The first time when i went for dinner they treated me so well. They even prepared a customised dish for us as well but keeping that gesture in my mind and going for the second time was the biggest mistake that i have made. No proper service but if we ask them they give complimentary drinks for free. For any customer first service is the important thing rather than freebies or free of cost. We sat hungry and have not tasted more dishes as these people weren't showing a good gesture on serving starters.

Honestly I feel people only come for the warm reception and the celebration u get on any occasion!! The restaurant has become one of the few places in India known for celebrating ur spl occasions along with u The staff are very friendly and extremely professional... They come and ask how the food was and it was very impressive... I even gav negative feedbacks for a few starters... The waiter got me the chef and the chef apologized to me and brought us a freshly cooked dish in a different style and that was delicious!! Kudos to the service and the staff... Very heartwarming The food however was a big big let down and a disappointment!! 1. Not only did it taste very ordinary, the tandoori chicken leg and the chicken noodles in the main course was spoilt and smelt so bad and was unpalatable.... Looks lik old food... 2. The paneer and the prawns in the starters had too much raw masala in it and when we informed this the chef made us another variant of the dish called Golden fried prawns which was delicious 3. There wer very few options in main course and the taste was not that good 4. Finally the dessert line up was a big let down.... Almost every dessert had too much gelatin in and it either tasted of gelatin or it was overly sweet!! Overall,in my opinion the standards hav come down for ABS... I personally feel the taste and the options are not worth the price. It once was but not anymore... But a great hats off to the staff team for service quality

The food was good. But varieties of starters were a lot of chicken... Then we asked to refill with fish and fruits... Overall taste was good.. We ordered drinks as well, and the price was comparatively higher than other decent bars.... Overall, good ambiance, quality of food, and service were good.

Went for dinner with family and had a great time. All stewards and the restaurant manager were very gentle, highly service oriented and customer friendly. The entire 2-3 hours we spend there was absolute fun. Food was good. Only this outlet of AB serves liquor in chennai. Parking is a challenge during peak hours however they have valet parking. This is located just beside Joy Alukkas in T. Nagar (old barbecue nation). Overall good experience. Will come back

No one speaks Tamil here. Very less varieties. Taste is very normal. No welcome drink. No corporate discount. Not recommended. It has attached bar to serve alcohol. Not safe for kids. For 749 rupees the variety given is very less and taste is not good. I will never visit again. Only deserts are good and the ice cream serving person named Arun is courteous and patiently gave us ice cream and his dessert collection are good in taste.

The ambience is very good, clean and enjoyable. The liquor price is very reasonable. We enjoyed a lot. The staffs are very kind and attentive, I made a special requests which is not in the menu and they made it happen. Its really a nice place to eat and catch-up with friends

Ab's is most affordable place for get together. As usual barbecue menu. For the first timers it is would be a great experience, others nothing special here. Weekend's most demanding restaurant. Responsible & Friendly staffs.

We booked on Tuesday. Seems less bookings on that day so very slow service and dishes variety also not upto the mark. It was used to be good earlier but now this time disappointed. So better book in weekends or peak time for better service and dishes

Today was our second visit to this T Nagar location and it was as amazing as the first. Customer service is extremely attentive and the food was always excellent. Spice level was perfect to our western palates (spiced, but not painfully hot). We've been travelling with our 1 year old and it has been challenging to find food that has zero presence of spiciness. We asked to have a chicken skewer with no spice and they happily made the accommodation. All of the servers have been friendly, extra kudos to Sony who we've seen both times and has made our experience here unforgettable and went above and beyond. Will highly recommend to all of our friends and family who want to visit Chennai.

It is just the regular barbeque affair. There were some excellent options for vegetarians that I had earlier not seen in other barbeque outlets or even in the other AB's branches. The service was nothing short of exceptional.

This place is great but it's not as you expect it to be. It's very slow. For example if you ask for hot water it's too slow. If you ask a vegetarian it's too slow. Everyone here works very slowly ... Slowly available ... This is not the first time we've known this happened twice

We booked a tablet for 55 members for a family get together. We really had a nice time and the food quality and taste was really nice. Hospitality from the staffs was very good and kind.

Main dishes were good. Prawns are with shells and chicken had a foul smell. Also starter varieties are very less (only like 7 items). It can be more as in tambaram Sanatorium branch. Ice-cream was not served properly. I almost sat 30 min without eating anything.

Food and service is great. Since we went on a weekend, this place is a little crowded. Also, there is two AB'S in t.nagar. Double check for the right location before you reach there.

We went for company team lunch . Food was good . Service was average . The ambience was really good . They did not give any discount considering Saturday (week end ) . Beer package was confirmed during pre-booking but at the time of dinning they told beer was sold out . Please get form confirmation during booking time . Managers and workers are not flexible .

We Booked 4 days earlier for 12:25 pm slot, but now we are inside absolute barbecue, now only us even other 4 booked groups are waiting inside but there is no space they have illegally allowed people and we are waiting, since we are not yet alloted seat. Veryyyy Worst Booking. I have never seen such worst scenario. Th person who's in-charge in reception is not even responding and laughing from other side. We are controlling our patience. Ladies and kids were standing for more that half 45 minutes.

We as a team went for 23-Jun-23 | 12PM noon slot with 75 members and they started to serve the welcome drink by 1:30 PM. Then for the grill they took another 15minutes. No starters served for us till 2PM. Only one round of sticks they gave for non veg and no veg sticks came to our table. If we ask for any prawn sticks they are saying it is being prepared will give. But they didn't came and then we moved to main course and dessert. Ice cream was good but totally very bad experience with AB's. Totally dissatisfied

Ambience was excellent. Staffs are friendly. Desserts are excellent, starters and main dish are good. Only thing they must need to improve is their service time. We went for a team dinner of 20 people occupied three tables. But could see only 2 or 3 people are serving starters and they are serving nearby tables as well. I understood there are large number of crowd, but still the waiting time is more, have to wait for each and every starter for 10 mins. They can hire more people to address this.. We planned for an hour, went for 7pm but left the place at 9.30pm due to more waiting time..

Great experience! Booked lunch for my birthday and everyone loved the food. Both veg and non veg starters were great. Surprisingly main course was excellent. Excellent chicken briyani and a very good chicken fried rice. They gave a good birthday cake too. Also, Great service by Sony!!

The Sony whose with AB's has taken good care of us. Overall experience was awesome. The Food Tastes are extraordinary. Always feels to come back again.

Had a pathetic experience with this AB's outlet. I would like to not even rate one star, they service was okay with starters but missed few items we asked them and they say it's out of menu for both veg and non veg, all there live counters were useless they don't display or provide menu for those counters. Ofcourse main course is even worst nothing was appetizing and tasty. Totally it was not at all worthy, and there air conditioners are not working that led to lots of sweating.
