The blends of coffee are really nice and seem to have authentic African beans. Very smooth and try keep a lot of other interesting items such as cold pressed juices, famous croissants as well as other deli bits. This ones location is fabulous at the Port Louis waterfront.

Coffee is always great there. You do not have every items early morning though. I love their pain a l'ancienne but there was none.

Ordered 2 cold latte..will not give a 5 star because am used to another service level at Starbucks where we are greeted right from the time we enter the shop.. the welcome needs to improve to create a more welcoming, engaging experience.

1) When I arrived there girl at the counter greeted me with a smile. 2) They should, as far as possible serve a customer everything they ordered once, the drink and the cake, they didn't. 3) The cup they serve espresso is too small. Seemed like a baby cup to me. And was too sugary. They should not add the sugar. They must instead serve the sugar apart. And there was too little in that! IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! ~Rs 75 for a few drops. Almost nothing there is worth the money. 4. When I say on spot I expect to be served at my table, they didn't. I had to juggle with my things to a table. How come some Artisan coffee shop do and some don't! 5. With the cake you should also serve the for fork especially with Covid-19.(Brownie)

Ordered Waffle with Nutella, which was okay. Was served hot with a fork wrapped in tissue paper. Prep time was 5 min.

Poor service. Out of 2 staffs, one is using her phone while customers are waiting. Lacking basic customer service skills. Loud music, can barely have a conversation. Drinks made are without any passion! Definitely a no. Cakes however were delicious.

Good atmosphere. Polite & helpful staffs. Good coffee both hot & cold options. A variety of viennoiserie 🥐, cupcakes, muffins, sandwiches 🥪 & bread options for lunch. Freshly pressed juice also available. Great place to relax and grab a coffee to catch up!

Happiness is Milkshake 😃 But U can also have other cold or hot drinks like tea..coffee.. Ice tea.. Latte.. So many mouth-watering pastries available like 🤤 Macaron Chocolate cake Donuts Muffins And the list goes on.. 🥧🍰🍧🍦🍩 + U can have a light lunch there 🥪 🥙 🥖 🌯 Check out the menu online😉

It used to be a good place but I am afraid it has become victim of something that happens very often to coffee shops.. it isn't worth the price you'll be paying for. Some of the pastries they sell are not made by them and the rest is either stale or very sugary. The coffee is nice. The staff needs some training with regards to the product they sell and how to actually serve their customers. There sure is room for improvement.

Poor service, need to ask tissue after buying drinks their, they gave one tissue paper for two person, no smile on their face and they don't greet the customer good morning.

I went their to buy the deal at lunch time the girl told me will be available in 2 min i took other pastries while they took my payment and waited for the pastry it was over two mins.

Very cheap and quality food I love it💜👌
