Scrumptious curly fries! Glad I got to try this spot on my way home. Would prob skip the slider tho to save my appetite for the fries (but the buffalo chicken was nicely flavoured).

Was in Port Hope and decided to head over to Arbys since they have literally disappeared from within greater Ontario. 2 words- Horsey sauce. Sad instead of individual packets you'd get in the past, you now need to pump out the Horsey sauce into little paper cups for your sandwiches. I would collect these packets in the past and use them for everything, sandwiches, hot dogs, fish, anything that moved, alas, no more. Went with the 2 roasted garlic roast beef sandwiches w/ lettuce/tomato for $11. Ah, the texture and flavor profile of the thinly sliced roast beef like meat was intoxicating. Added curly fries and a self service drink. Worth the 100km drive. Why o why Arby's cannot open any new branches closer to Markham, life is not fair

visit: oct 26th, thursday, 6sh pm it's not the first time I've eaten at Arby's, and i think it was also the port hope branch for my first 2 visits.. not sure if anybody noticed, once you try any sandwhich that has the sliced beef, they all taste the same almost -i think I've tried 4 different ones.. mind you i like it, but I'm not sure if it's just me, or the menu is.. just a distraction! anyway ample parking, i think this place has been renovated so it looks/feels nice inside.. the food, is a different story. truth is, this place is more of a 3.5 than a 4.. the food always, without fail, never looks like the ones in the marketing pictures. (compared to other fast food, this one disappoints, visually -which is something corporate office can address?) the girlfriend and i tried the "arbynator"(2 for $11) and the wagyu burger (meal) with the montreal poutine... all in all, a little over $40, and they stopped (or never did, i forgot) taking amex.. visa and mastercard are 'ok'... i guess the soda is refillable which is nice. if it's not -wooooops! oh, the staff are nice enough.. had they been rude or dismissive, this would have been a 3 or a 2 star.. lol there are other worse places to eat in port hope i just wish they could work on the visual appeal of the actual food.. i mean, look at the wagyu!! smh

Curly fries were old, cold and hard. Little to no brisket on the brisket poutine. Sandwiches were carelessly made and sloppy. I have had much better food at other Arby's locations.

First time I've ever had Arby's. It was good, and the amount of meat that you get on the sandwich puts ALL of the burger places to shame. Was extremely expensive though, and for what I paid to feed just my wife and myself, I could have fed the rest of the family too at my local deli.

An unexpected stop with great grandson. We arrived right at opening a manager and young man unlocked the door and welcomed us. The restaurant/bathroom were spotless. Customer service great and I was impress how respectful the manager was to the young employee. When travelling East again we will definitely stop in. Keep up the great work Arby's Port Hope

I ordered a original beef sandwich and it is was 50% of the size it used to be for the same price. When I was handed the bag, I thought there was nothing in there because the bag was so light. Definitely not the amount of meat they used to give. Update: I went back and nothing had changed and no one contacted me after filling out the form.

This 5 stars is for the employee working drive thru around 6pm on aug 24. I've been threw the drive thru there many of times and mostly see her. She is always super friendly and perfect at her job every single time i've seen her. I believe she might be one of the managers but regardless i leave that drive thru happy everytime she serves me.

The employees don't listen and always mess up our order. Mozzarella sticks are never cooked or melted. Even if you ask for fresh 1s and tell them to cook them for a extra 30 secs to melt cheese. Cheese is still solid inside them and I don't think they even cooked them longer any time I asked. Half the time I buy a ham and Swiss they only put on half the slice of cheese they usual do. Just to save on cheese. Food is really good when they actually try and get it right.

Stopped in on my way through Port Hope today @ 3pm. The staff were welcoming and friendly. One older gentleman was meticulously cleaning the tables, chairs and floor and arranging the Christmas decorations 😊 His attention to detail made me smile - he was proud of his work. The restaurant (including washroom) was spotless. Oh yeah, and my sandwich was perfect! Arby’s should be proud to have this crew representing them 😁

I love the staff who works here. Usually, I get the lady in the drive-through. She has likely been there for years, and I love her. Everyone is pretty great oh and the food is yummy too!

Shannon served us on new years, very friendly, quick service and food very fresh and delicious. If in the area check out this Arby’s. I’m about 5 hours and if I’m in the area will 100% come back.

Tried a market sandwich which was really fresh & yummy! My go to is usually a junior with swiss & mayo added but I'm glad I tried something new it was a great & very filling!
