The room was unclean with lots and lots of cockroaches. The management was not professional enough to handle the inconvenience caused. They literally gave us a ridsect spray to get rid of them and nothing further. Very disappointed. Reply to the response : Yes, we requested for a refund since there were no further action taken. Providing another room that couldn't occupy my family by asking us to adjust is not a solution. Therefore, I insisted refund. I wouldn't want my family to adjust since I paid. Hope you can provide better service to your future customers but no thank you I wouldn't want such an experience again.

The staff here are nice and friendly but I feel so surprised that the housekeeper enter our room without our permission while we are not around. I ask the receptionist india lady why your housekeeper enter our room without our permission and she reply we need to inform them if we don't want them to tidy and clean the room if not they will automatically enter the customer room to tidy up. If our thing lose who should be responsible for it the housekeeper or the receptionist? Pls take note whoever plan to stay should be alert on this matter.

Excellent. Nice room, big enough bathroom, very clean, airconditioning in good, working order, hot water and ironing available close by, plus good, polite n honest staff, excellent customer service, 24hrs open too..Will stay thr again..U have to be polite yourself to get politeness from others. Most people are nice n polite except the arrogant and cocky ones.

Took family quad room consisting 2 double bed and a huge bath. Room was very clean, helpful staffs and good tv reception. Cuckoo Water dispenser placed at every floor, its not the no brand type dispenser where i would frown to use. Iron and board placed at the same area. AC works well and apparently they call ac techs for repair. Cons: no mini fridge, cubboard for cloths.

Hot shower need to wait around 2 minutes for hot shower Coz it uses solar to heat up.

this place is so clean, I love the bathroom. The room is so cold. Nearby shop is speedmart, restaurant nearby are burger king, pizza, oldtown white coffee. it also near to Art Museum. They not only have 3D art but also cowboy, adventure/outdoor activities include skytrex! For those that love to do many activities can come here! Receptionist also kind and polite. Parking are free. supermarket nearby is Econsave and Lotus.

The price reasonable, the room if just for 2 to me its more than enough. It's not spacious but ok. The toilet dont have window. My room view is facing main road but its not disturb my sleep. Price is reasonable. Overall to me its nice, great. Love this place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Last-minute booking, and the hotel management was very considerate. They arranged everything according to our needs. During midnight, there was water leaking due to rain. However, they promptly changed our room after we reported the issue.

Even for a short stay the Staffs were super friendly, Rooms are clean and well managed, toilets are clean and spotless. hope to stay again with WG Hotels
