Your service is totally unacceptable with the waiting time taking about 1.5hours to serve our meal. It is totally out under “fast food” industry, better you train your staffs again or sack them all to gain back your customers

Chicken parts not available with slow service with poor management of orders. Check order in bag as items can be forgotten in this slow town.

It is getting worst day by day because the table is not clean at all. The glass wall is full of flies. Most of the table are left with leftover foods. Not hygienic need to improve on cleanliness. Upstairs always closed and there is no much seats available to sit. Please improve

Poor guidelines and not allow make order by 11.15pm after customer waited outside near glass door for 15min to 20min, staff telling all menu is sold out and stop others customer even us to entering outlets.. Im not sure what is closing time when I ask staff ,she keep quite and they should put notice before implement some rules or out of stock. Poor management!!

Siting here for 40 minutes to wait them prepare ingredients at the back. I tot MCD should have done all the preparation before the operation hours?

before always get wrong order but now all good. during weekends and public holidays, very crowded. when drive thru, they give receipt with the order. so cannot double check on your order. The drive thru screen also broken!!. fix it la.. now covid, cust need to wait in line outside the building. because the order counter just near the main door and people need to keep their distance. yesterday i saw some man get angry because he waited tooo long.

The staff were not friendly. Lunch meal was not ready even at 1030am. Worst part is the place is dirty. Dining area was not cleaned. The hand wash area was really dirty with no soap. The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered hash browns and a chocolate sundae. The ice cream is nothing like the pictures. I reported this to the staff and she told me the sundae choco weighed 3.5 grams which is normal. I told her it was almost full when I went to another branch and she told me the mcflurry only weighed 4.5 grams. . . ? ? ? Then came the hash browns. Honestly, I never thought hash browns would have a bad day….. soggy and limp 👎🏻

McDonald's is located in the center of Port Dickson near the sea. parking is provided by McDonald's management for free. The service of the staff at the counter was very disappointing and the order process took almost an hour.

Tastes as it should be but the good thing is when you're eating by the seaside the eating experience is peaceful and you tend to enjoy the food more👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️🍔🍔🍔

Earlier, the upstairs seats of the open air area is without air-cond while the seats are stained with the birds poop. Now the area has been sealed with glassed windows, at least is currently more hygienic and presentable. Good job.

Ordered a prosperity burger which came drowning in black pepper sauce. There was enough sauce there to make burgers for a whole family. The staff don’t seem to know have any sense of urgency or training in customer service. In the 5 counties I’ve visited mcdonalds this is probably the worst of all.

Just stopped at the waterfront Macca's. It's a great location. Just ordered a coffee and cake. Thd food is fine and service was excellent. However, when I went to wash my hands in the loo, the room was dirty and dreadful smell. Clean up this venue Mr and Mrs McDonald 😱

Actually come for quick dinner before play bubbles at the front yard. Burgers all ok but the fries a bit disappointment as not crunchy and lembik. But everything else is good. Stratrgic location, nearby the beach

Despite facing a great scenery, the service was below average, waited for 2 hours for the food from 8am till 10am, due to breakfast wrap unavailable but didnt informed earlier. Prioritized for drive thru hence inefficient at providing service at the counter. Understaffed, and underperformed despite being a tourist spot. Do not go if you see a crowd at the counter!

My suggestion if you saw many car at the drive-thru n you want your food ASAP better you make the order inside the McD. It's only take less than 15 minutes compared to the drive-thru maybe it take long time to prepared your order.

Visited here recently, and the process of walk in and dine in were smooth and not fussy. The number of staff that day were more than normal, but made the flow of dine in easy for the customer. When it comes to location, service flow and fries, McD always sets the benchmark for others to follow

Crowded as hell for both dine in and drive thru on weekends. Just go in n takeaway will be faster. SOP taken care but poor hygiene.

I came to counter make order 1 set mc chicken and nugget x6pcs suddenly add 2 set mc chicken by whose staff did ? I’ve never thought order each 2 sets is what staff make greedy! 👎👎👎 And then Fries still good? No,it’s look bad tastes! How waste it..!

McD PD Waterfront DT #283 Food overall is alright but the service is really bad, work flow caused a lot of back logged n mistake orders. - understood morning breakfast is peak hour, however we ordered from 8.22am to 9am only gotten our food. - scramble egg for my muffin is missing, too tired to go ask for it n wait again. - my hotcakes bcm cold cake when served - butter was warm, plz look into storage issue as it may caused ppl to have bad stomach.

I love this outlet. Very well served. Nice and friendly staff. Senyum je semua walaupun full of customer haritu. Sayur banyak, food panas and fresh. Highly recommended. Siap offer free mini sunday utk my kids. Well done!

I always like to come to this McDonald's because at the waterfront after eating I can walk and take a walk at the seaside. A lot of people during weekends.

Avoid this place at all costs during peak season (School holiday/public holiday/festive season), At any time, even it's already 11-12 midnight. Don't even dare to make an online order. I swear to God. Even all the staff working their butt off, they still can't cater the crazy demand!

I give 5 stars as it is the first and cleanest McDonald's I ever been. 10points for the staff that is upmost friendly. McDonald's staff in other places can learn from them. We know McDonald's food it is just so so. But all credits go to the staff.

We went for lunch, staffs were fantastic, greeting the customers walkin, food was served fast. Very attentive to customer needs.

Severely understaffed. 8 am and they turned us away for dine in cause they “ran out of cards”. I had to go back to my car and use drive through instead. Got many people queuing outside to eat. @ MCD management please hire more staff and give proper training.

The worst Mcd I have ever been, this branch doesn't seem to bare in mind that it's a fast food restaurant. It takes ages just even for a side orders. if you wanna give a test to your patience please proceed to this branch. The are running a high end 'kedai tomyam'

Two separate queue to order for drive through, maybe to minimalise queue but then merged into one queue for payment and picking up orders. Very confusing and ineffective as cars had to merge into each other like in bumper-to-bumper highways. 4 mysterious fries ala carte appeared in our order during payment. Staff said maybe other staff (the one who is in charge of another queue for taking orders) added it accidentally (?), proving two queues for ordering is ineffective and risky! We seriously believe order was mixed up. Not appreciating the drama seriously

I’ve ordered through foodpanda: 2 pieces fried chickens, ice blended latte and ice latte. I ended up get coke, ice chocolate, chickens, fries and a burger. I’m very disappointed with the service. It’s obviously a simple order but they failed to delivered. Thanks to the foodpanda rider to make sure I got the right order. I hope the workers improve their services for delivery.

Usual McDonald's, I'd suggest you to line up and pick up your food rather than picking an option to have food served to you as it takes quite some time.
