am

Marriot

and
booking
this
hotel
was
a
nightmare
because
the
reservation
agent
had
no
clue
what
she
was
doing
and
i
could
not
understand
her
dialect
so
I
hung
up
and
called
back
I
wanted
a
room
with
bathtub
but
that
wasn't
honored
I
checked
into
room
and
had
meetings
all
day.
After
returning
to
hotel
exhausted,
I
just
wanted
to
take
shower
since
bathtub
requested
was
not
honored
and
then
eat
after
a
long
day
at
9:00p.m.
Went
to
take
shower
only
to
find
long
black
hair
stuck
to
shower
walls
and
along
ledge
of
wall.
I
called
front
desk
to
let
them
know
about
the
dirty
shower
and
was
told
I
could
switch
rooms
which
would
require
me
to
be
majorly
inconvenienced
to
pack
my
things
up
so
late
at
9:00p.m.
to
switch
to
another
room
that
I
hope
was
cleaned.
I
am
disabled
so
to
have
to
move
rooms
was
more
than
inconvenient
to
me
and
even
more
taxing
on
my
body.
I
originally
planned
to
extend
my
stay
but
after
tonight
I
think
I
should
stay
elsewhere
which
is
even
more
of
an
inconvenience.
I
called
Marriott
corporate
to
let
them
know
what
happened
and
was
on
hold
for
30
minutes
before
I
hung
up.
Called
front
desk
again
to
switch
rooms
with
a
bathtub
wuth
no
hair
in
shower!
Front
desk
agent
who
was
pleasant
delivered
key
to
new
room.
I
switched
rooms
only
to
find
out
this
new
room
doesn't
have
a
bathtub
either!!!
Called
front
desk
again
to
let
her
know
about
new
room
without
bathtub.
I
give
up
and
am
exhausted
an
hour
later
at
10:00p.m.
still
not
taken
a
shower
or
eaten
dinner!
SO
DISAPPOINTED
with
this
hotel!!!
