Business is turning over millions from tier one iron ore companies, currently spending profits on building more rooms yet they cannot supply; -A gym with sufficient working equipment -Enough washing machines that function -Free wifi (No free wifi available in your room) -A safe and secure venue -Towels and pillows slips regular stink from being left in the washing machine -Orange juice in the mess Since their is no wifi available everyone uses their hotspots so the 4G connectivity is tragically very poor when you need it, currently struggling to get 1Mb/s, this means; -Don't think about face timing your family -Don't think about watching netflix or even a youtube video Otherwise; -Cleanliness is average -Food is pretty good -Parking is pretty good -Can be noisy with trucks at night depending on your room location

This is top shelf as far as fifo camps go 👌🏼 Only issue, the wifi doesn’t work.

I've stayed in some interesting places with my job. But this would have to be well up there with one of the worst.. if you get a "motel room" we'll yeah they're decent.. if you end up in one of their caravans then good luck.. they say free WiFi. Haha, it's a struggle to even get decent phone reception.... the food.... absolutely horrible...you can order steak or chicken from the grill, which is great if you want to be subjected to attitude from the so called "chefs" for asking them to actually cook.. and don't even think about a decent sleep.

Great food and rooms apart from the fact that they aren’t tailored to nightshift at all and reception refused to black out the windows when politely asked as they were ‘new’ rooms. Also the power to rooms being cut due to onsite works leaving myself and all other night shift workers waking up in our rooms with no more than 4 hours sleep and sweltering in the middle of the day is beyond unacceptable. The amount of flys in the mess hall and over the actual food is pretty off putting also and really let’s down the nice food and friendly staff. Please do something about the flys, it shouldn’t be that hard to rectify and control.

Had a room right next to their workshop where they were noisy and kept me awake so i couldn't sleep. Although showing vacancy on the sign, when i asked to change rooms they denied me. Don't stay here.

We are travelling for work and we have been staying at the landing resort. The rooms are nice and they have big beds which makes is more comfortable than the usual camp beds, unfortunately my pillows on my bed are basically non existent and I'll have ask to get them replaced. The rooms are clean and tidy. The camp kitchen is amazing, the food cooked fresh and no limit to when you can go in and get food, as per normal camp style accomodation in the pilbara you aren't allowed to take food directly from the buffet for lunch but here it is allowed which is quite nice as you can load up on bacon and eggs or chicken parmigiana for lunch direct from the food warming trays and can make your work lunch options alot nicer. If the buffet isn't what your after you can always request steaks etc from the chefs here and the camp/resort/accomodation also shares the location with The Wallabout Hotel which makes good food with friendly service and alcohol on tap. Great location on the main highway into Port Hedland and also directly across from The Port Hedland Airport. On location there is a gym also for anyone wanting to maintain or improve their fitness on their working trip or holiday. Friendly staff that is very helpful. This location is a nice place to stay.

Cannot fault accomodational, very clean and comfortable. Food however is below par. Not very healthy unless u want salad for every meal. Not seen anything of the likes of boiled veg! All seems baked or deep fat fried. No real variety either. Sort that out and youd be easily 4.5*

Stayed there for 8 days due to work. They have few different type of rooms, once's close to reception are pretty decent with double bed and other standard features but once far away close to walkabout motel are pretty nasty :( Food is good, and there are so many to select from

Quite good in terms of location and food. The rooms were neat and clean but not very spacious. The accommodation is just opposite the PHE airport.

Everything else is good, but no wifi in the rooms and phone network is not too good. Can't even do any business on you laptop.

My room wasn't good it had a broken table tried to advise the reception to no avail it's mainly for mine workers who fly in fly out but at $390.00 a night it wasn't worth it

The place is a dive would not stay here if I was paying myself, as its company paid I have no choice they had raw sewage running out onto the walkway behind the Walkabout Hotel which is all part of the Landing resort, this was around for at least 3 months, they have cleaners who totally ignore the "Nightshift" sign and knock on the door and wake you up. The $250 per night charge is a total rip off.

Food is very nice. Cleaners won't clean your room or linen when your in the room for 2 weeks.

My budget had nothing to do with the accommodation given to me... I was staying there through work and even before I was given the key, I was told there are no other vacancies and if I don't like my room then tough luck!...

Stay here for work time to time, rooms are ok, the food served at the mess isn't very health a lot of it is deep fried. On my recent stay the rooms kept on loosing water, which meant couldn't shower after work.

Decent place to stay if you're only there to rest and sleep. Food was great!

Great place to stay for FIFO workers. Unsure of the caravan set-up. But rooms are awesome. Comfiest bed I've slept in whilst working away. Food is amazing. I don't understand how the mining camps can stooge the workers like they do with food. Staff friendly and helpful. Can't ask for anything more.

Basic work accommodation. My employer puts me in one of the motel rooms. Everything I need and food is ok.

🫤 Don't get me wrong, the food and coffee are amazing. Recommend the Breakfast Burrito A +. What let us down today was some (not all) of the staff. I had to ask for my table to be cleaned after the previous customers. This was not noticed even though the server walked past several times after clearing...
