This is a brand new hospital, people are not aware of the existence of this new hospital. All facilities are new and well-maintained (the smart tv is available). I love the environment here. It's peace, quiet and comfortable. The birds may sing for you in the morning and evening. The good window view are great for the patient's speedy recovery. These really impressed me. The doctors and nurses here are very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm vegetarian and overall I am quite happy with the meals provided.

As the private specialized hospital the nurses and doctors provided a very professional and delightful experience. Thumbs up to the support team as well I was getting pleasant assistance throughout my session there.

Thank you so much for UCSI that help my mom, who is already over age of 70 to expedite the vaccination registration ( my mother who is suppose in the batch 1 vaccination process, but yet to get the appointment for the vaccination after waited for sometime). The experience of vaccination at UCSI hospital is great. The vaccination process is going smoother than our expectation. Thanks to all the volunteers (doctors, nurses and other helpers) that provide so much assistant and explanation along the process.

A spacious and comfortable hospital. New and modern facilities. The best service is provided from registration to discharge. Friendly and considerate treatment of nurses and doctors. Fast action when called upon. Doctor Zaqrul who treated my son is the best because he knows how to take heart and calm the patient in his way. Other facilities such as cafeteria facilities are large, spacious and fast. A varied menu and ordered food can be delivered directly to the room without the patient having to go to the cafeteria themselves. The food served to the patients is very satisfying, but the creative menus should be varied. On average I am very satisfied and recommend you to get services at this Ucsi Hospital.

If you claim to be a "World Class" Medical Centre then you need to live up to it. When my mum was admitted to the hospital in mid-Nov21, they took a deposit of $5000. My mum was discharged 2 days later but I have yet to receive the refund of the balance deposit after charges deduction. I called the hospital a total of three times. The first two times they said they had "processed" my refund and were waiting for a certain "Dato Peter's" signature - its anyone's guess why it takes weeks to secure a signature. When I called the third time which was today (13Dec21), the Finance person was "uncontactable" and got the operator to "pass on" the message that I'll be refunded "this week". Since I had further questions (regarding credit card charges due to the late refund), the operator transferred the call to Finance but nobody picked up. The operator then took my handphone number and said that the Head of Finance (a Ms Ann) will contact me - I'll wait patiently for her call. Stay tuned for an update ;) Update (21Dec21): The Head of Finance (Ms Cheah Peen Ann) never called however I'll give her the benefit of the doubt; perhaps she didn't get the message. I also did not receive my refund as promised. I called twice today to speak to Ms Ann but she was unavailable. Finally, a nice lady from Finance informed me that she would check on the matter of my refund and revert. I received a whatsapp message a few hours later from the ""Billing Dept" that my refund had been "processed" on 20Dec21 but I would need to wait another 7 working days for the Bank to actually refund the amount to my credit card. Amazing!! If this is world class service I dread to think what is considered standard.....

Thanks to the staff medical record dept, Ananthi. She is very helpful. The procedure of requisitioning a medical report is very easy. The doctor reports ready very fast on the same day I made the payment. Thank you so much for your kind and warm service. God bless you.

UCSI Hospital is a nice & spacious space. The staff treats the patient well. Special mention, the Indian boy at Lobby, with white shirt, very helpful and active. Assisted me along and thanks to him.

Thank you for the great effort by UCSI hospital. Received the appointment on July this year for vaccination. Friendly services and the vacination process is quite smooth. Infact we manage to get to speak with Dr on duty about our concern on the vaccination. So friendly and helpful.

My son was admitted here for 5 days. Thanks to Pn. Azura for the efficient arrangement. The A&E staff for the professional conduct and the chinese Dr who was very good... managed to set the line easily for my son. Then awesome service and care from the nurses of Ward 2A, they were all very friendly and gentle towards my son. Then special thanks also to Professor Dr. Amaluddin for his calm and gentle management. Very sincere in explaining everything. Even the food here is very good. The room is clean and spacious with good view. The only improvement needed is the car park payment machine... as you need the exact change to pay. If ypu don't have the exact change you have to search for it or else you are stuck there.

Food is bad. Admission is ok but discharged progress is very bad. Take for ages. Even government hospital is better. Room not so clean. Still have previous rubbish while warded. Only cleaning while asked to. Sorry to say not recommended to the world class facilities as per announced. I will wrote official letter to the hospital about this issue

I brought my parents here for annual medical check up. I have to say they are the best so far. Very fast, organized and thorough. A big thumbs up for their staffs as they were helpful and friendly. The doctor was very detail in explaining and answer all the questions patiently. This hospitals comes with comfortable waiting area. The environment is clean,bright and spacious.

Great hospital with great hospitality. From the admission to discharge I have no complain at all. My son warded for four days, Doctors and nurses were very helpful and efficient. Big thanks to Prof Dr Amal for excellent consultation.The room is superb. Sometimes I feel like I'm in the hotel room. Hihihihi.. Overall 5stars for UCSI. Terbaik!

This hospital deserves a 5 start. One of the best hospitals in Malaysia. The love and care they give to their patients, will make you recover fast. I recommend this hospital to everyone anytime any day. They are just the best. And the price is very very affordable.

very lousy customer care...vaccine centre close down already should have infom guard and just inform client to go back... but security continue to receive rm2 parking fees and I just got to know the operating hours has over.. then why at the first place guard will still allow us to go inside? then I called customer care.. they just ignore the complaint and tell me normally customer care is busy and hard to attend to your feedback... problem is not the rm2.. problem is with the lousy customer service that you have... please improve..

I have to say honestly, UCSI Hospital is one true world class medical facility in Malaysia. Very dedicated and committed team of medical practitioners serve with heart and passion. I am well because of the good medical care here. Good work and kudos to the team.

Review is meant ONLY for the PCR swab test. Currently less people to walk in. Instead of having drive-thru, you can just walk in to save some money. Try to register first in their webpage then you can come to UCSI. Staff is helpful and friendly. Just the certificate for the PCR result, we will need to come over again to collect. Its about time UCSI gives it through email or softcopy of it. Practical and paperless guys my 2 very honest cents. So I need to come again just to collect the result😂😂😂😂 Oh ya, the swab and registration went well.

My mum was admitted for thyroid surgery under Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham this week. Tan Sri is friendly and approachable. His diagnosis and surgery skills were excellent as her voice was not affected after the surgery and there was no complication whatsoever. The hospital room was well equipped and comfortable. The view from the room was also nice. Nurses were also kind and friendly. Although the hospital location seems far, I realised that it only takes about 20 minutes drive from Seremban, so it is ok even driving from Petaling Jaya. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍 👍 Ben

USCI Hospital has state of the art equipment and professional services. The amenities and facilities are modern, warm and welcoming. The food is delicious. Highly recommend for all your medical needs.

Just did my vaccination at UCSI hospital. Everything went so smooth n efficiently. The hospital is brand new with the latest technology. Impressive. But what perhaps distinguish this hospital is the service. Staff are friendly n courteous and ever ready to assist. Great model of delighting customers! 5 Star rating from me!

It was a very welcoming experience & staff were warm and helpful. The service at the clinic too made me calm as one can feel nervous when visiting a hospital. The ambience was very comforting and serene whilst there was this presence of class & luxury. Most importantly, the treatment and diagnosis given by Dr Joel Gan gave me the confidence and motivation to go on with a positive outlook & will strongly be recommended him. He also is a great listener and does not look down on you! He definitely deserves to be complimented for his advise and immediate action taken to prescribe the right medication. Before leaving, my wife and I decided to have a nice hot latte each and we were personally served by the charming manager of The Quad, Mr. Sedrick. Another clean and well kept area. Strongly recommend that for professional and good medical services, take time off to drive here. If there’s traffic, just embrace it- you wont regret the visit!

Everything is ok, as expected from a new hospital. What is missing is the hospital attire which is not provided for the patients. So don’t forget to bring enough if you are being warded

Room was spacious. Facilities well provided. Sofabed for guardian was helpful. Doctor (Dr Shirley) and nurses that treated my daughter was friendly and professional. Hopefully everything will be well maintained over time. Overall very good experience. Huge thanks and thumbs up! Kudos.

The vaccination experience was amazing..no waiting at all...everything was completed within 20 mins. Social distancing was well managed and there is no overcrowding at all ...The nurses were very efficient --every process was well organized! This is a new private teaching hospital located near the Port Dickson highway...the place is very modern and is a well equipped private hospital. Plenty of parking.. I give it 5 stars!

We are very satisfied with the service of all the doctors and stafs. Very efficient arrangement to meet the doctors and do Health Screening in a day. Very helpful to book the hotel nearby and free transportation from Hospital to other places. Wish UCSI great success in the future :)

Went here to get Covid 19 vaccine for my family members. Arrangement and staff there are very professional and friendly. Overall the process / segregation of work is clear cut, fast and efficient. Thumbs up and thank you for all the front liners. Salute!!

The facilities are good and spacious however, very disappointed with the services provided at the emergency & accident facility. I don't understand how I waited for almost 3 hours whilst there were no other patients around at all.

The quarantine service here is very awesome. The food, nurse, doctor and the facilities really worth it. Especially the nurse and the doctor here are professional and kind. It is a blessing to have their service.

The place is nice. Food is very good. They got their own chef from hotel to cater the meal here. Staff are nice. And facilities is superb. Doctors are also very good. Friendly and kind of very helpful.. Its like youre having a vacation instead of actually admitted to the ward. Tv also got youtube and nerflix.

A very well structured flow for patients to carry out their duty to be vaccinated. With sufficient and friendly workforce to handle the task from the very initial registration and guiding them to the room for vaccination and again filing up the mysejahtera online form to confirm the completion of the vaccination. Very well planned and other hospitals can certainly learn from UCSI Hospital on handling such operation. Keep up the great work.

Their service very good. My daughter who was having high fever fr about 10days ws recovered within 2 days aft the treatment given here. Very convenient place to stay during admitted. Highly recommend

Not recommended After my relative delivered her first child, she have to wait for hours to get her kid vaccinated and discharged. Doctor promise one time but came in many hours later. But when collect fees they are very efficient

Meet expectations of private hospital. Now no need to go to seremban for private hospitals. Service is excellent, food for inpatient is nice. I wish for more options of 24hours cafeteria / coffee shop or convenience mart. On vaccination part, the service by staff is good. But not so much for the queueing part. For booster shots already have lot of improvement. The doctors n nurses are nice also, although some probably on their practical/training. Its a pleasure to be part of their training because they were fully guided by the staff nurse/doctors/radiologist. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A very well organised and systematic way of preparing the people for the vaccination. Well trained, helpful and friendly staff. Everything was done professionally. There is a doctor who walks around to check on those already vaccinated, very polite and professional. All the vaccination centres in Malaysia should take UCSI Hosp, NS as a example. Dr. Lee Boon Leong is a well experienced doctor. The facilities there is brand new. When we were there, not many patients. The nurses were friendly and helpful too. If you want a warm meal, go to ground floor and locate The Quad cafeteria. Nice food with reasonable pricing.
