Very quite n very clean KFC ever seen in my life.. Really enjoyed the view just right opposite of beach... Usually KFC are crowded in hot spot areas... But here is not... Parking are always available and drive thru as well. I would love to give 5star... But unfortunately the staff are not even smiling.. weird... Don't miss this quite and lonely KFC in Port Dickson..

Poor customer handling & table cleanliness Manager incharged shall improve the customer reception queue handling and always make sure table cleanliness.

Comfortable, not many people when we came despite it was public holiday. The person at the counter was helpful but there wasn't wedges available at that time.

The quality of food was not as good as their logo of finger licking Chicken.But overall service and atmosphere were perfectly good.

At night the management quite slow it was 10pm. Maybe because the shortage of staffs.

Deserves NO star! I've ordered via Grab, fries totally missing, undercooked nuggets and for medium size wedges I only got 4 small pcs. REALLY??

A spacious two floor KFC... Not as crowded n a very comfortable place...

The quality of nescafe ice cream here is low. The seal of the package is opened on both sides, the paper wrapping is wet until the ice cream is exposed to air. I asked to change another one he said all nescafe ice cream is same like this. I then changed to kitkat strawberry flavour but still, the wrapping is wet and the ice cream seemed expired. It was already my turn to order but the cashier went to do other things, I had to wait for around 5 to 10 mins.

For the first time in my decades of KFC dining, I was served with improperly cooked chicken. It was unpleasant and revolting. I would've supposed that having served fried chicken for decades KFC would have the proper procedures in place to make sure of the thicker part of the chicken go through more cooking time than the smaller parts. Disappointing.

The cleanest KFC in Malaysia I can say. The chickens were fresh and tasty, the staff were attentive and hardworking in providing satisfactory services and kept the restaurant clean and pleasant, including the washing basin. Thumbs up for the crew and keep it up please!

Ordered via app for a pick up service. Pick up time supposedly at 6.07pm but I ended up have to wait for more than half an hour. So many customers have not gotten their orders as well. Rude aggressive staff. Yes, I know you're tired and orders are pouring in, but we as a customer do not want to see you pout and throw our chickens while packing. So not systematic as people who came later get their orders first. Some foods were ready but no order number/name were called out. Very bad experience with these new sets of staffs.

As usual,our order did not came Complete. Always have to check. Just imagine if it's a Drive Through. Sure ada order yg tak dapat. This is Not the First Time. ....

The chicken is well marinated and hot when delivered but the staff face especially the counter cashier needs more smile and friendliness. At peak dinner time around 7pm ish only 1 counter cashier servicing over 10+ customers waiting in line with 4 crews standing behind doing nothing but walking around.

I been dine in for 19 years in this place...am getting unhappy, the chicken pieces and the service is getting worse, I'm sorry to say . I love KFC for many years since from my childhood days. This place was very good but not now.

Queue is quite long.. 1 person managing behind the counter.. Should employ more staff..

Not crowded and the place is clean even the service is great. However, a bit disappointed when I ordered 2 set of meals and only get 2 sachet of chilli and tomato sauce

Quick takeaway . Less people . I saw One - diner seated peacefully/Quietly perhaps pass lunch time .

The difference between this restaurant and others in the same category is the warm welcome from the patiently sweet well manner staffs. I think the management should be proud of the well service behavior of the team.

Long queue almost 30 minutes waiting then only you get your order after all only one cashier at the counter. We received our nyonya spicy chicken which is not spicy enough and the zinger burger was very cold. Staff didn’t hear properly what I ordered indeed charged me more .. not recommended!!
