Compared to other sarvana stores I will give 3 stars. Very crowded place and less employees to guide the customers. This place has all the stuff in one place but is difficult to select and go for billing. No proper lift management and people sometimes walk downstairs. I would encourage the owners to think about quick billing and quick service. A power cut happened a few times on my visit where the escalators got stopped. Myself and my family visiting super 👌 Saravanan stores since day one of its opening. Still remembering the inauguration ceremony of Saravanan stores that, the GST road is flooded with elephants and I think actor Surya opened the store. Almost went there for shopping for every major festivals. It has 8 floors.steps as well as elevator available. Prices of clothes is much reasonable and some clothes are like cheap quality,dirt and holes. So check thoroughly before buying. Place will be too crowdy and chaotic at the time of festival seasons. I love the thing they display some giant models right in front of the store like pongal pots sugarcane trees, santa 🎅 Claus, firework models, elephants and jallikattu bulls. That's so attractive!. Recently (1year before) they started food court at the side there y'all will get meals and food stalls selling chilly kothu parrota, soups, ice-creams, badam rosemilk, puffs and samosas. But, the prices are quite expensive. There's also a facility of mini van which is absolutely free. Get your seat and get off anywhere between the routes of super store to tambaram. Totally an easy accessible place from chengalpattu - Chennai beach either by bus or train. Train is quite comfortable than compared with buses because, of heavy traffic. And, there is a plenty of traffic in parking region. I'll recommend to come by using public transportation. There is a separate location for car parking. Only bikes should be parked in the store. Note: billing of the purchased items must be in same floor only and shop timing is from 9:30 AM- 9:00 PM.

Some floor items need to be billed from the same floor and in every floor the checkout queues are really long and you need to verify your bill again and the wait in another queue to get your items packed. Almost 40% of the time you be there will be lost standing in the checkout queue.

Earlier rates were reasonable, now rates are higher than retail places. And to say about collections there are only left out ones. It is huge, keeping our baggage in counter seems to be inside and we need to search for keeping or we won't be allowed inside. Good things is parking ticket is refundable if you buy some thing. It is a place you can get everything at one place, but if you want to see the better collections, it might not be here unless a fresh stock comes in. Good place for shopping Have valet parking Food court with south indian tiffin items available, Juice shop, pop corn franike and burger shop available in ground floor. You can leave your items with floor person and get token and get it delivered in car parking.

Best place for all home needs at very affordable price, preferably grocery and veggies and fruits are at cheap price comparing with pothys and other local vendors or nearby supermarkets.. Moreover , the foodstall near the parking is excellent.. we can get the food at very cheap price.. quality and taste also good.. cost of tender coconut is from 20rs to 35rs. It will differs depend on the season.. Saravana Stores is the worst franchise in the world, bar none. They frequently inspect people's bags inside the store, which is incredibly invasive. It's appalling! Additionally, their merchandise is of extremely poor quality, and the staff is consistently unhelpful. My time was completely wasted.

WORST service 7th floor DEVI NOT AT ALL ACCEPTING THE DAMAGE ITEM Now a days rate are bite high comparatively last October month and product also become very very LESS QUALITY for ex see the below picture. Not good only old stocks are available and even cloth quality is also not good and fabric also and employees of that store also not giving good service i am a trending boy i always used to wear only trending clothes fashion as well as brand but i heard about sarvana store so i went to chrompet sarvana store but not satisfied

This super Saravana locate in chrompet is quite costlier than the one in T nagar. The varities is also comparatively lesser than that of the Saravana in T nagar. Apart from that it is easily accessible as it is located in the main area and there is bus stop for chrompet Saravana and from locat train station it is 5 mins walk. There is various eatables mini stores present outside the Saravana in ground floor. It has basement parking for both car and bike. It is a 7 floor building. The staffs are always rushing and quite arrogant. Though there are some exceptions.

There are more varities of dresses on this place and we can freely allowed to wear it and check the sizes of the dresses

I mistakenly billed a shampoo for 650 bucks, the management didn’t allow me to return. After so many levels approval they told me buy something else instead of returning my money. I had to bring the shampoo bottle home without choice. It’s very weird to see such policies for return. Policy for return must be flexible based on genuineness.

This shop is always too crowded compared to the other big stores in and around Chennai. You get almost everything here starting from the trivial of things to big electronic appliances. The shop is very spacious and supports the large crowd that visits here. Everything is at an affordable price so that the commoners are able to afford their daily needs. The staff here is not customer friendly and seem to mind their own business instead of focusing on the needs of the customer. The toilets are not clean and have a very bad smell. Please build new toilets and maintain them. The store is super good with decent staff and lots of collections . The food court was very reasonable and good. Parking was also nice.

The Super Saravana Stores really goes by its name. It has everything in the same building. You name it and you get it. For some of the items, there may not be much of varieties but it is definitely lesser in price than any bigger store. The items are spread across into Women’s wear, Mens wear, Kids wear, Household items and other accessories. They have a good parking and they charge you 50 Rs and give a token. However, when you make a purchase, the 50 Rs can be exchanged to get your money back. They also have small eateries as well.

One of the many places where we can get all the essential​ good under one roof. You need cheap items, it's there. You need branded items it's there. Some of the premium goods is also available. One has also have to be keen on choosing the product. Few are of very poor quality. Toilets can be maintained better. Parking is also good.

Nice place as we have got one floor dedicated to each types. Example one for sharee, kids, women, gents, mobiles, shoes etc. Always crowded as it's expected with Sarvana stores. We used to go T. Nagar branch but after its opening in chrompet we always come here. This time the billing counter person is trying to convince me to pay by Google pay by saying card is slow. looks like they have been instructed not to entertain credit cards. However, when I disagree, they have used my credit card and as usual it's working fine. I would request the sarvana store not to discourage credit cards as that is the only way we could do future purchase in case cash not in hand.

They have decent parking facilities and also different eateries within their compound. Rest rooms can be maintained in a more better way considering the large volume of people visiting the shop. The shop is located in a prime location and easily accessible from the nearest railway station, bus stand and the nearest important locations through their shuttle service.
