Room was fine but what I didn’t expect when I go to the hotel counter to check in they ask me to pay additional charge for other room because I booked 2 rooms but I already pay via online payment using Trip.com apps..I know if we’re using camp tent park we must pay for it because it’s not including the room that we booked but we doesn’t use it..just because we came form sabah doesn’t mean we are stupid that you can take advantage to make money…such a racist!! I’ve been using Trip.com for a long time and never had experience like this at any hotels..never gonna come here again…

I’m expecting something good staying at this 4 stars hotel. Unfortunately, the room was not setup as 4 stars hotel. I'm staying at Premier Suite and I'm paying at RM3++ but the result was very disappointed. The cleanliness was very bad, (1) floor was sticky and not comfortable to walk on it, (2) the toilet was smelly, toilet bowl was dirty, the floor was clogged when using shower, (3) the table top, dining table, room table were not wiped properly furthermore there was a leftover food in the sink, (4) the window and sliding door were not wiped properly, a lot of finger and mouth prints on it, (5) request for non smoking room unfortunately the room smells of cigarette. Located at PD Waterfront, the newer location in an otherwise old part of Port Dickson town. Another advantage of this accommodation is it is located within walking distance from several fast food outlets, restaurant, shopping complex and a bank. This area is also not as congested as the popular tourist destination of Teluk Kemang, thus making it a great place for relaxation. In short I have no complains whatsoever about this accommodation.

I stayed at the D'Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence for a weekend getaway with my family, and I was very impressed by the hotel's facilities and services. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Port Dickson, near the PD Waterfront City¹²³, where you can find many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel also has its own private beach and garden, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel offers a range of spacious and well-appointed rooms, each equipped with modern amenities and stunning views of the ocean or the city. I booked the Family Suite, which consisted of two connecting rooms with two queen beds each. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, and they had their own bathrooms, TVs, and air-conditioners. The best part was the balcony, where I could watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea. One of the features that I liked about the hotel was the EV charger, which was very convenient for me as I drove a PHEV car. The hotel provided free parking and free charging for guests who had electric vehicles. I appreciated this service, as it saved me time and money, and it was also good for the environment. The hotel also had a great breakfast buffet, which was included in the room rate. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of dishes to choose from, such as Asian, Western, and local cuisines. The food was fresh, delicious, and satisfying, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak, the roti canai, and the fresh fruits and juices. I'm going to be very honest in this review. When I booked this hotel, there were many hidden terms in Agoda and the price was very expensive even without breakfast. The room has a nice seaview, but it is too small and the walls have a lot of fungus, actually the whole building needs a paint job. The location is good due to its proximity to the beach. However, the room doesn't have anything more than a bag of instant coffee, at least you should expect some sugar or tea to make a proper drink, but none was provided. The customer care team seem to only care about money, for any slight change or request they will charge you an extra RM 100 for literally nothing. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The Hotel was rated 4 star but the room was not setup as 4 stars Hotel. I actually booked a premium suit expectation very high coz this is new hotel and I'm paying RM5++ but I'm very disappointed. Especially the toilet, there is only a small sink like hostel sink. There is no table top. The cleanliness was very bad as hair is here & there, floor was sticky & microwave very dirty. Bedding look like not clean and dusty, the pillow casing have stains, lizard dropping all on the floor ,i actually immediately check out not a 4 star rating ,photos and actual cleanless too far.

Stay was good with great views, acceptably clean rooms and apartments, other than for... The external facade of building from the courtyard inside is gross looking... Needs a paint job badly! Also, there isn't sufficient elevator capacity from the lobby area during peak check-in times.

Negative points: The exterior a bit run down . The TV screen is pathetically small! The lift no indicator which floor you’ve reached so u need to take a look outside the lift to see the floor that written on the wall. Plus point…The bedroom big & spacious. The swimming pool is clean and got 3 swimming pools for adults, kids and younger kids respectively! The cafe not grand and the spread of buffet breakfast is ok . Must try the beef curry with lempeng served during breakfast! Near a small town so u may see different eateries and salons, and the great things that within walking distance there’s a big mart opposite the hotel and few restaurants.! Overall not grand not luxurious at all with the kind of price bcos really up to a hotel standard, anyway understood it’s a service apartment style!!

We took the 3 bedroom loft suite. It was a duplex unit, 2 bedrooms below and 1 on first floor. Our unit was facing the sea so the view was spectacular. Cleanliness was acceptable. Location was the superb, as it was just right in front PD waterfront with the lots of eateries just within walking distance. They have a private beach as well (although a small one). However there was 2 letdowns: First was the service, I had to remind the reception several times about giving me the aircon controller with batteries, also a dustbin before they finally sent it to me. Secondly, the lift was really slow. Sometimes we had to wait for a few rounds before we could enter. Those 2 points could be improved, although we understand it was a peak season during raya holidays.

Nearby to the bayfront and they have a private beach. It has a pretty good sunset view. However, location wise it is pretty up north which is quite a distance from the attractions nearby. Compared to other hotels I have searched this one stands out more as it is new and cheap considering the amenities provided.

Good but can be better. Nice location with strategic tourist attraction in Port Dickson. Easy access via Lebuh Pantai in P.D. Very convenience place with ton of walkable eateries and shop. Big and spacious parking space. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Kudos to all of the hardworking staff member. But the downside is the place itself. Not very well maintain. Such a waste of this beautiful establishment. Management team need to look at this things. Should invest more on this matter in order to take this place even more grand and exclusive for all.

The room was nice, and along with breakfast for morning. 5 star for the furniture arrangements with the utilities. But a female receptionist said to me that deposit money will be returned when I check out the hotel before 12p.m. But the morning shift receptionist said that there was no deposit at all even if you check out before/after 12p.m. I just need to know which is true. Needed proper details to be given for a customer. Action should be taken by management. Reference : A male with contact lenses, worn braces, thin with average height.

After a long drive, we just wanted to have a good rest at the hotel. First and foremost, we could not locate our room which was a #**- 2B. There was no proper signage and we had to go back to the lobby to ask the staff. As we arrived around 11.30pm, we really wanted to wash up. To our dismay, there was no hot water even though we had switched on the heater. Secondly, the sound proofing was non-existent. We could hear every single word from the room next room. The guests in the next room were talking so loud and way over midnight. It felt as though they were in the room with us. The pillows had a stench, and we just made do with it as we were already so tired from the long drive. The room was dusty as well. There was no floor indication in the lift. So all the guests had to guess which floor they were on. We could only tell when we had arrived the Lobby and Ground Floor by looking out. We could not comment much on the service but we did see that housekeeping did make up the room. If we were to visit Port Dickson again, we will not book this hotel.

It's close to the water front attractions, the room is clean, foods is good, got event hall for team building, swimming pool. The lifts are abit out of maintenance. Overall is good experience 😌. The bathroom doorlock also got problem, you might lock yourself inside, better not use it alone.

Not so good experience. Rooms dusty everywhere, toilet a bit smell , sink is tall and small, children cannot use. the water kettle rusty very seriously. No staff help to take luggage. Area waiting lift is hot. And very old and not clean space. Can hear next door sound. Tv one plug which cannot use tv box or game . Basically not really satisfied.

First of all my stay for 3 days 2 nights was great , love the rooms though and pretty clean except the sink in bathroom really rusty!! Your housekeeping need to brushes up the rust . Second thought the floor of the building very dirty even the dustbin too. I feel like this management couldn’t care at all and didn’t do anything about it I noticed the elevator “ lift” isn’t clean too. It’s no air at all!! Someone like me having acrophobia I can end up dying inside the lift if the lift stuck or not functioning. Most worst part , the paint of this building almost fall apart. If this still continues I don’t think your business will sustain for long . We are definitely not coming back again. Clean is a must ! Especially if the hotel is rating as 4 stars . Totally unacceptable

Poorly maintained in all aspect but the price is quite high. Not justified. I hope the management is not sleeping. Wake up and listen to your customers. Counter closed at 11pm. Nobody to reach if u have problem. Call to reception and housekeeping is useless. The lobby is dark and nobody in there. All lights switched off. Can u imagine a hotel like this??? The stupidest hotel ive ever been. Deserves not even a star.

The apartment itself is a bit run down, the wall is dirty due to sea breeze I guess. During our stay on a normal weekday it wasn't high occupancy rate so it added some creepiness especially at night. Having said that the location is very convenient, it is literally next to the PD Waterfront, so it is easily access to many eateries and sea view without driving. Oh ya and the room we stay also have sea view. I would recommend the stay for large group of people (min 4 pax) as it is value for money.

The airbnb serviced apartment that we booked was easily located and the rooms were quite spacious for 7 of us. Pros: well located in the town area walking distance between fast food joint and supermarket) Cons: there’s only 2 lifts so on peak season its packed. Plus the lift is super slow.

We booked our stay through Agoda room S-03-08. It was a duplex unit with 3 rooms, a loft and 3 bathrooms. There was a small dining space and also living room space. There's a TV in the living room with 2 sofas and a TV in the loft which had a sofa, 2 single beds and a TV game station. Unit was clean and had a beautiful sea view. There is beach access however there's just to much stones to enjoy playing I'm the sea. There was also alot of glass bits littered about. PD water front is just infront of the hotel. A short walk away. There is also McDonald's, Starbucks and a few other fast food restaurants at the water front. All in all an enjoyable stay. Swimming pools were clean.

Came here twice: My first visit was in 2020, I booked a twin room, everything is good, and staffs are attentive. The second time here on 2023, I booked a private unit (not managed by the hotel), also a good experience. For both experience: 1. A lot of parking and you can park anywhere in the multi-level parking. 2. The cleanliness of the room can be better. 3. Check-in and check-out process is easy. Location is good because near to eateries, shops. Can walk to the beach. If you get the room facing the beach, it's a nice view. It has 3 pools (different depth), but during my second visit it looks less maintained, could be better / cleaner.

Stayed here for two nights and wouldn't want to stay longer. Location is actually far from all resorts and nice beaches. Building itself needs a renovation; good paint job and the water features need an upgrade (non-functional and dirty). Gym is only open from 7 am to 7 pm, so no evening workout allowed. Room itself was also not sufficiently clean.

We rented a duplex unit for a couple of days for a family stay. The whole booking and check-in process was online and worked very smoothly. The rooms have a good size, the furniture is ok, nothing fancy, just simple and good. Room service worked well, but one star less as they didn't pick up the dirty dishes afterwards. Although we sent reminders, it was still there after 2 days. The location is fantastic, direct sea view, some restaurants and super market within few mins walking distance.

Dissapointed! Few years ago the room was nice & well maintained, with a sea view. It justifies the price. Today, just felt like staying in a run down hostel instead of a proper hotel for a high price. What makes it worst, came with my newborn thinking I will have the same nice environment to spend with my family. Saw many negative comments in the review section, but seems like nothing has been improved. Will never book this hotel again.

Room was good and the location is strategic. I feel for the accommodations it maybe over price a bit but still a good option. Everything gets a passing mark except for the free breakfast. By far one of the worse breakfast buffets I’ve been to.

The unit I stayed in has 4 bedrooms, good for big family gathering. I like the view from the room, which was facing the Seaview and PD waterfront. Lift spoilt during our stay, no choice but to walk from 9th floor to the bottom. Safety is another concern. it seems like anyone could access the lift other than guests. The barrier for the corridor is quite low, which is unsafe for children. Hope management could do more to enhance the facility and to maintain the property.

04.09.2022 I stayed here with my family and unfortunately I feel this expensive accommodation is not worth it. What I see the environment of this hotel very messy and not clean. The passage in the corridor is too dirty and blackened, and the smell of the elevator is very bad! We should be able to enjoy the atmosphere and clean surroundings which I think is worth the price we paid! I hereby request that the management and OWNER of this hotel can make some changes and do better level of cleanliness for your customers who stay here. Don't take it lightly with every complaint or opinion from the customer because the price you display symbolizes various good in our mind. So please balance IT OUT! Here I attached a picture that I feel quite uncomfortable. Please do not CLOSE your eyes everyone. In addition, the service from the registration department is very good , clear and fast. I thank them. I apologize for this complaint but I don't feel relieved if I just keep it quiet. Hope to meet again

I got an Premier Suite from Agoda the view is awful i thought i get sea view it was not so good view at North where you see an industrial tower evaporated gas.. below the sofa have a hair room service fail to clean it..Phone from Hotel always cannot contact Customer/cleaner/receiptionist i use my own line to call 066461888 but they still fail to deliver what i order when i talk to them.. just get an maintanence but still not solve the issue ask him to get prayer mat as per req at agoda.. But maybe he talk to room service but the room service fail to deliver that Room is Good but below sofa still have a couple of long hair... Breakfast is ok but so crowded not follow SOP..

Personally I would say not worth the price. TV 3 channel only. Additional bed does not come with thick blanket. Towels worn out, not fluffy anymore. Room not smell good, or no air freshener I can say.

The room is dirty and not safe. Second time we're staying here and we have to call housekeeping to clean it. The bathroom door lock was not working, the sliding door was jammed, the floor is dirty and theres hair all over. Seems like they didnt clean the room after the previous customer came. The breakfast was so bad. Previously they had better options. Baked beans and sausage and even their butter taste bad. Low graded food. Not coming anymore. Better improve if you want to sustain. I am staying at my own unit not operated by the Hotel. Nevertheless, I am happy that the management of the Hotel has kept the place acceptably clean. The swimming pool is a joy. The location of the Hotel is great. The PD Waterfront is just a walking distance away. Shops, restaurants and a shopping mall are also within walking distance. Try to avoid weekends because that is when it gets incredibly busy.

Too crowded during weekend, hence check in is slow, took about 30 mins for the check in. Small and limited lifts, took so much time to reach room. Room is big, but quite dirty. However the hotel is located at a strategic place, accessible to beach, many restaurant and stores.

Arrived at 5.30pm but the room was not ready. The process of check-in took ages. No mirrors in the bedroom. Booked for partial sea view but got rooms facing the town. Bad experience. Gonna be the first and the last time staycation in this hotel.

Nice hotel. Strategic location which is near the mc Donald's, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, TF Value Mart & many eateries. Some room is facing sea. This is my favourite hotel when come to Port Dickson. Recommended

Great place to stay. Plus points: superb view, located in town near many shops & restaurants, nice view of the pier, sea & ships, nice spacious & clean rooms. Staff were well organised in terms of rooms were cleaned when customers went down for buffet breakfast. Negative points: place a bit run down, needs a new coat of paint, water by private beach smells stagnant (not salty) perhaps due to frequent boats & ships nearby, no porter/bell boy.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of eateries, and drinks and the beach nearby by walking distance. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beaten.

I am satisfied with the room. All is good. The facilities is okay. However, the only thing they need to improve is their elevators. It took forever to go upstairs on peak hours. Please do take some action on it. Everything’s good except for that.

The location was very strategic as it was near to the beach and lot of shops nearby. You can also book for bbq near to the camping site and best things it was private so not so many people there. Rooms was as expected based on the price. Only the breakfast was quite disappointed. Maybe could add on other meals for more choices.

The room's cleanliness was definitely not up to par. Sheets and pillowcases were not changed when we checked in. The floor was a little dusty and bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I don't think they've done deep cleaning for the bathrooms in a long time as there's visible water stains and mold on the tiles, shower screen and sink. Towels were not bleached and had a strange smell. The only plus point was that food was actually pretty decent in quality and taste. The receptionist did respond to my request to change sheets promptly. It's such a shame that the hotel is in such a state - it has a lot of potential due to it's strategic location.

We stayed in a double room with RM260+ / night, definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE. We feel like staying in a HOSTEL: uncomfortable bed, small and dirty basin, molded toilet tile gap, dirty wall, poor sound insulation (we can hear tv sound next door), noisy air-cond, dusty floor (we spotted hair on the floor too). It is advertised as 4-star hotel but feel like 1-2 star hotel. Not recommend room include breakfast. The breakfast has limited choice of food. Better to get breakfast outside. Also, the lift waiting time is too long. In conclusion, no next visit for us and not recommended to others. I can see the management replied to every negative comments, but it doesn't help if there is no actions taken on the negative comments. From what we experienced, D'Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence is DEFINITELY NOT a home away from home.

Nice fair ambiance with clean room and great seafront view however the facilities like gym and the pool should open from 7.00am through 7.00pm without break in between as nothing much can be done if both facilities are closed for break. Wonder why there’s break though. Furthermore the morning breakfast was fairly so so only. The half boiled eggs were more than 80% cooked already! Poorly done. Overall it was a good experience staying at this place.

Room & toilet quite spacious, got lot of parking space and easy to access. But the hotel appearance need changes for better. Also pool section should be clean and free from any bird droppings

The room is not clean and the bed is very dirty which cause me to be bitten by mites. From that day on I felt uncomfortable and itchy all over. One air-condition is broken and another air-condition keeps making strange noises. We didn’t have a good sleep. Nothing is provided in that room except some snacks and coffee packages. Also, the TV does not have Netflix and YouTube. It is not a good choice to choose this Airbnb.
