Summary 3.5/5: Great service, mediocre food. Easy & free parking. Food 3/5: Typical Pizza Hut fast food, the chicken pizza was flooded with mayonnaise, making it too sweet for my liking. Love the garlic bread, soft and tender and flavorful. Service 4.5/5: The staff was really attentive, we placed order via QR, within 2-3 minutes, the staff noticed that the system didn't capture our order and immediately came checking with us. Otherwise, we would have waited for our food blindly without knowing what happened. Although only 2 staff was manning the whole 1st floor, the service have been prompt for all the tables. Kudos to the staff. Staff manning the cashier however, need improvement, slow and away from counter, keeping many customers waiting. Environment 3.5/5: clean, not noisy. Go up to 1st floor for dining in. Parking 5/5: big free parking lot just in front of the restaurant, don't have to worry about parking at all.

Friendly staff and good pizza, although as usual. The eating room is located on the second floor, therefore quiet but with no sea view.

I must say that this outlet service is better than the ones in KL. Staff is friendly and attentive. Our food came quickly and the food standard is also to our satisfaction. At least this outlet is well staff too. If you are looking to enjoy some pizza with your family, can visit this pizza outlet in PD. Good to go for lunch or dinner. There is also ample parking here and other choices of food if you want something else too.

Service was so bad & staffs were very rude. AC was not working & terribly hot & even the sink & toilet didn't have water? like what? How am i supposed to wash hands? Using mineral water ke? In times of covid, shouldnt it be known to prioritise water and hygenic???!? Line was very poor, had to wait for 20mins to order. Staff wasnt friendly and not helping at all. Staff was just talking and laughing around with other staff lol. Better eat elsewhere with better staff treatment

Location in town. Easy get parking we celebrated our kids birthday here with big family. When i enter the restaurant it was not impressive as only kitchen at 1st floor. Only 2nd floor can sit and dine in. It was spacious. Best things was the food. Above expectation. Pasta, pizza and fingerfood everything was really good and tasty.

To eat in restaurant, you had to scan a QR code to order.. the wifi and phone signal was bad there. There was no staff station upstairs as well when i was there making it difficult to ask for help. Aircon wasn't cooling either.

order huts deal for 6, regular pizza 3, side 6 and premium side dish 4 , drinks 6.. really worth it !!!!! pasta bolognese a bit dull

Overall ambient was fine - AC was working fine, water supply available in the toilet, furniture (arrangement, upkeeping and quantity) was good. staff were adequately polite- one of them specifically more polite, friendly and helpful, others should learn from that person . network was terrible but they provide WiFi, staff had helped with the problematic order due to the poor network - they made manual offline order preparation. Above all I have to give them Pizza Hut Malaysia and PD 5 stars because I had left my stuff, I lodged an online enquiry, immediately PH Msia called me and notify PH PD, and that stuff was kept safely untill I get it back days after. Kudos to customer service of Pizza Hut Malaysia.

Ordered for pick up and their service is so fast. My order was ready in 10 minutes, I don't even have to wait. Friendly and attentive staffs.

The aircond wasn’t working properly. It was hot. It took 25-30 mins to arrive a personal pan pizza. Food delay, staff wasn’t friendly.

Every time we buy (take away) there must be items that are not enough. The staff has no direct initiative to check whether the goods are enough or not. Management please take action.

Poor service, may be they didn't expect us @ 8pm. Food is ok. They asked to settle bill by 10 pm, but closing time is 11 pm 😞.

Visit during dinner time at 8pm and mostly all the table are occupied. However, several tables near the aircond was told under booking AND I SIT UNTIL 10PM ALSO NO ONE CAME TO DINE IN

Lot of parking space, if u dine in proceed to second floor to order via QR code. Downstairs is only for takeaway. Fast service but when i visited they have water shortage problem so minus that all is well.

I think pizza should consider not having online ordering system if internet coverage are bad especially here

The service here is poor, they do digital QR menu but cannot get any line when u reached level 2 and then their wifi also not working. Ask for assistance but then they even rude. We just ask at least for some menu book as per last time but then they insist saying need to scan QR. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Staff are friendly and helpful especially when you need assistance with the ordering app that this outlet uses. On my 2nd visit there, service was satisfactory. One of the better pizza places to go to within PD.

Terrible place with non working AC. Orders were slow to be taken. No greetings of customers when at the reception.

One of the aircon unit where we sat was not functioning. So we changed to a different spot as it was hot. Not an OKU friendly or suitable for old people with walking problem to have their meal. Eating on level 1, not on the ground floor.

Overall was good..dining area is upstairs..not convenient for people with difficulty with stairs..

Delicious and best pizza. Best services. harmony and relax for a family and friends. following the SOP procedure. You must be fully vaccinated to enter the premise. Good place.
