It's so rowdy and crowded that I almost had a panic attack. Every person that moved was suspicious, you have to be careful and alert because everyone is suspect. Here is popular because of it's multiple phone accessories and gadget sellers and dealers, but if I have my way, nothing will bring me here, it's scary, I repeat, scary!!! We came to buy a phone at Soft Touch Gadgets. It was okay, at least while we negotiated and bought the phone. We had a space to sit, the generator was on so there was light and fan.

The name of the flyover is officially known as Rebisi Flyover, Obviously it's the flyover at Garrison and it's officially known as Rebisi Flyover.

It is newly constructed bridge in Rivers State Government under Governor Wike Administration. The Flyover reduce traffic jam and make smooth transition from waterline through garrison.

The flyover has managed to decrease a portion of the traffic we noticed with the roundabout, but not all of it, since there is still rush-hour traffic beneath the flyover. Nonetheless, it's a fantastic enhancement to the ABA road infrastructure

Garrison also know as the Computer village of the Garden City. Located strategically along the Port Harcourt - Aba major Express way. Varieties of Electronics ranging from simple to smart gadgets. Of course, not omitting the different personalities and experiences which are the culture of the market. To some it's a get all problem fixed one stop market while to others it's indeed an experience 🤣🤣🤣🤣. If you know you know🤣🤣🤣. Assurances are that you'll always solve your electronic issues. So you're always welcome to Garrison Computer & electronic village.

Traffic is so terrific in this area most especially during the day, when returning from town axis, making the flyover not functional

There is a constructional error on that flyover. Apart from that it's wonderful. Probably both the design & implementation team were high on some substance. How can you build such an important flyover and NO PEDESTRIAN CROSSING? Secondly, the manholes are accident prone. They didn't take the accurate level for that important component of the flyover. Imagine motorist avoiding manholes on the flyover because it appears like a bad spot. It's more disappointing that the contractors are a renowned construction company. Totally a disappointment. Thanks.

Disliked it, There should be a good lighting system, there should be CCTV camera system and prohibitory signs. Gov taskforce laying ambush to motorist, it's quite an unsafe act

Relatively new structure targeted at minimizing the traffic at this very busy Junction. It is definitely serving its purpose because it makes this spot easier to navigate. Unfortunately, there's no dedicated passage for pedestrians so you must keep your eyes peeled when crossing. A lovely site to behold at night.

The flyover has helped ease traffic in that area ,and also provides shelter from the rain .There are always Rivers Taskforce (RTF) Officials ,even when you don't see them ,so if driving avoid making wrong stops .By the flyover there's the garrison computer market ,where you can repair, buy and sell all kinds of phones and computer related equipment. If walking be aware of your surroundings avoid being touched by strangers. All in all be safe . Thank you.

Nice experience, but was crowdy as always. Everyone must have a touch of unique madness to be able to survive there. *laughs*

Went to St Paul's Cathedral, Near Garrison Fly over. It is sitting on a high platform with flight of stairs The church has neither disabled parking nor access. Therefore disabled persons need help to enter the church. The internal traffic control was good. It has enough parking space. It has the main entrance gate before the fly over round about. Vehicles can also enter through the back gate. Each gate issues tally which you must present at the gate of your exit. The tickets are not sold, and you don't also need ticket at the Garrison Fly over.

Den of rubbers. You can be robbed here, both in day and at night. A place where people can buy or sell stollen phones... The new flyover is fine. However don't go there when it's late....

Since after the recent development on this flyover, driving on it has been so smooth and without hold ups. But be careful of those agberos that wait aside looking for siennas to harass whether private or for transport

I would commend governor Wike on the road and flyover construction projects. He revamped the heart of Port Harcourt city with these projects. The word traffic Jam, hold up or go slow is no longer heard of in these areas.

It is just a flyover that takes you across from Rumuola to Aba road and Old GRA and town. It is pretty straightforward. However, if taking public transport be careful when alighting at Garrison. There is no overhead bridges so one would have to cross by foot under the bridge so you need to be very careful of on coming vehicles.

A hub for all things phones and gadgets. Located at the city center, making it accessible anywhere you are coming from. Caveat- you must be/act smart always in this location. Worthy of mentions are the phone technicians, they are really some good phone technicians that do know their onions here. Indulge!

The flyover is in use. Serving the purpose, but not up to full capacity, even as the design does not support for full traffic de-congestion as a result of the flow of people into that area. Great and useful project by the administration of the Rivers State government 👏

I waited there for my ride as I'd booked one. The driver informed that there were men there under the bridge who would impound his vehicle should he wait around to pick me up so I had to move further to a street not too far to get into the vehicle. However, It felt safe there during the day.

You need to be smart, outspoken, and fast, if not you might loose your phone. It's also a great business environment, in terms of phones, laptops and accessories

I only walked past at the pedestrians lane under the flyover but I like the flyover. It makes cars fly over it easily. No more that annoying holdup that used to cause delay 5o comutters.
