Excellent accueil et le coaching fun et adapté à tous car pour la plupart c'était aussi une initiation à la pratique :) Nous avons été bien encadré, il y avait du rythme malgré le nombre que nous étions, très cool ! Je recommande les yeux fermés

I walked through the door of this box because a friend had been praising its merits to me for a while! And I understand why! I did the discovery session this morning! I was received by Loïc and Mika who supported me well and explained the principles and fundamentals of crossfit before getting to work 😅 The movements are well explained and corrected! Options are offered if ever...! For this first discovery, the atmosphere is immediately warm and far from the gym standards that are a bit “have you seen me” There box offers classes 7 days a week and the classes change every day…! I can't wait to go back! Thank you for this great discovery/reconciliation with crossfit!

Not too sporty, I tried crossfit with Loic, he's a great coach who adapts the session according to the skills of the group. Through his advice he pushed me to surpass myself. I felt great when I left the class.

We had an excellent time with Céline who supervised our team of 10 people for a professional team building. The setting is great, the equipment is quality and the business offer is very suitable for professional teams! Céline was able to offer events adapted to each member of our group, of all ages and sporting levels. A very good moment between colleagues which allowed us to strengthen our bonds, all in a good mood. THANKS !
