This is a very beautiful hotel in Port Harcourt. I had an opportunity of staying there. It is a modern hotel with great or classic furnishings though it has taken so many years it was established. This is a hotel that was built with a vision of the future. It has 24hr light, it has security, it has POS services, it has garage for parking cars, it has a large dining hall and has conference halls. It has beautiful entrance and reception. It has a staircase and two lifts. The workers and attendants are very mature and jovial. They keep everywhere very clean. The rooms well arranged and nearly kept. Their price is high according to the cost of things in Nigeria. I commend them to travellers who need security and great services. Thumb up for me if you like my review. Thanks 😊

Landmark hots has excellent service system, it contains a convince shop a comfortable and classy reception, standard halls for seminars or presentation. They offer quality service and return lost properties if found. Its a nice place to bring your kids and they have a pretty organised parking space and good security network

Great hotel in the city of Port Harcourt. I am so surprised that after so many years, Landmark Hotel still maintains high quality standards.

Always been coming here for meetings but, lately I noticed some improvements and also got to get a view of the pool side... wow 🥺 snooker boards, properly alligned and designed pool side I am yet to find a better pool side in PH, correct if I'm wrong 🥂😍

Staff of the hotel are Courteous, friendly and always willingly to go an extra mile to ensure guest comfort. The food is also good. The environment is okay. The down tick is the place can be noisy and over crowded many times, they operate an outdoor bar with very loud music that affects you if you are unfortunate to stay in a particular wing of the hotel. Parking space is also a problem even as an in house guest especially on weekends when the out door bar is full to capacity. Other than these, you can be rest assured that you will feel at home in landmark.

Nice place to lodge if your are traveling or in port Harcourt city for a short stay or vocation with your loved ones or just family. The have swimming pool, bar and what to eat. You can even have a sit out at the bit spaced compound or at the balcony at the rooftop of the hotel. The surrounding place is quite busy, so don't expect to be lonely, but quiet and ambience is of the hotel and rooms. You will definitely find the hotel okay for quick checking in and out, or for a long stay.

Went there for a retreat in one of the halls. The first day was horrible because the hall was small, and the air conditioning wasn't working. That changed on the second day. The food was horrible on both days, though that may have been handled by an out of service provider and not the hotel. The public toilets were dirty and smelly. I can not speak about the rooms because I didn't sleep there, but from what I experienced in 2012, the rooms were luxurious and beautiful, and I suspect that that should be the same. However, the rooms are very pricy.

Landmark hosts a warm, serene and tailored experience for the evening. My evening spent with a couple friends was splendid and we could have conversations amidst the entertainment. The food service was pretty fast.

The hotel is an old hotel that has tried to keep up with the times. I will not judge them for the black stains here and there as we all know the soot situation. The staff tries to be efficient friendly, but sometimes drop the ball. Overall I think it is a place to stay

I was really impressed at the massive size of this hotel, it actually blew me as I didn’t honestly think it was this big. However for this review, I will focus on the signature lounge which was nice. Service 8/10 Staff 8/10 Fish 10/10 the size, price and taste was really great Price of drinks were as well was okay.

In a good location with a good complimentary breakfast. Pool side music can be sweet but also crazy if you want to sleep and it's still on.

Landmark Hotel is extravagant and I think this place is underrated. This hotel is cool the swimming pool is wow and so good. I was Tantalized to swim I love it 💞😍😘💞. I got to know there when I went to my brother's birthday and they Dorime for him I really enjoyed myself trust me.

Some of the staff members are judgemental and seemingly concerned on guests personal choices or lifestyle. You could see the disjust in their faces because a man wore shorts. That's not good customer service, treat everyone as a special guest and do not look down on another because they're young or their choice of dressing. By all means, STOP STARING at people.

Magnificent hotel at an excellent location, located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . It is pretty easy to get to with plenty of access roads. I was impressed with the show of professionalism from the conduct of the hotel staff, it was amazing to see. At this hotel the staff are well aware of their surroundings and are well able to assist with recommendations & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

An NGO I intern with had a session here. We used the hall upstairs and some participants lodged in the hotel. They also catered for the event: Tea break and lunch. During the course of the event, another event was also going on in another hall. Thankfully, we had name tags to identify our guests. I enjoyed sitting by the pool side, which was where we had our tea break. Overall, it's a great place but also a bit busy. Not a bit, it is a busy hotel.

I spent a total of 5 days at the hotel and noticed a calm about the residence. It also attracted a lot of events so it's a good venue for Soares

Landmark is a long existing hotel, from what I was told, but my experience when my firm had us there for our end of year'' The reception is really poor , most of the personnel's are lousy and without hotel etiquette and most importantly try not to forget your personal effect ,as I am yet to get any information after forgetting a full length dress just a day after.

Recently renovated to a decent taste, warm reception from staff, decent rooms and centrally located next to GRA.... Makes it a win win.

The structure is amazing and the bar section/pool-side lovely. The management & service is poor. Facilities in rooms are poorly maintained. Some staff reluctant to perform their duties. Room/toilet stinks mostly at night. Please, proper maintenance should be done..
