Here you have limited parking space Food taste is good but I don't prefer American fast food that much. Only for my children I visited this place. Service is good ambience is very good. Place is neat and clean. Overall experience is good

Definitely the best McD outlets in Chennai. We order strips , fries , burgers and one spicy chicken. Don’t remember the drink but it was not worth the price. Something was off about the strips and spicy chicken that day.We managed to finish it without wasting it. Burger and fries was good. I have had countless other good times here and one bad day will not affect my opinion on this place. 3 stars for now - will update my review the next time I visit here

Being McDonald's, the quality control and taste of various items are on par with other outlets here. However, there is no McDonald's vibe to connect, especially for children. Normally this would be a place to take your kids and have a burger or some such. There is a small party hall adjacent inside for birthday's etc. I also did not find the Apple Pie which they are known for. Good place overall to drop in for a quick snack.

Anna Nagar McDonald's, It was a good place to have food with friends and family. Mostly rush in the evening. Can't find a chair to sit there. But don't worry they will arrange for you. Colorful and refreshing dinning hall. Food prepared in short time only and severed in a friendly manner. It was awesome place to have food with friends. I really enjoyed it. Kids will enjoy this place too. You can reach the place easily parking place also available here. Nearby many fashion and dress shops and metro railway station. Come and visit this place you will enjoy it.

All, this is a fraudulent shop please beware of fraudulent transactions here. I have booked a birthday party here and booked 28 meals for rs 199 and later I was charged 7.5k instead of 5.5k the requested menu was not delivered instead they kept serving all other items without our request. E.g instead of soda they kept on serving all strawberry and choco milk shakes. BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUDS IN THIS SHOP.

Went there with my friend for an evening snack post covid. They are following the covid procedures by practicing social distancing for the seating arrangements too. The service was quick and staff were courteous. Ordered the Chicken Maharaja Mac Burger, Chicken Nuggets,Spicy Fried Chicken, American Cheese Supreme Burger. The chicken nuggets were really yummy and crunchy. The burger was filling and yummy. Overall a good place to visit and it was safe since they maintain proper covid procedures here.

Low rating because of the initial bad experience on our 13/09 visit for a quick snacking . One of the crew, Sharmila was not able to handle our order politely and was getting angry on her colleagues unnecessarily . Clearly, it was her fault as she was misleading us with the combos . She lied that the cool drink machine is not working and was charging us extra for the other available drinks ... Daya pitched in when I stopped her loosing her temper before the customers . Daya managed it well . He was sober and Got our orders delivered quickly . Sharmila probably realised it later and apologized . Burger was okay and this time with good portion of lettuces ( my kids favourite) along with the main toppings. Additionally , now a days you may find an self order tool near the entrance itself , which helps many educated folks to place their order themselves. Good measure during COVID pandemic. We ordered a special paneer veg burger and happy meal and must say , though the price has increased marginally well over years , the portion has decreased . The toys comes with happy meals are not so good / exciting these days . Go with the current market trend and bring your toys accordingly. Olden days were having cool toys . So being an FDI franchise, you make good money here , but forget to satisfy your customers. Better to review your meal portion , ambience etc Again from scratch. I urge the management , crew like sharmila may make a big dent on the hard earned goodwill and ratings , hence she needs to rectify her behaviour for one and all . Will upgrade my ratings further based on my experiences during future visits.

One of the busiest joints in Chennai, located right next to the Anna Nagar roundabout. Ambience is good. Service is par excellence. You could order ahead and collect to avoid waiting time. Food is typical McD fair. Could be quite a task to find a parking space in the evenings.

Best place to indulge in a quick meal.Mouth watering burgers and a fairly wide choice of beverages to pick from. Wouldn't suggest the berry juices that you might go for instead of the classic coke.

I visited McDonald’s Anna Nagar (east) yesterday. I was quite impressed with the service of the staffs there. We bought a combo meal and my kid accidentally dropped the chocolate shake. The staff were quick to put a caution sign and cleaned the floor in no time. I went back to order another shake but to my surprise I was told that they are replacing the shake and there was no need for me to buy a new one. It was an unexpected gesture and made me go ‘WOW’… One of the best customer experiences I have had… Thank you 😊

Earlier all burgers used to come with onions, tomatoes, lettuce n savoury mayonnaise sauce. Now everything is to be bought separately. Tomatoes have permanently been removed even if u want to pay. Burger patties size r down to less than half their sizes about 5 years ago. Many items that r displayed in the menu r not available, e g., rice items. Overall very very limited choice of food.

Except burger and wraps everything tasted average.. maybe because we south Indians don't prefer fast food tat much. Coke and Pepsi served here always tasted better than outside. I'm now a fan of their wraps

Typical McDonalds outlet. Convenient location so it is often very crowded. One good point is the huge table at the entrance which kids seem to really love sitting at. Offers e-ordering through the console, which makes it quite easy and quick.

Everything Dry AF. If someone gave me a stack of hay and a Burger from this shop, I would certainly eat the hay as they might have more moisture content than this shop’s food. Everything is dry from the chicken patty to nuggets. I believe they didn’t fry the french fries properly or maybe didn’t even fry it. Just gave it off the shelf. Presentation is fancy. I wont deny it. But the food is terrible. Parking your bike or car is a nightmare. Cars slightly ok but with a mountainous terrain like tiles, parking of bikes is a joke. And the price - eating at Burgerman for two would cost me 100-150₹ less for the same amount, if not for extra food.

I have been going to this for almost 3-4 years only when I feel like not every-time. This place surprises me every-time i visit this place it’s different not the same so the ambience is always 🔥 In terms of service and food it’s very good and hygienic as well the staff was very good and all very well behaved. Best place in town for Fries and burgers. Standalone chicken 🍗 are not add good as KFC. For Happy Meals they used to give toys as part of the meal - which kids usually like to play with. But for the last 3 years they only offer small book among with Happy Meals 😐 If you visit this restaurant after 9-10 pm they stop offering soft drinks 😒

Anna Nagar McDonalds is one of the most lively McDonald's in Chennai and is one of the few which also have a McCafe in it. McCafe serves coffee, smoothies and muffins among other items. Overall, great for lunch or a coffee run.

They have renovated this restaurant recently with the addition of their Mc Café series and the new black theme but the restaurant has become less spacious and gets crowded pretty easily. Everything else is good as usual. The Double Dark Hot Chocolate is definitely worth a shot.
