I love this wig! The processing took 3 weeks but once I got it I fell in love. I get compliments daily. When I say it’s a wig no one believes me. The communication with the seller is great she answered all my questions. I will be buying a cornrow wig next. Thanks for the great quality wig💕

The second unit I purchased from this company was not satisfactory at all. After waiting 3 weeks for my wig, I emailed the company to inquire how long it will take for them to ship off my unit, and they did not respond. Finally after the 4th week, I emailed them again, and oddly, their website was off line. Thinking that something was very suspicious, I contacted Paypal and they asked me to work it out with the vendor, and IF they found any inappropriate business concerns, they would refund my purchase. Luckily, I finally got through to Citi Outluuk Beauty World and told them that I did not get a reply via email concerning when my wig was to be shipped. They basically said that I lied, and if I'd emailed them, they would have answered. Long story short, when my unit finally arrived it was HORRIBLE. The braiding on one side of the wig cap was so sparse that you could see the ugly grey netting, so as a result, I ended up putting this massive amount of hair in a ponytail so the poorly constructed portion would not show. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered the Imani and the Isioma triangle box braid wigs and they are everything. Very neat braids, I wasn’t sure what length I would like so I got one that’s bra length , and my favorite one (the Imani) I ordered waist length and it is so beautiful, light weight, which was surprising and it came already dressed up. I’m very pleased with both wigs and I plan to purchase another one. Thank you Citi Beauty World for a job well done.

Best Braided wig hands down! Ordered 99J waist length. Any questions I had, customer service was very prompt and polite. After processing, my wig shipped on Friday and received it Tuesday. It was processed exactly the way I wanted it to be. I ordered a small cap and it fit perfectly. I have gotten so many compliments and people dont know its even a wig. I am so impressed with this unit I will treasure it for as long as I can. lol Thank you Citi Beauty for blessing me with such a great unit . Will definitely order again in a different color.

ADURE XXXXL FULL LACE BRAIDS I received my unit today and instantly fell in love. The packaging was beautiful, I love the nice bag it was packaged in and it was a surprise to receive the free gifts as well. The braids look so nice and neatly done. The lace blends very well. The length is awesome. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again. My whole experience was nice from the ordering process to the shipping and receiving... I ordered on may 15th and received today June 11th. It was definitely worth the wait. I love citibeautyworld.

I ordered the Mandita braided wig on November 13 and received it on November 29th. Basically the entire process took less than 3 weeks...And let me tell you I am very pleased, the wig came nicely packaged and is so well made I fell in love instantly. Communication was a breeze... I must admit I had a bit of skepticism when I ordered the Urenma 360 braided wig. Citi Outluuk Beauty World kept me abreast as to when it would be delivered, BOY was I thoroughly impressed when it was delivered a whole week earlier than expected. I understand the price may be out of your price range, but GO FOR IT!! It's worth EVERY dime. The quality is beyond excellent and I will be purchasing another ASAP.

I shaved my head and knew one thing I'd miss was having a lovely set of box braids. I never considered wigs and option as a lot of them look extremely artificial and we not very nice. This all ended when I discovered CitiBeautyWorld in a youtube review. I quickly ordered mine and was shocked at how fast it came! It's beautiful and I can't wait to wear it. I've attached some initial pictures after tinting and cutting the lace. Even if you have a full head of hair, consider coming here for a wig. I paid £130ish for this week and I now have it forever instead of paying for braids to keep getting re-installed.

I ordered the isioma triangle box braid medium, this is my 4th wig from this company and they never disappoint I took the wig out the packaging and it was exactly what I was hoping for I can’t wait to install this unit! They are so friendly and accommodating I asked if it were possible to have my wig delivered any sooner due to me being 9 months pregnant and wanting the wig before I delivered my son they said it would be noted and they would try I received the wig so quickly I can’t say how much I appreciate them and now knowing I won’t have to worry about my hair looking crazy during my delivery. After a month of waiting and any day now expecting my braid wig my boyfriend ordered me, I get an email stating his address (cardholder) and my address (shipping) doesn't match so my order was canceled and his money will go back on his card MINUS $11, After a month of waiting!!! FYI...He placed the order AND As soon as the card is used HE GET A NOTIFICATION!!!! PS. Everyone isn't a criminal! I will take our $$$ elsewhere. Your reply was rude when you FINALLY got back to me....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

AMAZING! Customer service was great the few questions I had were quickly answered via email, the processing time was just as listed and I was given shipping information without having to ask. I have received 100's (literally) of compliments about this wig, most people don't believe me when I say its a wig...I have referred all my friends to the site and I'll be ordering wig number two very soon. Just received mine & I couldn't be more pleased!! It's clear these ladies take pride in their art and I'll be ordering again soon! I was a little nervous at first since it's an international order, but as soon as I took it out of the bag, I knew I'd never be sitting in the salon chair for hours again just to have beautiful braids. Plus, it just makes sense- of course the most beautiful braids would come from Africa!
