passable. Booked a one night stay for family & little kid. Room is pleasant but toilet seat & shower curtain a bit mouldy. U need to be careful with the balcony though. Feeling a bit eerie due to its attached to an abandoned apartment. Walking distance to public beach and it does not have many visitors except for the hotel’s patron itself. However they have a nice pool with beautiful sunset view. Their staff really does good job & friendly.

Big room with bathtub, staff is nice. However cannot come during weekdays as not much service given,no one answer phones at 7am,no buffet bfast,cannot work at hotel as wifi very poor,phone line also limited.Management pls improve especially on wifi.Water heater always off by itself and have no water at times,pillow smells.Wanted to request extra shower gel,just for that they wanna charge rm5 which is ridiculous.room with 3bed only need to survive with 1shower gel??not logic..and also cannot give excuse weekdays have limited amenities.
