Arrived here around 11am Saturday morning 2nd July just after checking out of hotel. This wait for a table was thankfully not long (maybe 5 mins). We had come here the day before but just missed out on the Nasi Lemak (had just sold out), we politely left & so this was our 2nd attempt. The young lady who had attended to us on the 1st day was very kind enough to furnish us with the proper information & suggested time to come so it wouldn't be too congested & still get what we want before it sold out. So let's cut to the chase... Food ordered: Nasi Lemak Kambing Bakaw Nasi Lemak Sambal Sotong Kueh Gemuk The Nasi Lemak was nice overall, the sambal is not super spicy (I like mine spicy) but what it lacked in spice, it made up for in depth of flavour(this is certainly not your one dimensional spicy sambal). The Kueh Gemuk is something similar to an Indian Puri(best way I could describe it) & was delish with the accompanying gravy. Overall, the food is nice. I would certainly look forward to trying other stuff on their extensive menu when we do return to PD again. Alert! Here's what potential visitors & food establishments should take note of this place. 1. Service is awesome! (I don't normally say this for a local establishment but they deserve it). Their wait staff were attentive. From getting you seated, to taking your order & serving your meal. 2, Politeness & demeanor in spades. None of this grumpy & "tidak apa" attitude. The owners & staff have got a very well organised & vibrant establishment. Kudos to you & please keep it up. It's a testament to what we can achieve if we put our hearts & minds to be better.

Went here for breakfast. Plenty of parking at the desinagted parking or park at the roadside We have to queue about 15 minutes before entering because fullhouse. While we were queueing, their staff handed us the order chit. Then their staff showed us the table. We ordered nasi lemak ayam goreng berempah, udang petai, roti gemok with kari kambing, meehun soto, bubur nasi, roti kurus. All delicious..Thumbs up for the effecient staff although fullhouse.

A bit far inside from the main road but still easy to find. Just a bit challenging to park the car especially when it is rained. All food is delicious at affordable prices but in terms of cleanliness, should be more aware because there are flies when food is served on the table. All staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to bring family and friends here.

❤️❤️❤️Hidden Gem in Port Dickson area. A bit tricky to find it but it's worth it. Good food, good vibes and good service. Reasonable price. They even have candles for the fly's. Very clean and every time the customer finished they clean and disinfect the table which is a plus to me👍👍👍 Really enjoy it. Will come again to visit.

Morning guys! I like the cozy atmosphere inside the cafe with authentic foods such as Nasi Lemak Telor Goyang, Nasi Lemak Paru (too spicy) to me😅, Roti Gemok (Puri) with Curry Lamb, Roti Bakar Lamb Shank! Must try all! Delicious foods, affordable price, nice place to eat with family/friends, comfortable and clean environment, good service, ample parking space. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍❤️

Indulging in the epitome of authentic Malaysian cuisine, this cafe deserves nothing less than an enthusiastic two thumbs up, especially for their Lamb Nasi Lemak. The succulent, tender lamb, meticulously infused with bursting flavors, practically melted in our mouths, making it an absolute delight for the senses. The fried chicken, marinated to perfection, was so delightful that upgrading to the jumbo portion felt like a no-brainer. The accompanying sambal, a fiery concoction filled with the richness of onions and anchovies, proved to be a delightful surprise even for non-spicy eaters like myself. Observing the unanimous choice of every table, we couldn't resist trying the kueh gemok, which we paired with a delectable curry. Beyond the exceptional culinary journey, the cafe's staff elevated our experience with their politeness and warmth. Their recommendations were spot-on, adding an extra layer of charm to our visit. To top it all off, the friendly lady boss took a personal interest in our satisfaction, making it a point to check in on our culinary adventure, adding a personalized touch to our dining experience. In summary, this cafe is a culinary gem, seamlessly blending incredible flavors with top-notch service, making it a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking an authentic and delightful Malaysian gastronomic experience.

Worth it to try.For the price quiet reasonable for current economic and current raw material price. Nasi Lemak is good.Soto also not bad. They had parking, quiet limited parking.Garlic bread quiet salty because the garlic butter already salty and they sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top make it saltier, but overall Recommended place to Breakfast and Lunch.

Came here after went hiking at Bukit Batu Putih. The place is so nice. Lots of parking provided. Seating area also nice too bad I didnt take any photos. Food-wise, all I ordered are delicious. Portion is big (refer photos). Service was also good. They waiters kept coming to our table to check whether all the foods already delivered to the table. We enjoyed our moment eating and chit chatting there. Price also affordable (nasi lemak ayam goreng RM9.9, others I forgot). Overall, it was lovely experience coming here. Totally recommended to all locals and tourists.

Ordered nasi lemak special kambing kaw and few other nasi lemak dishes. It seemed the different between special and normal was the small portion of kangkong on the special one and the half boiled egg vs cutted omelette. Price was reasonably cheap even though it is a cafe type. A little bit hot in the afternoon but fans are everywhere here. Location was a little bit deep inside the main road. It was one way in and out since only one lane but few cars would go against the way to go out faster. Need to be careful on this on the way in. Parking space was ok.

As the name suggest, i bet all food served here are tasty and ‘kaw’. Tips to order, choose food tag with ‘kaw’ icon. A must-try-dish is Roti Gemuk coupled with your choice of gravy or dip. I recommend sardine. I have tried and definitely juicy and mouth watering 😃. Soto is delicious too. You have the option whether to have it with begedil or not. Nasi lemak…’kaw’ 👍. I had it with sambal kerang. No words can describe…like mom’s cooking. If you are in Port Dickson, drop by. You won’t regret it. Coffee too is recommended. Price is affordable, compatible with food taste and quality.

Cafe Kampung Kaw, was worth stop for lunch. The food was the best, and the main famous dish was Baked chicken and goat. Ambience also great with local Malay.

It’s a bit hidden from the main road. You need to take use a small one way kampung road before you see it. The have signboards along the road to guide you. The restaurant is packed on weekends. Please come early for lunch. The food is great. Not even a single bad dish there when I tried it with my family. The price is reasonable. Service is fast and accurate.

Place was fullhouse when we came. Had to que only 5mins before we got our table. Staff is helpful and friendly. Place is nice and clean but as soon as food started coming so does the flies. I think that is the downside of outdoor eateries in Malaysia 🥲 Parking is spacious and easy. Food taste is good except for the mee goreng and mash potato is too sweet for my liking. Will come again and repeat. All the best !

We visited this place because we heard so much about it. Despite its reputation, we were not expecting much. I'm happy to share that its reputation is well deserved. We had a good breakfast here. Every item we ordered was good: we had the nasi lemak Ayam goreng, soto, roti gemok, kawsadilla (they only had kambing), nasi bubur.

Pls be early if you intend to go on the weekend. Parking was easy and just within the compound. Teh tarik sedap, tak manis, tak tawar and nasi impit goreng is a must try guys. Kuddos to the owner and staff. Alhamdulillah

Long queue at 10 on a Saturday morning but worth the wait. The ambience is cool and simple. Every dish here is flavourful and good to eat. We randomly chose and couldn't finish as the portions though not huge was still generous. Must try. Do!

Setelah shopping ikan di pasar, jumpa port breakfast terbaik! Harga sangat berpatutan. Menu: Nachos and Nasi Goreng Daging is our most favorite. The Kambingsss all very nice but those who is very sensitive with smell is not recommended. Staff: very polite and friendly. They will find us the table, no need to scrambling over. Environment: cozy and relax, nice decoration, suitable for family Recommended!

First time here, come as early as 8am on weekend and people is already pouring in. This is the most systematic cafe I've been. From parking and traffic control to ordering and paying. Food is good but not as great as top viral restaurant. Overall is ok. Ter tarik is so so. Many can learn from this cafe how to run a restaurant. Thumb up.

Satisfaction is all I can say. From the food taste, menu, environment, cleanliness parking are well planned. There is no doubt about the food taste, delicious. Can't believe we can finish it all. What I like the most is the staff. All of them looks well trained, seeing how they works are so smooth and fast. This standard of work should be follow to the other restaurant. Thumbs up to all young man who work hard to achieve this. Really want to come back again. All the best!!

We drove out of the way to try this place. Food is really quite interesting. The cafe ran out of Nasi lemak so we couldn’t try the signature dish. A good excuse to return. We tried the following. Mee mamak kambing 4.5* out of 5 Nasi humour gore g 3.5* Roti genuk 3* Bread butter pudding 4* Nice open air concept with hanging plants. The best seats are under the tree but only a few tables. The rest of the cafe is under zinc roof, so a bit hot. Although we were seated next to big fans, we were syioo suffering from the heat. Service is incredible. The waitresses were so good, patiently explaining the menu to us and always smiling. They got our order wrong but I didn’t have the heart to tell them as they were so polite.

Found this gem restaurant Kafe Kampung Kaw by chance through google with great ratings, we thoroughly love it! The food is enak dan sedapppp! The sambal is to die for! We arrived late for lunch, half hour before the restaurant is closing and didn’t get to order much as most dishes were out plus kitchen closing. The dishes we ordered were delicious! We met the owner of the cafe and family. Owner is friendly and hospitable, he happens to be a Harley rider too. Highly recommended for a good meal stop at Port Dickson, do note of the closing hours! 😅 Thank you for the kind hospitality to the family’s child birthday celebrations extended to us. We will be back soon in end July and looking forward to it!

First time there and pleasantly surprised by the (clean, spacious & friendly) environs, quality of food & service rendered. Kamarul attended to us shortly after we were seated; acceded to our request for sup kambing which wasn’t listed on the menu. Everything we ordered was tasty and we truly appreciated the entire experience. Service was superb despite the busy breakfast crowd. Hope to be back!

Parking definitely not an issue here. The ambience really good and the staffs are really very welcoming. Loved their service. The kopi tarik was really kaw & delicious. However as for the food, the nasi lemak kambing bakaw, nasi lemak ayam bakaw & nasi lemak telur dadar was nice but not exactly to my liking, the sambal tasted sweet. As for the nasi goreng ayam, it was pretty average. Overall loved their ambience, can try the food once. The price was very reasonable , cost us RM15/ person for a good meal & they also offer e-payment as payment options (Maybank QR).

The food is great and the price is reasonable. The environment is clean as well. It would be the best Malay food I’ve had. The mutton is superb. Nasi lemak is authentic. Satay chicken chop is tender and juicy. I like the Kueh Gemuk even without any gravy to dip. Whereas the fried ginger on the fried chicken which is the best garnish. Kopi less sweet is just perfect. Must try food in PD.

Food: Most of the foods are quite cheap and affordable. The portion for each food is enough for a person, if you are super hungry, my friendly advice pls order more 😆. Recommended Menu: 1) BurgerTar 🍔 - The Patty tasted like Beef Brisket 🐂🥩 🥓 2) Soto Bergedil 🍜 3) Nasi Lemak Chicken Chia Siu 🐓🐤 4) Banana split🍌🍧 5) Bubur Nasi with Sambal Paru 🌶🍛 6) Roti Gemok N Sardines 🫓🐟 Service: The service are quite good, they keep on asking if you need anything and keep making sure that our table have received all the food requested. Good Job 💯👍👏 Ambience: Located at a hill area that have quite a lot of trees, it has a good 👍 ambience and a good place to chill 😎 and healing! ~ The cafe also provides fan for each area to cool off the morning heat 🔥. I have a great time there, give it try... You won't regret 😚🤗.

Nasi lemak and sambal is good, kambing bakar just ok only in my opinion but at least it is different. The drinks were a little on the sweet side for me. Best of all is the seating decorated with plants. Gives a nice atmosphere.

Need to get there early. I came around 8.30 and the queue are already long. But worth the waiting because the food is delicious!!! I ordered Soto, Nasi Lemak, Kuey Teow Goreng, Kueh Gemok and Roti Bakar. Sedap Sedap Sedap!

  • 5/5 Timothy C. 9 months ago on Google
The foods great! Highly recommend the Nasi goreng kambing and bee Hoon gotten kambing Excellent teh tarik / ice The bread and butter pudding was really nice too! Service from Fahmi was impeccable, he was so patient in dealing with 2 Singaporeans the don’t speak any Malay! I love the ambience here, a small really bright and open area tucked away in a small residential nook. I guess only locals would really know about this place. Parking is easy for both cars and bikes alike! The crew take a great deal of pride in their work, cleaning tables by wiping the crumbs/ bits into a small bucket as opposed to just brushing it onto the floor. They follow up by wiping the table down with a disinfectant solutions. Overall, a great locals only haunt that everyone should really check out if they’re in PD! Will definitely be back w more friends to share they joy!

The nasi lemak kambing bakar is delicious 😋. Paired it with soda herbs its a win. The roti impit bakar also nice - the sauce kind of taste like char kuey teow. Next time gonna try the roti gemuk

Drove for 20mins to get there for breakfast, took awhile for us to understand how to turn in the small road but we got there in the end. Ordered quite a bit of food and would say i love the ambience and happy to go back again. Also, this is the one of the few places that we’ve been at PD for three days that actively deal with the flies issues so customer can enjoy their food.

Loved everything about it. Yes it has a query but dealt with very well. The atmosphere is great... Good parking space, queue line up organisation, friendly experienced wait staff. Decorated very well, it's extremely comfortable eating here. Food is good. We tried their nasi lemak and mee goreng. Both above par. Loved the telur goyang kambing was tender and well marinated. Mee goreng has wok hei, nasi lemak rice flavourful, sambal was great too. The kuih also worth a mention. I wouldn't hesitate coming back to eat here again. Don't miss out this spot when you are in Port Dickson. It's worth a little wait at the queue. Otherwise food was served relatively quick.

If you're planning to come here with friends, try to carpool as parking space is limited. Place is packed especially during weekends. Teh ais here is very very good. Nasi lemak is okay. Rice lacked fragrance but sambal is what you'd expect for a nasi lemak. Bihun sup daging is disappointing. Servers are very attentive. Came on a Sunday. Took about 25 minutes before the food arrived. Drinks came later and so did the rest of the food after nearly 10 minutes.

Food was really good. The nasi lemak kambing I ordered was tasty, meat was succulent, and the rice was very fragrant. Service was excellent as all the wait staff were friendly and polite even though it was busy, with the place almost being full. Even though it was during the blazing afternoon, it was surprisingly cool during my visit. It was not hot at all. 5/5 would recommend.
