The hotel staff was not friendly, they wanna exploit at every opportunity, they were not helpful...hospitality is 0%. Talking of facility...the room is finished with air-conditioning and a 24inch tv.. however, the air-conditioning was not put on..even after checking in.. I was told that I have to pay extra for the air-conditioning to work..even after paying a huge amount of over $35 for a place with less facility and not welcoming environment..I never saw anyone else lodged over the night.. probably bcos of port service delivery..we were the only ones that lodge in the entire hotel over the night.. that is to best of my knowledge... Swinging pool is dry and no water was pumped in the pool...so if u are looking to swim here... Its a no no place for you..I would not recommend even my enemy to visit the hotel as things are too expensive, no hospitality , poor service delivery and lastly, exploitation..I felt exploited..

The environment looks nice and it's not so expensive

A comfortable place of relaxation with bar and swimming pool. Variety of rooms: Standard, Executive and VIP.

They don't have fridge in their rooms and internet service was irregular inside the room. You have to go to the reception to surf the internet. It was not a worthwhile experience!

They have good conference room for workshops and conference. The restaurant is next to the swimming pool which really nice.

It was really good. The staffs are wonderful human beings.....they were pleasant in all ways.... they made my stay here worth the short while.... Mr salam and Mr David especially....very good people.

The place is good with clean rooms fitting with the budget of the visitors.
