O Hotel está de parabéns, desde a recepção, sem muita burocracia e demora já que eu tinha realizado o pré checkin, algo simples e fomos liberados rapidinho, (já aconteceu de irmos para resorts renomado no nordeste, ter feito o pré checkin e ainda esperar por horas uma burocracia desnecessária ficando todos impacientes); chegamos a noite e mesmo passando do horário ainda conseguimos jantar, pois foi nos oferecido insistentemente já que o restaurante ainda estava aberto; o pessoal do restaurante, quanta gentileza e simpatia, incluindo as meninas do bar da piscina sempre prestativas, inclusive as funcionárias freelance, todos sempre muito preocupados se estávamos sendo bem atendidos; a comida é simples de fazenda, mas muito bem elaborada, saborosa e cheirosa a famosa "comida boa" tinha sim algumas coisas repetitivas, como nuggts, batata frita (a da piscina excelente por sinal muito melhor que várias hamburguerias paulistas), torresmo, até porque as crianças gostam e torresmo quem não??? já as misturas sempre duas ou três variedades gostosas difícil de escolher e citar aqui, além de massas e saladas super fresquinhas como a rúcula; caipirinha bem feita, cerveja gelada; o café da manhã poderia sim variar um pouco, porque ficando 4 dias, todo dia a mesma coisa acaba enjoando, porém nós mesmos procuramos variar entre o que tinha disponível afinal não dá pra comer de tudo em uma refeição; as piscinas realmente precisavam ser água aquecida porque estavam muito geladas, porém o bom tempo ajudou e não foi empecilho para minhas crianças; o repertório tocado na piscina tbém de boa qualidade sem músicas ofensivas a nossa moral rsrsrsrs; quanto ao quarto ficamos no bloco recém reformado, tudo novinho e moderno, TV, ar condicionado, camas confortáveis e limpeza impecável suficiente para descanso absoluto; wifi do quarto e do hotel sempre funcionando bem; e por fim a recreação, até merecia uma postagem a parte, o pessoal da Mellakara sem dúvida são excepcionais, interagem crianças e adultos o tempo todo não só com brincadeiras mas usando os atrativos do hotel, fazem uma programação muito legal com início as 10 da manhã com música de boas vindas, alongamento, passeio pela mini fazendinha, trilha, tirolesa, arvorismo, brincadeiras e gincanas na piscina sempre interagindo com a galera, o coordenador tio Frango um cara impar, preocupado se estava atendendo nossas expectativas, sua equipe estão todos de parabéns minhas crianças curtiram muito, nem vou citar nomes para não ser injusta em esquecer alguém. Enfim fiz questão de escrever textão mesmo, porque existem muitos pontos de vista e hoje temos que aprender a respeitar todos, porém existem algumas considerações que devemos avaliar quando vamos escolher um passeio ou viagem... não dá para querer sofisticação em um hotel fazenda com preço mais em conta, não dá para exigir glamour tendo uma estrutura mais enxuta. Então acredito que por estarmos conscientes disso, nada foi problema, o Hotel superou nossas expectativas e conseguimos ter o que queríamos, relaxar, diversão para as crianças e descanso merecido nesse ambiente acolhedor e familiar. Nota 4,8, sou professora arredondei para 5. Chuveiro do quarto 8, bloco 1, não estava legal o rapaz da manutenção foi e mesmo assim não ficou legal em compensação o último do vestiário era maravilhoso. As atividades dirigidas se encerram as 22 horas e o café da manhã começa apenas as 8 horas, sugiro que comecem a servir mais cedo. Apenas essas duas observações negativas, todo o resto é incrível. Desde a reserva com a Flávia, a recepção com o Gustavo, a comida, os funcionários do refeitório e do bar da piscina, pena que não perguntei o nome da menina que faz as caipirinhas ... tudo top. A equipe de recreação Mellakara, super legais, brincadeiras na medida chata, me diverti com a Jujuba, o Barras, tio Xu .... E olha que estou num pós cirúrgico, limitada para várias atividades. É tanta cortesia, café da tarde, refrigerante, água e bolo para o meu pai que completou 79 com direito a parabéns. E os hóspedes? Pessoas simples, simpáticas que viajam dispostas a se divertir. Lugar com muito verde, fazendinha, e um parque aquatico ótimo, com água fria, morna e quente o que fez com que aproveitassemos muito. A recreação é legal, mas sempre igual todos os dias, ficamos 4 dias e em todos praticamente igual às atividades, uma sugestão e dividir as atividades por faixa etária. Um ponto legal é a tirolesa, agrada tanto crianca como os adultos. Sobre o quarto, bem grande, porém um ponto a melhorar é que os lençóis não possuem elástico, sai do lugar quando vc se mexe, também não possuo secador no quarto. Outra coisa é que os funcionários ao arrumar o quarto ficam conversando alto e em um horário inadequado,, as 8h da manhã, um arrasta arrasta dos móveis para limpar que acorda qualquer um, em dois dias aconteceu isso. Sobre a comida não existe muita variedade, praticamente o mesmo cardápio todos os dias e quase nenhuma variação de carne, assim como a sobremesa, achei que melhoraria no final de semana mas não mudou, e um lugar para ficar no máximo um final de semana no meu ponto de vista.

Estive hospedada de 22 a 25/07 e a nossa estadia foi muito agradável. Agradecimentos especiais (Júnior, Jeová, à recreação e ao Carlos)… O gerente Junior muito atencioso! A minha filha amou a recreação, participou de tudo e se divertiu bastante! O Jeová (que fica na tirolesa e no passeio a cavalo) tbm nota dez, super atencioso! A minha filha tem 7 anos amou e não queria vir embora! o espaço novo de brinquedos da piscina bem bacana. Hotel fazenda grande, com muitas opções de lazer para a família, estrutura muito boa, quartos aconchegante, Tv com streaming e ar condicionado. Tem salão de jogos, brinquedoteca excelente tudo novo, parquinho tbm. Salão de festas. Tem vestiários com ducha pra day use. Pensão completa, comida deliciosa de fazenda, tudo fresco, com frutas, sobremesas, café da tarde. Fazendinha com muitos bichos, tirolesa, arvorismo e a equipe de recreação pra deixar tudo ainda melhor. Os Funcionários todos muito simpáticos. Park aquático para família inteira, piscinas climatizadas, bar da piscina com preço muito justo, o único adendo é que chegamos no find e as piscinas foram limpas na somente na segunda, sendo apenas aspirada, mesmo havendo tempo hábil já que abria as 9:30 até às 19:30. Não lavaram nem vimos tratamento na água, uma das piscinas estava com a água turva, deveriam dar uma atenção especial já que as piscinas é o maior atrativo. Se falta alguma coisa eu diria uma piscina coberta, porque em época de férias ao meio do ano a piscina aberta não seria tão legal, mas em época de calor a piscina super atende porque além de grande, água bem cuidada e limpa, tem toboagua para crianças e até adultos (rs).
