wife's
company
trip
to
this
"great"
hotel.
Problem
:
1)
Room
check
in
for
group
is
not
prioritised
awaiting
room
check
in
from
2.30pm
to
5pm
and
yet
the
Manager
told
me
is
normal
for
those
hotel
in
full
house
condition
!
2)
The
food
taste
is
ok
but
very
slow!
We
order
100++
pax
lunch
need
to
wait
for
the
refill
is
like
forever
even
our
own
staff
need
to
help
their
kitchen
helper
to
serve

Reception
staff
is
not
friendly
at
allllllll
Very
rude
to
customer
and
they
do
not
train
their
staff
on
customer
service
as
their
job
nature
is
to
deal
with
customer
peacefully
and
professionally

Room
condition
some
good
some
bad
some
the
door
canโt
even
open
and
elevator
is
really
really
bad
!
The
waiting
for
the
elevator
is
like
forever

Their
bathtub
stop
was
very
dirty
and
ugly.

whether
they
really
clear
room
or
not.
6)
No
drinking
water
provided!
At
night,
I
wish
to
have
hot
water
to
make
my
cup
noodles.
I
am
requesting
hot
water
from
kitchen,
I
feel
surprised
they
didn't
have
hot
water.
FINE!!!
I
just
want
drinking
water,
but
they
said
no
drinking
water
provide.
WTH!!!!!

Lift
problem.
Only
3
lifts
working,
2
for
guest,
1
for
hotel
staff.
The
2
lift
is
ultra
slow
speed.
Almost
every
floor
stop,
and
people
using.
Most
of
time
I
using
staircase.
8)
Safety
issue.
Their
staircase
are
full
of
rubbish
and
large
useless
building
materials.
It
very
dangerous
once
have
fire.
To
those
who
wish
to
organise
company
event
or
any
event
with
large
number
of
group
please
consider
twice
with
this
unprofessional
service
that
provide
from
this
Hotel
!
In
the
end,
one
star
is
an
extra
star
for
this
hotel
