Was the worse place for service and food ever I would have gone to a burger king before setting foot in Mc Donald's but after San Sabastian never again

No es fast food. Es slow food.

We had 4 menus. 3 hamburgers were cold. When we told them that 3 of 4 were cold, they took them and gave us back the same hamburgers heated in the microwave. Never in my life have seen something like this in a burger king, McDonald's or any other fast food chain. The two friends didn't want the hassle to deal with them again,but i spoke with the manager and told her that my burger was heated in the microwave, and she replied "so do you want another burger?" And I told her yes, obviously? Almost all the tables were dirty, at 13:00 !! The floors sticky. We had a similar experience two years ago when we came here, with cold food and dirty tables, but we just let it pass. I didn't had time for the formal complain, but next time I'll make some time to fill it if will be necessary.

no autoservice!!, Slow service, restarooms dirty and smelly, cold fries and burguers... Not what I'm used to at BK.

No auto service and have to wait almost 15 minutes for order . Taste is ok but tables are dirty
