I had visited for Aadhar card update with prior information from the bank executives to receive the token at 8.30 am. When i reached there the Bank was not opened. They keep me waiting for 1 hour along with other 10 people seeking for the service. At 9.30 am they informed that the service not available that day due to the person on leave. The same service can be provided by any other staff members. They dont respect the customers and the value of time. Worst place..

Google location is different from the current Bank location, Worst behaviour, Daily I was visiting for Aadhar Card verification, each day the security says some reason, Today, he said that the Concern person is on leave till end of this month, really felt very bad that even a Bank doesn't have an alternate employee for certain departments in the employee absence. Don't know whether the bank is working or not, is the security the only working person for this brach or what ?? Does any other employee of the bank don't this process ?? Worst, waste of time, better look for some other bank

Good service. Courteous Branch manager & staff. Mr. Paranthaman even visits houses of senior citizen customers and helps to open FD, fill forms, other services etc. The space inside is little less and becomes cramped sometimes. Parking cars is difficult outside.
