Best place to stay we stay there 2 nights with family my time adult swimming pool was close but children pool was open . breakfast got choice what you wan eat you can select from bofy

Check in on 11 Dec. Very dissapointed with their breakfast. Because of pandemic, I understand they have to follow SOP, but the thing is the amount I pay is much more expensive than Old Town Menu but what I get is canteen food in plastic container . The food all cold & the drink is awful.

Very bad management. We book two room and one of it not ready so messy but then we receive another room which is okay. Then a day after we checked in we realized one of the room have blood stain on the bedsheet. Unacceptable. You can see the photo and rate it yourself. We slept in a filthy room. They dont change the bedsheet at all. We talk about this at the reception but they can only say they sorry.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better.

There is a rude Malay guy restaurant manager with very arrogant and poor attitude. He is a bully that bullied me and my sister. Me and my friend waited for 45 mins for a mee mamak and I asked why it took so long because it was only just 2 of us. It was just a question just in case the order wasn't taken, because the staff at that time was very lack in training. He refused to give an explanation and put up a very arrogant attitude, and replied that restaurant is cooking in a very rude tone. My sister went for lunch during puasa time, he critised us Chinese doesn't respect Malay and eat during puasa time. He always put on a very rude and arrogant face, poor service, bullying attitude but has no remorse. Everything else here is perfect except this arrogant Malay restaurant manager. I have never offended this person, but his toxic attitude accumulated over time made me can't tolerate any more. I seldom come eat here but whenever i see this malay manager, it is always a very unpleasant experience.

This isnt not a exemplary hotel. Me and my friends hosted a birthday party in the dining hall and we werent felt welcome. After a couple of orders the waiter said that we cant order anything anymore. The lamb chop that got ordered smelled and was not cooked properly. We were given a very fatty part of the lamb. Waiter that served us was not kind also. I definitely will not be returning here anymore

The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. I appreciated the luggage room option as well. Ability to store your luggage after check-out.

Stayed in the honeymoon room with a jaccuzi at the balcony...but feels like it hasnt been used for quite sometimes. The pool is not treated well here....my son start sneezing that night and diarhea the next day and the day after.

Management, please check you swimming pool chlorine content. My son & wife, suffer chlorine poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea and fever. All of our swimming attire have a very strong smell of chlorine, even after wash.

It's a lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Not to mention the staff was easy-going, although the hotel is quiet far from the beach, all the facilities you need are around the corner. It is just a charming place!

Good location hotel for where we wanted to be. We booked a twin deluxe room n got a nice enough room. Pleasant n clean. Tho there was a kind of a stuffy smell in our room. Not sure what it was. Might be dampness. Staff were pleasant n helpful. Tq

It's a nice clean hotel with a swimming pool and Thai massage service. Stayed here twice because of its convenient location and light traffic.

Dusty furniture, not well maintain. Had diarrhoea may be from the breakfast, not much choice, & not tasty.

3 star hotel in a in town . The room is spacious, clean and cozy. Friendly service from their staff. So recommended to stay here.

Really good food during Ramadhan buffet dinner. Especially the Oxtail Soup!

Dusty room. Bed sheet have stain and hair. Lighting in the room not properly maintained. Quite dark. Shower water and temperature not consistent. Suddenly have pressure then low pressure. Temperature also the same, suddenly hot suddenly cold. Poor maintenance of facilities (eg: gym and swimming pool). Swimming pool color is cloudy. Gym equipment a lot not available to use. Breakfast average taste only.

the food served during breakfast is luxurious for my family. love it. comfortable rooftop swimming pool is indeed a bonus. the hotel have 2 training rooms.

Clean and comfortable, walking distance to mall and street market. Awesome for backpackers. Try it yourself.

The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of space to move around. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and crisp. I also appreciated the abundance of natural light that streamed in through the windows. One of the highlights of my stay was the buffet food. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, and I felt like I had plenty of options to suit my tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Small place but very clean . Breakfast was unexpectedly nice for a small hotel. ..better than some of the bigger 4 star hotels. There was a gd variety of food. They even had some food different from the previous days menu. The receptionist at the front desk called Siti was very helpful n pleasant. Nice lady. Lots of food stalls n restaurants nearby. Also its right next to econsave supermarket. The lotuss supermarket is also nearby. A short drive can take you to the Teluk Kemang beach. A very convenient place to stayWill definitely stay at this hotel if i go there next.

Very pleasant stay and comfortable hotel for family. Will definitely come back again. Staff all very friendly and helpful, cosy renovation and plenty of parking

Affordable, clean n lovely hotel complete wit hotel facilities, they also have their own cafe/restaurant juz make an order from ur room n they will deliver it to ur room,luv it! Also have many attractions place to go around here. For me & husbd dis place is good for our 3days stay eventho bit far from teluk kemang take about 20minute ride but its just ok for us haha pusing 1 N.9 pun still ok lah! Nama pun holiday kn sume tmpt hrus hadir lol

Went to the massage parlor there. It was a good experience. Nice ambience. Have not stayed there yet. Easy access and ample parking space.
