Best place for eating Parotta. Lot of varieties available. Moderate rate and parking available. Try once for the taste of it. They are originally from Courtallam border.

A Renown South Indian Restaurant, Famous For Their Border Parotta and Country Chicken Varieties. We Started with their Border Parotta and Puff Parotta, Size Was Too Small For a Parotta That can Even Fit Inside Your Palm Something Like a Coin Parotta. Their Nattukozhi Gravy Was Fine With Decent Portion and Taste. Their Biryani was Ok As Well! Taste of Their Dishes were Good Actually! They Use Coconut oil in Their Dishes, Some May Not Like It. Felt The Price Was Bit High! Customer Service was Okay! Will Be Crowded at Peak Hours! 3.5⭐ / 5⭐ !

The best biriyani ever tasted, belly started asking for more, once we started eating, they don't have any special gravies, one ☝️ common gravy which is served in table in a small stainless steel bucket... their glasses are typically very different and unique which saves them time.. service very fast and hot hot served always... The parottas there are very crispy and soft to eat.. small pieces of maida made the tongue 👅 so tempting and watery 🤤🤤🤤 Mutton boneless chops: were really crazy 😜 with the taste and the best combination for the parotta Special is NATUKOZHLI there, I don't think u get Normal broiler chicken 🍗 there.. which is great by the way Service is very good 😊 very friendly staffs, come and ask at regular intervals, the rates are very nominal, a parotta for just 15 ₹... recommend for family people, moving crowd, no need to book tables, ac timings are after 7 I guess in the evenings.. BON APPETITE FELLOWS PEACE ✌🏻✌🏽✌🏻

Super awesome non-vegetarian food. Don't miss mutton here. Food served on banana leaves gives a different dimension to the food experience.

The place is a fast service kind of place. Mutton, Prawn, Chicken dishes available. Food comes quickly. Every dish is available unlike other similar restaurants nearby who after 3pm will tell you only Chicken biryani is available cuz lunch time is 1pm, after making you wait for 30mins to get a seat. That's stupid! Not the case with Border Rahmath, they always have everything available & cooked to yummy perfection 👌🏻 I was visiting Chennai for visa purposes & my friend took me here. It was so nice I went back the next day alone to try more dishes that I wanted to try, before catching my bus back to Bangalore. A Must Try in Chennai!

I ordered chicken koththu porota. The quantum and taste is good. But the karma served is not good in taste. It dumbs the taste of parotta. The hotel has to concentrate on the kurma.overall good.

My all time favorite spot for their Parotta and special gravy! I’m addicted to that. Its one of the busiest and crowded restaurant in T Nagar, but manageable to get seats within 15 minutes.Pls try their Pichi potta kozhi, Kadai 65 and their Veechu parotta! It’s a must try!

Have heard a lot about this place for its food through friends for the parotta and the natkozhi. Visited yesterday, had parotta the parotta was okay wouldn't say the best i have had, the gravy that comes with parotta is good enough to complete your meal. We also had gun chicken it was great, the masala was good and chicken well cooked. Kalki can also try kalki from here. We also had few more starters. The food is good, enjoyable, served hot and fast. Credit also goes to the staff for i would say very minimal wait time. Parotta 3.5 The gravy for parotta 5 Gun chicken 4.5 Chicken pichipotad 4 Mutton chukka 4 Kalki 4.5 Lime soda 3.5 Overall good place to visit with your family and friends

Have ordered chicken Biriyani , Gun Chicken and Wheat salna parotta. Chicken briyani came with fried chicken leg ( kinda 65) and tasted good , no egg. Salna parotta it was like the parotta cut into pieces and soaked in gravy. Gun chicken was like a big leg piece chicken fried in the gravy with some pepper. Kalaki is also good. What I personally felt is all the gravies or base taste remained same. There is no variety in taste. Everything tasted similar. Apart from that all good. Ambiance is also good.

Speciality side dishes are tasty. Parottas are really cooked well and served hot. Wonder that served two different chicken salna (1 is very good, since I tasted that first the next one didn't attract me much). Speedy table service and always available to take orders. Tip: Plan your food items and order in intervals, you will enjoy all dishes served hot. The restaurant is busy at peak hours, plan accordingly.

Good for budget friendly parota and you can munch on Briyani too . Deep fried chicken with Briyani was good. Car parking was really hectic to handle Rest it’s a win win for a munch on list

The restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with its biryan, gravies and crispy bun parottas. The extensive menu ensures a generous variety of dishes. The portions are commendable, providing excellent value for money. However, the restaurant's popularity comes with a downside – it is crowded most of the time, making it challenging to secure a table promptly. We were lucky enough to be assigned a table as soon as we walked in. Additionally, the taste compared to the original branch in Courtallam is quite different.

That was the best parotta and salna I have ever had In Chennai. Prices were a bit high but still the taste and quality justifies the price. Chicken gravy was a bit spicy since it was chettinaad style

Their coin parotta with mutton gravy and their mutton briyani is just mouth watering. They have limited dishes, menu is just a show off. Service time is great. Atleast they get you the dish in 5 mins. Overall it's good taste.

Good to see that the taste remains the same after the Covid phase. The Parotta prices have increased and so do the number of items on the menu card since my last visit (a few yrs ago) But definitely worth the visit. The taste of the salna still lingers in my mouth!!!

Worst behaviour. Gave kuska biryani instead of mutton biryani. When asked about it they talk rudely to us. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

We had good experience with them because we had their best food parotta and Nattukozhi gravy. Really enjoyed their traditional taste here.

It's a Diwali week, Full of rush in the restaurant but the management handled it wisely. Dishes 50-50 for me. Mutton Dum Biryani tastes good but very less in quantity for ₹270. Nattu Kozhi Porichathu, Egg kothu parotta & Kari dosa is not up to the mark in my perspective.

Easily one of the best tasting food options out there! Could improve a lot on the hygiene factor. To the restaurant admin: please improve the overall cleanliness. Especially around the hand wash and sweep the floor periodically. But the food is excellent! Kudos for that!

One of the best parotta in the city … don’t expect the actual taste what you get in coutrallam shop …

If you are a fie hard parota fan, then tis is the place. They have a whole range of parota based dishes. They also have a branch in Singapore. Do try their elai parota with chicken and mutton. Usually there's a light waiting time. So go prepared to wait for 10 mins before given a table to sit. The service is fantastic and do try their GOLI SODA .

😠 The food was good and the service was great. But I am giving a single star review because of an incident.
